Description

Rehabilitation device and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of exercise rehabilitation auxiliary equipment, in particular to a rehabilitation device and a using method thereof.
Background
After a high-strength training, the muscles are often swollen with acid and stiff, and at this time, the muscles can be relieved by massage, stretching, hot water bath, physical therapy, foam rollers, fascia guns and the like. Both of the above approaches aim to provide so-called relaxation of the muscularis propria from an exercise medicine point of view, which contributes to the recovery and healing of the excessively tired muscles.
Modern fascia theory states that fascia, and blood vessels, internal organs, and bones are homologous structures and play an important role in the regulation of vital functions. The fascia forms a continuous bracket to surround the muscle, the skeleton and all organs and is distributed to all parts of a human body, the fascia can be divided into 5 layers from the shallow to the deep, and the fascia sequentially comprises dermis compact connective tissue, subcutaneous loose connective tissue, muscle surface loose connective tissue, muscle interval and muscle gap connective tissue and viscera connective tissue. With the development of fascia science, fascia stimulation has become a common method for treating pain, sports injury, abnormal posture, abnormal visceral function, mental disease and the like in modern medicine. The traditional massage manipulation, myofascial loosening manipulation, dry needle therapy, myofascial pain point therapy, visceral fascia loosening manipulation and the like all pay attention to the stimulation to the fascia. The concept of the "myofascial chain" is proposed in anatomical trains, where it is believed that the musculoskeletal structure is not a separate structure, but rather an integral tense structure linked by myofascial, where stimulation of the myofascial chain treats local and distal diseases, stimulation of the superficial myofascial chain primarily treats sports-related diseases, and stimulation of the deep myofascial chain also treats visceral and intracranial diseases.
Massage, foam roller and fascia gun all have the functions of stimulating fascia, dredging channels and collaterals, and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis. Massage has a good therapeutic effect on the health of a human body, and is also the oldest Chinese medical method. The earliest medical book in China, the Wu Do Fang of the war nationality of spring and autumn, states that "pruritus, blazing if there is no firewood on the north (back) of the painful person, both are the morbid and morbid states of the disease, and" open the precedent of massage ". The classic Huangdi's Canon of medicine in the Qin and Han times records not only the origin of massage, but also points out the action and application of massage, provides a more specific discussion on the massage therapy, and lays a theoretical foundation for succession and development of massage in the future. The most vigorous massage history is that in the period of sui and Tang dynasties, the special department of tuina is established at the time of sui dynasties, which is one of seven medical science and politics, and the records of the "nido's disease source" on the guidance of massage are abundant, wherein the abdomen-massaging method is still adopted so far. The Ming dynasty is the renaming and development stage of the massage history, which is more complete than the past generation, and has an elaboration in Ben Cao gang mu. In the Qing Dynasty, the government did not pay much attention, but the massage was popular among the civilians, and the main points of the "medical and medical full-appreciation" and the bone-setting law are the only representative works. The massage has higher insurance coefficient and safety factor, has quite wide adaptability to diseases, and is widely applicable to athletes, old people with skeletal muscle injury or patients with chronic inflammation. The massage is essentially characterized by "force", acting on a specific part of the body surface, and converting into biological effect in vivo through mechanical effect to achieve the purpose of regulating the physiological or pathological conditions of the body, and the curative effect is gradually determined by the medical community. The most basic functions of massage are to keep the blood in the body running normally, improve the blood circulation in the body, and achieve the aims of dredging the channels and collaterals, and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. In addition to the above mentioned body-building functions, it has medical, preventive and rehabilitative effects on the prevention and treatment of sports injuries, organ dysfunction caused by various chronic diseases, dysfunction caused by neuro-iliac system diseases, etc. The fascial gun applies a vibration mode to relieve muscle spasm and increase blood flow. The foam roller is considered as one of self-manual treatments, and most scholars think that the efficacy principle is that the foam roller repeatedly rolls and presses back and forth by the body weight of the scholars, or can stimulate a tension sensor on myofascial tissues, so that the cohesiveness and the tightness of muscles and fascia are reduced, the overall relaxation effect is achieved, and the local blood flow and the muscle nutrient delivery are improved.
Massage, foam rollers, and fascial guns, despite the advantages described above, have limitations in specific applications. Massage is usually performed by passive muscle fascia relaxation through manipulations of therapists, and requires a specific position and a specific place, which is labor-consuming, time-consuming and highly restrictive. The operation of the foam roller is also laborious, and after high-strength exercise, self-relaxation cannot be effectively carried out due to self-releasing force, and the lactic acid accumulation of the muscle after high-strength training is just a period for thoroughly relaxing the muscle fascia. Most of fascia guns are handheld, the fascia guns have the same or different functions in the market, a plurality of massage heads are provided, and different massage heads can massage different parts or muscle tissues of a body, for example, a circular massage head is suitable for massaging large muscle groups such as arms, waist and back, buttocks, thighs and calves; the fork-shaped massage head is suitable for massaging the neck, the spine and the achilles tendon. But for a typical, non-professional user of the massage, the function of each massage head and the applicable body part are not kept track of. If the user selects the wrong massage head, the desired massage effect may not be achieved, and even the user's body may be damaged.
