The adjusting switch 133 comprises a rotary disc 1331 and a tray 1332, the rotary disc 1331, the tray 1332 and the shell 131 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top in the vertical direction, a jacking piece 13323 is arranged on the tray 1332, the jacking piece 13323 stretches into the shell 131 and is abutted to the adjusting valve core 132, the rotary disc 1331 can enable the tray 1332 to move in the vertical direction, and the jacking piece 13323 drives the adjusting valve core 132 to move upwards to open the first exhaust hole 122 or move downwards to block the first exhaust hole 122. During cooking, rotating the dial 1331 moves the tray 1332 downward, at which time the regulating valve core 132 falls under its gravity to Guan Fawei blocking the first exhaust hole 122; during the exhaust and exhaust process after cooking, the rotary disc 1331 is rotated to move the tray 1332 upwards, and at this time, the jacking piece 13323 of the tray 1332 drives the adjusting valve core 132 to move upwards away from the first exhaust hole 122 and move to an open valve position. Illustratively, the lifters 13323 are columnar structures. Three lifters 13323 are circularly arranged around the first exhaust hole 122, and the three lifters 13323 can uniformly stress the regulating valve core 132. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the lifting members 13323 may be any number of four, five, six, etc., and will not be illustrated herein.
The principle of lifting the tray 1332 by rotating the turntable 1331 is as follows: the rotary disk 1331 comprises a rotary disk body 13311 and a first inclined block 13312, wherein a first inclined surface is arranged on the first inclined block 13312, and a plurality of first inclined blocks 13312 are circularly arranged on the rotary disk body 13311 around the first exhaust hole 122; the tray 1332 includes a tray body 13321 and a second inclined block 13322, the second inclined block 13322 is provided with a second inclined plane, the plurality of second inclined blocks 13322 are circularly arranged on the tray body 13321 around the first exhaust hole 122, the second inclined blocks 13322 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first inclined blocks 13312, the second inclined planes are abutted with the first inclined planes, and the rotating turntable 1331 can enable the first inclined planes to rotate so as to push the second inclined planes to move upwards or enable the second inclined planes to move downwards. Illustratively, the number of the first inclined blocks 13312 is three, the three first inclined blocks 13312 are circularly arranged around the first exhaust hole 122, and the inclination directions of the first inclined surfaces on the three first inclined blocks 13312 are the same; the number of the second inclined blocks 13322 is also three, the three second inclined blocks 13322 are circularly arranged around the first exhaust hole 122, the inclination direction of the second inclined surfaces on the three second inclined blocks 13322 is opposite to the inclination direction of the first inclined surfaces on the first inclined blocks 13312, the tray body 13321 is arranged on the rotary table body 13311, the second inclined surfaces are attached to the first inclined surfaces, the relative positions of the first inclined surfaces are changed by rotating the rotary table body 13311, and then the second inclined surfaces are adaptively raised or lowered. Preferably, the first inclined block 13312 and the second inclined block 13322 have the same structure, and are oppositely arranged, and the first inclined block 13312 and the second inclined block 13322 are triangular arc-shaped blocks.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the adjusting dial 1331, the adjusting switch 133 further comprises a toggle assembly, the toggle end 13331 of the toggle assembly is located outside the mounting seat 12, the other end of the toggle assembly is fixedly connected with the dial body 13311, and the dial assembly can rotate the dial 1331.
Illustratively, the toggle assembly includes a toggle member 1333 and a connecting member 1334, the toggle member 1333 being fixedly connected to the rotary disc 1331 via the connecting member 1334, and rotation of the rotary disc 1331 being achieved by rotation of the toggle member 1333.
The shifting block member includes a shifting end 13331, a guiding portion 1422 and a connecting end 13333, wherein the shifting end 13331 of the shifting member 1333 is located outside the mounting seat 12, the connecting end 13333 thereof is located in the mounting seat 12 and connected with the first end of the connecting member 1334, and the second end of the connecting member 1334 is fixedly connected with the turntable 1331. Specifically, the first end of the connecting piece 1334 is located outside the second cavity and connected with the connecting end 13333 of the toggle piece 1333, and the second end of the connecting piece 1334 is located inside the second cavity and fixedly connected with the turntable 1331. In addition, the guiding portion 1422 of the stirring piece 1333 is an arc-shaped plate, the mounting seat 12 is cylindrical, and the arc-shaped plate is matched with the radian shape of the inner wall of the mounting seat 12, so that when the stirring end 13331 of the stirring piece 1333 is rotated, the whole stirring piece 1333 can move along the inner wall of the mounting seat 12, the rotating stability of the stirring piece 1333 is ensured, and the position of the valve core 132 is regulated in a more stable mode.
In this embodiment, the connecting piece 1334 and the turntable 1331 are integrally formed. The connecting piece 1334 is L-shaped, a first end of the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the toggle piece 1333 through a bolt, and a second end of the connecting piece is integrally connected with the rotary disc 1331. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting piece 1334 may be a separate structure from the turntable 1331, so long as the connecting piece 1334 and the turntable 1331 can be fixedly connected, which is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 6, this embodiment further provides a micro-pressure air fryer, which includes the above-mentioned pressure-discharging mechanism 500, and the micro-pressure air fryer can switch between an air-frying mode and a micro-pressure mode, and needs to cooperate with the pressure-discharging mechanism 500 at the top of the pot cover 200, and the pressure-discharging mechanism 500 at the top is a two-valve mechanism, wherein the air-discharging valve 13 is a mechanical weight valve in a common state, and the automatic air-discharging valve 14 is a one-way valve, and the design can effectively avoid the overload condition of the pressure-discharging mechanism 500, and in a normal state, the mechanical weight valve is used for performing a main pressure-discharging function, and if the pressure-discharging efficiency of the mechanical weight valve cannot be satisfied, the one-way valve can perform an auxiliary pressure-discharging, thereby reducing the air-discharging pressure of the mechanical weight valve and prolonging the service life of the pressure-discharging device; in addition, when the mechanical weight valve can not be normally used due to faults and air hole blockage, the pressure can be discharged through the one-way valve, so that potential safety hazards caused by excessive pressure increase in the cooker are avoided. The interior is subjected to long-term compressive deformation to prevent subsequent over-pressurization.
The micro-pressure air fryer has the functions of both micro-pressure and air frying, and the installation and the state of corresponding matched parts are detected by the detector, so that the operation in a corresponding mode can be performed. When the cooking cavity is in micro-pressure cooking, the locking piece 213 is limited to be opened, so that splashing caused by pressure release is avoided, and the pot cover 200 is protected from impact damage. The double-valve exhaust valve protection can avoid the problem that the internal pressure is too high when the regulating exhaust valve 13 is abnormal or the pressure releasing capacity of the regulating exhaust valve 13 is overloaded, so that the use safety is improved.
Example III
The present embodiment provides a pressure discharging mechanism 500, which can be applied to the cooking pot of the first embodiment, so as to realize the exhaust and pressure discharging of the cooking pot and improve the safety of the cooking pot.
The main difference between the pressure discharging mechanism 500 provided in the present embodiment and the pressure discharging mechanism 500 provided in the second embodiment is that:
as shown in fig. 7-8, the adjusting switch 133 of the exhaust valve 13 in the exhaust mechanism 500 is an electrically controlled magnetic switch, and does not include a structure of a toggle piece 1333, a turntable 1331 and a tray 1332, the adjusting valve core 132 is made of a magnetic material, the adjusting valve core 132 blocks the first exhaust hole 122 under the action of gravity, and the magnetic attraction of the adjusting switch 133 can enable the adjusting valve core 132 to be far away from the first exhaust hole 122.
The electric control magnetic switch is arranged on the outer side of the shell 131, and the adjusting valve core 132 is attracted to an open valve position far away from the first exhaust hole 122 through the magnetic attraction of the electric control magnetic switch. The magnetic absorption adjusting valve core 132 leaves the first air exhaust hole 122 in the resident state, the first air exhaust hole 122 can normally exhaust, when the micro-pressure mode is carried out, the magnetic absorption moves towards the direction away from the adjusting valve core 132, so that the adjusting valve core 132 re-seals the first air exhaust hole 122, and when the micro-pressure cooking is finished, the magnetic absorption is close to the absorption adjusting valve core 132, and the air exhaust function is realized.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the housing 131 includes only the first cavity, and does not include the second cavity, the housing 131 is directly fixed on the mounting base 12, and the mounting base 12 has no structure of the exhaust column 1222, the first exhaust hole 122 is directly disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting base 12, and the housing 131 is enclosed on the peripheral side of the first exhaust hole 122.
Other components of the pressure discharging mechanism 500 in the present embodiment are the same as the corresponding components of the pressure discharging mechanism 500 in the second embodiment, and will not be described here again.
As shown in fig. 10, this embodiment further provides a micro-pressure air fryer, which includes the above-mentioned pressure-discharging mechanism 500, and the micro-pressure air fryer can switch between an air-frying mode and a micro-pressure mode, and needs to cooperate with the pressure-discharging mechanism 500 at the top of the pot cover 200, and the pressure-discharging mechanism 500 at the top is a two-valve mechanism, wherein the air-discharging valve 13 is an electric control type heavy hammer valve in a common state, and the automatic air-discharging valve 14 is a one-way valve, and the design can effectively avoid the overload condition of the pressure-discharging mechanism 500, and in a normal state, the electric control type heavy hammer valve is used for performing a main pressure-discharging function, and if the pressure-discharging efficiency of the electric control type heavy hammer valve cannot be satisfied, the one-way valve can perform an auxiliary pressure-discharging, thereby reducing the air-discharging pressure of the electric control type heavy hammer valve and prolonging the service life of the pressure-discharging device; in addition, when the electric control type heavy hammer valve can not be normally used due to faults and air hole blockage, the pressure can be discharged through the one-way valve, and the potential safety hazard caused by excessive pressure increase in the cooker is avoided. The interior is subjected to long-term compressive deformation to prevent subsequent over-pressurization.
The micro-pressure air fryer has the functions of both micro-pressure and air frying, and the installation and the state of corresponding matched parts are detected by the detector, so that the operation in a corresponding mode can be performed. When the cooking cavity is in micro-pressure cooking, the locking piece 213 is limited to be opened, so that splashing caused by pressure release is avoided, and the pot cover 200 is protected from impact damage. The double-valve exhaust valve protection can avoid the problem that the internal pressure is too high when the regulating exhaust valve 13 is abnormal or the pressure releasing capacity of the regulating exhaust valve 13 is overloaded, so that the use safety is improved.
The present embodiment provides a pot cover locking mechanism 400, which can be applied to the cooking pot in the first embodiment, so as to realize the fixed connection between the pot cover 200 and the pot body 100, and avoid the pot cover 200 from being opened during the cooking process.
In fig. 11, the pot cover locking mechanism 400 comprises a locking switch 21, a locking hook 22 and a safety lock 23, wherein one of the locking switch 21 and the locking hook is arranged on the pot cover 200, and the other is arranged on the pot body 100; the lock catch switch 21 comprises a switch piece 211 and a lock catch piece 213 which are fixedly connected, wherein the switch piece 211 is positioned at the outer side of the cooking pot and can move relative to the cooking pot, so that the lock catch piece 213 is provided with a locking cover position clamped with the lock hook 22 and a cover opening position separated from the lock hook 22; the safety lock 23 is used to hold the catch piece 213 in the lock position.
The number of the pot cover locking mechanisms 400 is one, one pot cover locking mechanism 400 is arranged on the front surface of the cooking pot, the switch piece 211 of the pot cover locking mechanism 400 is arranged on the pot body 100, and the pot cover locking mechanism 400 is used for locking the pot cover 200 and the pot body 100, so that the pot cover 200 is prevented from being opened in the cooking process. Of course, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the switch 211 of the pot cover locking mechanism 400 may be further disposed on the pot cover 200, and may also implement the function of locking the pot cover 200 and the pot body 100.
In fig. 11-13, for the scheme that the lock catch switch 21 and the safety lock 23 are both arranged on the pot cover 200, and the lock hook 22 is arranged on the pot body 100, the safety lock 23 comprises a fixing sleeve 231, a soft rubber pad 232 and a driving piece 233, and the fixing sleeve 231 is fixed on the pot cover 200; the soft rubber pad 232 sealing cover is arranged at the first end of the fixed sleeve 231, and at least one part of the soft rubber pad 232 is positioned in the cooking space of the cooking pot; one end of the driving piece 233 is fixed on the soft rubber pad 232 in a sealing way, and the other end of the driving piece 233 protrudes out of the second end of the fixing sleeve 231; the soft rubber pad 232 can enable the driving piece 233 to move along the moving direction perpendicular to the locking piece 213 under the air effect in the cooking space, so that the driving piece 233 has a locking cover position clamped with the locking piece 213 and a cover opening position separated from the locking piece 213.
Specifically, in the cooking process, when the air pressure in the cooking space is increased, the soft rubber pad 232 can be deformed, so that the driving piece 233 moves outwards, the end part of the driving piece 233 is blocked in the unlocking direction of the locking piece 213, the switch piece 211 cannot be pushed, the locking piece 213 and the locking hook 22 are ensured to be locked, and the pot cover 200 is prevented from being opened when pressure exists in China. When the air pressure in the cooking space is reduced, the software pad is restored, the driving member 233 moves inward to restore, and when the lid 200 needs to be opened, the opening and closing member 211 can be pushed to unlock, so that the opening operation is realized.
Preferably, the locking piece 213 includes a first lock portion 2131 and a second lock portion 2132 disposed opposite to each other, the first lock portion 2131 can be engaged with the latch hook 22, the second lock portion 2132 is provided with a slot, a center line of the slot is perpendicular to a moving direction of the locking piece 213, and the driving piece 233 can be moved to a locking position abutting against a side wall of the slot. Further, in the present embodiment, the first lock portion 2131 is bent to form a hook portion, and the hook can be engaged with the latch hook 22, and the hook portion is perpendicular to the first lock portion 2131.
In fig. 14-15, for the scheme that the lock catch switch 21 and the safety lock 23 are both arranged on the pot body 100, and the lock hook 22 is arranged on the pot cover 200, the safety lock 23 comprises an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pot body 100, and an output shaft of the electromagnetic valve is provided with a locking cover position clamped with the locking piece 213 and a cover opening position separated from the locking piece 213.
The locking piece 213 comprises a first lock portion 2131 and a second lock portion 2132 which are oppositely arranged, the first lock portion 2131 can be clamped with the lock hook 22, a lock hole 21322 extending along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the locking piece 213 is formed in the second lock portion 2132, and an output shaft of the electromagnetic valve can extend into the lock hole 21322.
During cooking, when the locking piece 213 is locked with the locking hook 22, the electromagnetic valve can be started to enable the output shaft of the electromagnetic valve to extend into the locking hole 21322, and as the position of the electromagnetic valve is fixed, after the output shaft of the electromagnetic valve extends into the locking hole 21322, the switch piece 211 cannot be pushed, and the locking piece 213 is locked with the locking hook 22. When the cooking is finished and the pot cover 200 needs to be opened, the output shaft of the electromagnetic valve is led to exit the lock hole 21322, so that the switch piece 211 can be pushed to unlock and cover.
In the above two schemes, the lid latch mechanism 400 further includes a latch detector 24, where the latch detector 24 is disposed on the latch 213, and is used for detecting whether the latch 213 is locked with the latch hook 22. Illustratively, the shackle detector 24 may be used to detect the condition of the safety lock 23 to determine whether the shackle 213 and shackle 22 are locked. For example, the lock catch detector 24 may be disposed near the slot 21321 and the lock hole 21322, and the lock catch detector 24 may send a locking signal to the control system of the cooking pot when the driving member 233 of the safety lock 23 is engaged with the slot 21321 or the output shaft of the electromagnetic valve enters the lock hole 21322.
Preferably, the micro-pressure air fryer further comprises a pot cover detector 600, wherein the pot cover detector 600 is arranged at the closing position of the pot cover 200 and the pot body 100 and is used for detecting whether the pot cover 200 and the pot body 100 are closed. When the cover 200 and the body 100 are in the open state, the control system of the cooking pot can not execute the cooking mode and send out the combination modes such as sound, light, text and the like to remind even if the user starts the cooking mode. Preferably, the micro-pressure air fryer further comprises a pot container 300 and a pot container detector 700, wherein the pot container 300 is detachably arranged in the pot body 100, and the pot container detector 700 is arranged on the pot body 100 and is used for detecting whether the pot container 300 is arranged in the pot body 100. When the inner container 300 is not installed in the pot body 100, the control system of the cooking pot can not execute the cooking mode and send out the combination modes such as sound, light, characters and the like to remind even if the user starts the cooking mode. Only when the pot body 100 is internally provided with the pot liner 300 and the pot cover 200 and the pot body 100 are closed, the control system of the cooking pot can execute the cooking mode in combination with other control instructions, so that the pot body 100 is prevented from cooking when the pot liner 300 is not installed or the pot cover 200 is not covered, and the use safety of the pot is improved.
In both the above two solutions, the latch switch 21 further includes a guide 212, as shown in fig. 16 and fig. 14 or fig. 16 and fig. 11, where the guide 212 is disposed between the switch 211 and the latch 213, the guide 212 is provided with a first guide groove 2121 and a second guide groove 2122, the first guide groove 2121 and the guide groove extend along the moving direction of the switch 211, the switch 211 is movably disposed in the first guide groove 2121, and the latch 213 is movably disposed in the second guide groove 2122.
Illustratively, the guide 212 is provided with a rectangular through slot as the first guide slot 2121. The guide 212 has a type structure, and the type groove formed in the guide 212 itself is a second guide groove 2122. The locking piece 213 is in a structure and is in sliding fit with the second guide groove 2122, and the switch piece 211 is located on the outer side of the guide piece 212 and part of the switch piece passes through the first guide groove 2121 to be fixedly connected with the locking piece 213. The locking piece 213 can move relative to the pot body 100 by pushing the switch piece 211, so that the locking piece 213 is clamped with the locking hook 22, and the pot cover 200 and the pot body 100 are fixed.
The present embodiment also provides a micro-pressure air fryer, comprising the above-mentioned pot cover locking mechanism 400 and the pressure discharging mechanism 500 in the second or third embodiment.
When the micro-pressure air fryer is used as a micro-pressure cooker, the pressure discharging mechanism 500 at the top of the pot cover 200 is required to be installed, the inner pot detector needs to detect the installation of the inner pot before the micro-pressure mode is started, and the micro-pressure detector is triggered by the lock catch of the pot cover 200, so that micro-pressure cooking can be normally performed, the starting in an abnormal state is avoided, the waste of electric energy is avoided, and other parts are prevented from being directly heated and damaged; after the micro-pressure cooking is finished, the pressure release mechanism 500 starts to release the pressure, the pressure in the cooker is reduced, the safety lock 23 is not pushed by the pressure any more, and the limitation of the locking piece 213 is contacted, so that the locking piece 213 can unlock and open the cooker cover 200 normally, and the use safety of the equipment is improved.
When the micro-pressure air fryer is used as air frying, the pressure discharging mechanism 500 can be detached, so that ventilation and exhaust are facilitated during cooking, meanwhile, the internal pressure during cooking is limited, and the air frying effect is prevented from being reduced due to overlarge pressure. The exhaust mechanism 500 can be disassembled to clean after cooking is completed, so that the cleanliness of the exhaust position 201 is ensured, and foreign matter residues are avoided to generate peculiar smell.

A pot cover locking mechanism for a cooking pot, which is used for the cooking pot and comprises a pot body (100) and a pot cover (200), and is characterized in that the pot cover locking mechanism comprises a locking switch (21), a locking hook (22) and a safety lock (23), one of the locking switch (21) and the locking hook (22) is arranged on the pot cover (200), and the other is arranged on the pot body (100);
the lock catch switch (21) comprises a switch piece (211) and a lock catch piece (213) which are fixedly connected, wherein the switch piece (211) is positioned at the outer side of the cooking pot and can move relative to the cooking pot, so that the lock catch piece (213) is provided with a locking cover position clamped with the lock hook (22) and a cover opening position separated from the lock hook (22);
the locking piece comprises a first lock part (2131) and a second lock part (2132) which are oppositely arranged, the first lock part (2131) can be clamped with the lock hook (22), and the safety lock (23) acts on the second lock part (2132) to enable the locking piece (213) to be located in the lock cover position;
the lock catch switch (21) further comprises a guide piece (212), the guide piece (212) is arranged between the switch piece (211) and the lock catch piece (213), a first guide groove (2121) and a second guide groove (2122) are formed in the guide piece (212), the first guide groove (2121) and the second guide groove (2122) extend along the moving direction of the switch piece (211), the switch piece (211) is movably arranged in the first guide groove (2121), and the lock catch piece (213) is movably arranged in the second guide groove (2122);
the safety lock (23) comprises:
a fixing sleeve (231) fixed on the pot cover (200);
the soft rubber pad (232) is arranged at the first end of the fixed sleeve (231), and at least one part of the soft rubber pad (232) is positioned in the cooking space of the cooking pot;
a driving member (233) having one end sealed and fixed to the soft rubber pad (232) and the other end protruding from the second end of the fixing sleeve (231);
the soft rubber pad (232) can enable the driving piece (233) to move along the moving direction perpendicular to the locking piece (213) under the action of air in the cooking space, so that the driving piece (233) is provided with a locking cover position clamped with the locking piece (213) and a cover opening position separated from the locking piece (213);
a clamping groove is formed in the second lock part (2132), the center line of the clamping groove is perpendicular to the moving direction of the locking piece (213), and the driving piece (233) can move to a locking cover position which is abutted against the side wall of the clamping groove;
the safety lock (23) comprises an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pot body (100), and an output shaft of the electromagnetic valve is provided with a locking cover position clamped with the locking piece (213) and a cover opening position separated from the locking piece (213);
the second lock part (2132) is provided with a lock hole (21322) extending along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the locking piece (213), and an output shaft of the electromagnetic valve can extend into the lock hole (21322).
2. The pot cover locking mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a locking detector (24), wherein the locking detector (24) is provided on the locking piece (213) for detecting whether the locking piece (213) is locked with the locking hook (22).
3. A micro-pressure air fryer comprising a pot body (100), a pot cover (200) and a pot cover locking mechanism according to any one of claims 1-2, said pot cover locking mechanism being adapted to lock said pot body (100) and said pot cover (200).

The micro-pressure air fryer also comprises a pot liner (300) and a pot liner detector (700), wherein the pot liner (300) is detachably arranged in the pot body (100), and the pot liner detector (700) is arranged on the pot body (100) and is used for detecting whether the pot liner (300) is arranged in the pot body (100).

the adjusting exhaust valve (13) comprises a shell (131), an adjusting valve core (132) and an adjusting switch (133), wherein the shell (131) is fixed on the mounting seat (12) and covers the upper part of the first exhaust hole (122), the adjusting valve core (132) is movably arranged in the shell (131), and the adjusting switch (133) can adjust the position of the adjusting valve core (132) so that the adjusting valve core (132) has a valve closing position for blocking the first exhaust hole (122) and a valve opening position for opening the first exhaust hole (122);
an automatic exhaust valve (14) fixed on the mounting seat (12), wherein the automatic exhaust valve (14) has a valve closing position for blocking the second exhaust hole (123) and a valve opening position for opening the second exhaust hole (123).
