The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating parkinsonism as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Parkinson's disease is a common degenerative disorder of the middle-aged and elderly nervous system. The degenerative diseases of nervous system refer to dysfunction caused by degeneration of neurons and demyelination, such as muscle stiffness, tremors, inability to maintain balance, and memory deterioration. Although parkinson's disease is associated with a number of factors, the exact cause of the pathogenesis is not known. The western medicine is mostly treated by levodopa, dopaminergic receptor agonists, anticholinergic drugs, amantadine and the like, or assisted surgery treatment means. Although western medicines can inhibit tremor, muscle rigidity and other behaviors to a certain extent, the western medicines have side effects, and the traditional Chinese medicines have small toxic and side effects and are suitable for long-term administration. Therefore, the continuous research of new traditional Chinese medicine composition has important significance for treating the parkinsonism.

The invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating parkinsonism, which comprises the traditional Chinese medicine composition and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials or carriers.
The parkinsonism belongs to the categories of tremor, tremor and the like in traditional Chinese medicine. The theory of "the bone, marrow, if the body is not upright for a long time, the body is tired and the bones are left out" in the theory of the essence of the pulse ∈ -. "Lingqiu ≡ pathogenic factors guest" indicates that: the pathogenic qi is bad, the blood is not retained, the tendons, collaterals and bones are injured, and the muscles and bones are not bent and stretched, so the spasm is enough. "Fahrenheit, tibetan ∈ ∈theory of tendons and tendons, and the seventeenth theory of tendons and tendons" says: the patient can walk and rush rapidly, and the liver is damaged by pathogenic factors, and loses qi, so that the patient is cold and can not get away for a long time and flow into tendons, and the tendons of the patient are urgent and can not walk and relax. The walking stroke, which is not relaxed, corresponds to the behavior of the panic gait in parkinson's disease. The pathogenesis of the disease is complex, while the pathogenesis core is wind-qi internal movement, the pathogenesis essence can be treated by deficiency-excess theory, and the deficiency-excess condition is considered to be more, and the disease is generally considered to be caused by deficiency of liver and kidney yin, deficiency of qi and blood, malnutrition of tendons and vessels, and internal movement of deficient wind, or wind-fire with phlegm and mutual obstruction of collaterals.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has the advantages that the dried orange peel and the poria cocos serve as the main ingredients, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of regulating qi, strengthening spleen, eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm, and is used for eliminating dampness and middle energizer; the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the coix seed, the tall gastrodia tuber and the earthworm are ministerial drugs, the bighead atractylodes rhizome has the same nature and taste as monarch drugs, and the monarch drugs are helpful for strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness; coix seed is light in taste and cool, and has the effects of promoting diuresis and removing dampness and strengthening spleen; gastrodia elata has the effects of calming endogenous wind, relieving spasm, dispelling pathogenic wind, dredging collaterals, and calming spleen, and is used for treating liver wind disturbance caused by qi and blood deficiency; earthworm, which can clear heat and relieve spasm; codonopsis pilosula, ligusticum wallichii, achyranthes bidentata, angelica sinensis and cornus officinalis are used as guiding drugs, codonopsis pilosula, middle-jiao and Qi are compensated, and crops are earthed up to help the dried orange peel to resolve phlegm without hurting the vital energy, release the middle-jiao and force without greasiness, and tonify Qi to control liver wind internal movement; chuan Xiong, dang Gui, niu xi and Di Long are combined, di Huang is salty and cold, and is easy to walk and flee, take Chuan Xiong, dang Gui and niu xi to reach the limbs and bones, promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, dispel wind and relieve pain, dang Gui can tonify blood to control liver wind internal movement; achyranthes and cornus officinalis are used together, and can tonify liver and kidney, strengthen tendons and bones, nourish tendons and vessels, and kidney produce essence, and kidney essence is sufficient, so marrow is biochemically active, marrow sea is sufficient, and meridians are mainly tremor and stopped by limbs; radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata is used for strengthening tendons and bones, invigorating spleen and stomach, nourishing yin and blood, and relieving qi, and harmonizing the above drugs. The Chinese medicinal preparation has the effects of regulating qi, strengthening spleen, eliminating dampness, resolving phlegm, calming endogenous wind and relieving spasm, and has a good treatment effect on the parkinsonism caused by spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction.
