Technical Field

One of the most serious complications after hip replacement is dislocation of the replaced joint. The limiting device comprises a limiting blocking piece 5 and a positioning bolt 6 arranged beside the limiting blocking piece 5, the limiting blocking piece 5 is of an integrated structure consisting of a blocking piece 501 and a poking block 502 arranged on the upper portion of the blocking piece 501, the blocking piece 501 is clamped in a positioning groove 12, the poking block 502 is poked from a second sunken position 4-4 during adjustment, a shaft head 7 is driven to rotate in the first base 4 and the second base 11, and the positioning bolt 6 can ensure that the limiting blocking piece 5 is always positioned in the second sunken position 4-4 and is combined with the limiting blocking piece 5 to play a limiting role.

The invention has simple structure, scientific and reasonable design and easy production and manufacture, and compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the joint movement function is more complete, the joint drop-out resistance mechanism is more complete, the joint movement mechanism can be adapted to patients with different heights, lower limb body types, lower limb movement ranges, muscle strength and operation conditions, and the medical compliance and treatment effect of the patients are obviously improved;
2. the operation is simple, and the patient and the family members can be easily operated as long as the hospital is subjected to medical care and the instruction of a brace teacher once;
3. not only can effectively resist the adduction of the two lower limbs of a patient in a static state such as a bedridden period, but also can resist the adduction of the two lower limbs in a moving state, thereby improving the treatment effect, avoiding long-term fixed complications and having good social and economic benefits.
