When the geotextile, the preparation method and the preparation system of the embodiment are used, the stretching clamp 309 is used for clamping a second geotextile on the stretching frame 305, so that the installation of the second geotextile is completed, the stretching arm 307 is composed of the arm body 310 and two inner arms 311, the inner arms 311 slide in the sliding groove, so that the length of the stretching arm 307 can be changed, the second geotextile with different lengths can be clamped, the spring 312 is arranged between the first abutting plate 313 and the second abutting plate 314, the second geotextile is stretched on the stretching frame 305 in a stretched state through the elastic force of the spring 312, the electric cylinder 303 is started, the stretching frame 305 is driven to descend, so that the second geotextile is covered on the first geotextile, and the automation degree is better.
Referring to fig. 8, the present invention further provides a method for preparing the novel geotextile preparation system, which comprises the following steps:
s1: placing a first layer of geotextile on the workbench 101;
s2: starting the pushing assembly 103 to drive the sliding seat 105 to slide on the sliding rail 120, and simultaneously starting the driving assembly 109 to drive the mounting seat 108 to slide on the sliding groove 121;
s3: when the sliding seat 105 slides on the sliding rail 120 and the mounting seat 108 slides on the sliding groove 121, the glue injection assembly 102 is started, so that the first layer of geotextile on the workbench 101 is subjected to full-surface gluing;
s4: and after the first layer of geotextile is coated with glue, covering the second layer of geotextile above the first layer of geotextile, thereby completing the bonding of the double layers of geotextiles.

In this embodiment, the pressure of the external environment on the geotextile body is reduced by using the air bag layer 403, a buffer effect is formed, the flexibility of the geotextile body is improved by using the glass fiber layer 402, the mechanical property and the tensile strength of the geotextile are improved by using the steel fiber layer 404, and the service life of the geotextile body is prolonged by using the rubber layer 405.

Claims (9)

1. A novel geotextile preparation system comprises a workbench and a glue injection assembly, wherein the glue injection assembly is arranged above the workbench and is used for placing a first layer of geotextile, the glue injection assembly is used for coating glue on the first layer of geotextile, and the novel geotextile preparation system is characterized in that,
the glue injection device is characterized by further comprising a pushing assembly and a sliding frame, a sliding rail and the pushing assembly are arranged on one side of the workbench, the sliding frame is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding mode, the pushing assembly is used for pushing the sliding frame to slide on the sliding rail, and the glue injection assembly is mounted on the sliding frame;
