As shown in fig. 3, the elastic switch comprises a button 605, an elastic member 606 having two ends respectively connected to the button 605 and the locking buckle 603, and an opening 607 provided on the upper surface of the splicing stretcher 7 and engaged with the elastic switch. When the button 605 is pressed, the locking tongue 604 is separated from the locking buckle 603, and the supporting rod 602 is pulled outwards, so that the two spliced stretchers 7 are separated, and the two spliced stretchers 7 are connected by only inserting the supporting rod 602 into the bottom of the strip-shaped hole 601. In other embodiments, a closing plate hinged to the upper surface of the spliced stretcher 7 may be provided at the top of the opening 607 to protect the button 605 from external forces when not in use.
The elastic member 606 is a spring in the embodiment, and may be other elastic members such as a spring plate in other embodiments.
A first hinge sheet 901 in the operating bed connecting assembly 8 is fixedly connected to the side part of the spliced stretcher 7 through a plurality of fixing pieces 903, namely two side parts of the spliced stretcher; the second hinge plate 902 rotates in the plane of the side of the vertical splicing stretcher 7 through the connecting shaft 10, and a groove 904 is arranged in the second hinge plate; in this embodiment, the fixing element 903 is a bolt and a nut, and in other embodiments, the fixing element 903 may be an adhesive or a welding element according to the material of the stretcher board.
The sliding locking assembly comprises a sliding member 111 slidably disposed in the groove 904, a friction member 115 fixed to the end of the sliding member 111, a supporting frame 112 disposed on the second hinge plate 902, and a positioning member 113 disposed on the supporting frame 112. The sliding part 111 is uniformly provided with a plurality of through holes 114 along a vertical center line, the second hinge plate 902 is provided with a matched sleeve hole corresponding to the through hole 114 at the lowest part of the sliding part 111, and the diameter of the sleeve hole is equal to that of the through hole 114. The supporting frame 112 is disposed at the position of the trepan boring on the second hinge plate 902, and a hole for the positioning element 113 to pass through is disposed at the center position of the supporting frame, so that the plurality of through holes 114 formed on the sliding element 111 can be matched with the positioning element 113 when the sliding element 111 slides, thereby achieving the purpose of adapting to different thickness requirements of the operating table. The positioning member 113 is movably fitted through the hole and the through hole 114, and the portion of the positioning member passing through the through hole 114 is cylindrical, and the cross-sectional area of the end thereof is gradually reduced so as to be inserted into the through hole 114, and the top end thereof is provided with an end cap covering the supporting frame 112, and the end cap is partially arranged so that the positioning member 113 does not completely pass through the through hole 114 and fall off when the positioning function is achieved.
When the central axis of the sleeve hole coincides with the central axis of the through hole 114, the sliding member 111 and the second hinge plate 902 can be connected with the positioning member 113 penetrating through the sleeve hole and the through hole 114. In the present embodiment, the number of the through holes 114 is 6, and the through holes are equally distributed on the center line of the sliding member 111.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the sliding member 111 is L-shaped so as to form a fit with the operating table; in other embodiments, it can be configured in other shapes such as a barb shape and the like capable of hanging the operating table. During prone position operation, the head inflatable cushion 101 in the head inflatable cushion assembly 1 is inflated and connected to the corresponding position of the splicing stretcher 7, and the movable inflatable cushion 102 is inflated and arranged on the head inflatable cushion 101; the chest inflatable cushion in the upper body inflatable cushion assembly 3 exhausts air to make the abdomen of the patient free to keep smooth breathing; hip inflatable cushion 4 is not engaged and mobile inflatable cushion 102 is placed there to protect the patient's external genitalia from pressure injury; the leg inflatable cushion 502 is placed under the lower leg to make the toe drop naturally.
During lateral position operation, the head inflatable cushion 101 in the head inflatable cushion assembly 1 is inflated and connected to the corresponding position of the spliced stretcher 7, and the movable inflatable cushion 102 does not participate in use; in the upper body inflatable cushion assembly 3, only the shoulder inflatable cushion 301 is inflated to protect the armpits of the patient from being crushed, and the lateral position inflatable cushion 304 is inflated to fix the lateral position of the patient; if the lower limbs need to be operated, the healthy limb fixing inflatable cushion 501 is inflated, the healthy limbs are placed in the leg-shaped groove of the lower limbs, and the inflatable flat cushion 503 is placed on the healthy limb fixing inflatable cushion 501 to provide an operation platform for lateral position operation and prevent the healthy limbs from being crushed; if surgery is not required to the lower extremities in the lateral position, the leg inflatable mattress 502 is placed between the legs.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the inflatable body position fixing and adjusting cushion provided by the invention can meet the requirements of various operation body positions, and a patient does not need to move for the second time from a stretcher to an operation bed; and the stretcher and the inflatable cushion can be detached, the functions are changeable, and the storage is convenient.
