In this embodiment, the connection 1334 is integrally formed with the disk 1331. The connecting member 1334 is L-shaped, and has a first end fixedly connected to the toggle member 1333 via a bolt and a second end integrally connected to the rotary plate 1331. As shown in fig. 6, the embodiment further provides a micro-pressure air fryer, which includes the above-mentioned pressure-discharging mechanism 500, the micro-pressure air fryer can be switched between an air-frying mode and a micro-pressure mode, and needs to be matched with the pressure-discharging mechanism 500 at the top of the pot cover 200, the pressure-discharging mechanism 500 at the top is a two-valve mechanism, wherein the adjusting exhaust valve 13 is a mechanical heavy hammer valve in a normal state, and the automatic exhaust valve 14 is a one-way valve, and this design can effectively avoid the occurrence of overload of the pressure-discharging mechanism 500, and in a normal state, the mechanical heavy hammer valve is used for performing a main pressure-discharging function, if the pressure-discharging efficiency of the mechanical heavy hammer valve cannot be met, the one-way valve can perform auxiliary pressure-discharging, thereby reducing the pressure-discharging pressure of the mechanical heavy hammer valve and prolonging the service life of the pressure-discharging device; in addition, when the mechanical weight valve cannot be normally used due to faults and air hole blockage, pressure can be discharged through the one-way valve, and potential safety hazards caused by excessive pressurization of the pressure in the cooker are avoided. The embodiment provides a pressure discharge mechanism 500, which can be applied to the cooking pot of the first embodiment to realize the pressure discharge and exhaust of the cooking pot and improve the safety of the cooking pot.
The main differences between the pressure discharging mechanism 500 provided in this embodiment and the pressure discharging mechanism 500 provided in the second embodiment are:
as shown in fig. 7-8, the adjusting switch 133 of the exhaust valve 13 in the pressure releasing mechanism 500 is an electrically controlled magnetic switch, and does not include the structure of the toggle piece 1333, the rotary plate 1331 and the tray 1332, the adjusting valve core 132 is made of a magnetic material, the adjusting valve core 132 blocks the first exhaust hole 122 under the action of gravity, and the magnetic attraction of the adjusting switch 133 can make the adjusting valve core 132 away from the first exhaust hole 122.
The electric control magnetic switch is arranged outside the casing 131, and the regulating valve core 132 is attracted to the valve opening position far away from the first exhaust hole 122 by the magnetic attraction of the electric control magnetic switch. The magnetic attraction adjusting valve element 132 leaves the first exhaust hole 122 in the resident state, the first exhaust hole 122 can exhaust air normally, when the micro-pressure mode is performed, the magnetic attraction moves towards the direction far away from the adjusting valve element 132, the adjusting valve element 132 is enabled to close the first exhaust hole 122 again, and after the micro-pressure cooking is completed, the magnetic attraction is close to the adsorption adjusting valve element 132, so that the exhaust function is realized.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the housing 131 only includes the first cavity and does not include the second cavity, the housing 131 is directly fixed on the mounting seat 12, and the mounting seat 12 has no exhaust column 1222 structure, the first exhaust hole 122 is directly disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting seat 12, and the housing 131 is surrounded on the peripheral side of the first exhaust hole 122.
Other components of the pressure discharging mechanism 500 in this embodiment are the same as the corresponding components of the pressure discharging mechanism 500 in the second embodiment, and are not described again here.
As shown in fig. 10, this embodiment further provides a micro-pressure air fryer, which includes the above-mentioned pressure-discharging mechanism 500, and the micro-pressure air fryer can be switched between an air-frying mode and a micro-pressure mode, and needs to be matched with the pressure-discharging mechanism 500 at the top of the pot cover 200, the pressure-discharging mechanism 500 at the top is a two-valve mechanism, wherein the exhaust valve 13 is an electrically controlled heavy hammer valve in a normal state, and the automatic exhaust valve 14 is a one-way valve, and this design can effectively avoid the occurrence of overload of the pressure-discharging mechanism 500, and in a normal state, the electrically controlled heavy hammer valve is used for performing a main pressure-discharging function, and if the pressure-discharging efficiency of the electrically controlled heavy hammer valve cannot be met, the one-way valve can perform auxiliary pressure-discharging, thereby reducing the exhaust pressure of the electrically controlled heavy hammer valve and prolonging the service life of the pressure-discharging device; in addition, when the electric control type weight valve cannot be normally used due to faults and air hole blockage, pressure can be discharged through the one-way valve, and potential safety hazards caused by excessive pressurization of the pressure in the cooker are avoided. In fig. 11, the lid locking mechanism 400 includes a locking switch 21, a locking hook 22 and a safety lock 23, one of the locking switch 21 and the locking hook is disposed on the lid 200, and the other is disposed on the body 100; the latch switch 21 comprises a switch part 211 and a latch part 213 which are fixedly connected, wherein the switch part 211 is positioned at the outer side of the cooker and can move relative to the cooker, so that the latch part 213 has a cover locking position which is clamped with the latch hook 22 and a cover opening position which is separated from the latch hook 22; the safety lock 23 is used to position the catch member 213 in the covering position.
The number of the pot cover locking mechanisms 400 is one, one pot cover locking mechanism 400 is arranged on the front surface of the cooking pot, the switch part 211 of the pot cover locking mechanism 400 is positioned on the pot body 100, and the pot cover locking mechanism 400 is used for locking the pot cover 200 and the pot body 100 to prevent the pot cover 200 from being opened in the cooking process. Of course, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the switch 211 of the lid locking mechanism 400 may also be disposed on the lid 200, and may also realize the function of locking the lid 200 and the pot body 100.
In fig. 11-13, for the solution that the locking switch 21 and the safety lock 23 are both disposed on the pot cover 200, and the locking hook 22 is disposed on the pot body 100, the safety lock 23 includes a fixing sleeve 231, a soft rubber pad 232 and a driving member 233, and the fixing sleeve 231 is fixed on the pot cover 200; the soft rubber pad 232 is sealed at the first end of the fixed sleeve 231, and at least one part of the soft rubber pad 232 is positioned in the cooking space of the cooking pot; one end of the driving member 233 is fixed on the soft rubber pad 232 in a sealing manner, and the other end thereof protrudes out of the second end of the fixing sleeve 231; the soft rubber pad 232 enables the driving member 233 to move in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the locking member 213 by the air in the cooking space, so that the driving member 233 has a cover locking position where it is engaged with the locking member 213 and a cover opening position where it is separated from the locking member 213.

In fig. 14-15, for the solution that the locking switch 21 and the safety lock 23 are both disposed on the pot body 100, and the locking hook 22 is disposed on the pot cover 200, the safety lock 23 includes an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is disposed on the pot body 100, and an output shaft of the electromagnetic valve has a cover locking position engaged with the locking member 213 and a cover opening position separated from the locking member 213.
The latch member 213 includes a first latch portion 2131 and a second latch portion 2132 which are disposed opposite to each other, the first latch portion 2131 is engageable with the latch hook 22, the second latch portion 2132 is provided with a lock hole 21322 which extends in a direction perpendicular to a moving direction of the latch member 213, and an output shaft of the solenoid valve is capable of extending into the lock hole 21322.
In the cooking process, when the locking member 213 is locked with the locking hook 22, the solenoid valve can be started to enable the output shaft of the solenoid valve to extend into the locking hole 21322, and since the position of the solenoid valve is fixed, after the output shaft of the solenoid valve extends into the locking hole 21322, the switch member 211 cannot be pushed, and the locking member 213 is locked with the locking hook 22. When the cooking is finished and the lid 200 needs to be opened, the output shaft of the electromagnetic valve is made to exit the lock hole 21322, so that the switch 211 can be pushed to open the lid.
In the above two schemes, the lid locking mechanism 400 further includes a locking detector 24, and the locking detector 24 is disposed on the locking member 213 and is used for detecting whether the locking member 213 and the locking hook 22 are locked. Illustratively, the latch detector 24 may be used to detect the state of the safety lock 23, thereby determining whether the latch member 213 and the latch hook 22 are locked. For example, the lock catch detector 24 may be disposed near the slot 21321 and the lock hole 21322, and when the driving member 233 of the safety lock 23 is engaged with the slot 21321 or the output shaft of the solenoid valve enters the lock hole 21322, the lock catch detector 24 may send a lock signal to the control system of the cooking pot.
Preferably, the micro-pressure air fryer further comprises a lid detector 600, wherein the lid detector 600 is arranged at the closed position of the lid 200 and the pot body 100 and is used for detecting whether the lid 200 and the pot body 100 are closed or not. When the lid 200 and the pot body 100 are in the open state, even if the user starts the cooking mode, the control system of the cooking pot can not execute the cooking mode and send out sound and light characters and other combination modes for reminding. Preferably, the micro-pressure air fryer further comprises a liner 300 and a liner detector 700, wherein the liner 300 is detachably arranged in the pot body 100, and the liner detector 700 is arranged on the pot body 100 and is used for detecting whether the liner 300 is arranged in the pot body 100. When the pot container 300 is not installed in the pot body 100, even if the user starts the cooking mode, the control system of the cooking pot can not execute the cooking mode and send out sound and light characters and other combination modes for reminding. In both of the above solutions, each of the latching switches 21 further includes a guide 212, as shown in fig. 16 and fig. 14 or fig. 16 and fig. 11, the guide 212 is disposed between the switch 211 and the latching member 213, the guide 212 is provided with a first guide slot 2121 and a second guide slot 2122, the first guide slot 2121 and the guide slot both extend along the moving direction of the switch 211, the switch 211 is movably disposed in the first guide slot 2121, and the latching member 213 is movably disposed in the second guide slot 2122.
Illustratively, the guide 212 has a rectangular through slot as the first guide slot 2121. The guide 212 has an Contraband-type structure, and the Contraband-type groove formed by the guide 212 itself is a second guide groove 2122. the lock catch switch (21) comprises a switch piece (211) and a lock catch piece (213) which are fixedly connected, wherein the switch piece (211) is positioned outside the cooking pot and can move relative to the cooking pot, so that the lock catch piece (213) is provided with a cover locking position clamped with the lock hook (22) and a cover opening position separated from the lock hook (22);
the safety lock (23) is used for enabling the locking piece (213) to be located at the lock cover position.
2. The lid locking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the safety lock (23) comprises:
a fixing sleeve (231) fixed on the pot cover (200);
the soft rubber pad (232) is arranged at the first end of the fixed sleeve (231) in a sealing way, and at least one part of the soft rubber pad (232) is positioned in the cooking space of the cooker;
one end of the driving piece (233) is hermetically fixed on the soft rubber cushion (232), and the other end of the driving piece protrudes out of the second end of the fixed sleeve (231);

The pot cover locking mechanism according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the locking switch (21) further comprises a guide member (212), the guide member (212) is disposed between the switch member (211) and the locking member (213), the guide member (212) is provided with a first guide groove (2121) and a second guide groove (2122), the first guide groove (2121) and the guide groove both extend along the moving direction of the switch member (211), the switch member (211) is movably disposed in the first guide groove (2121), and the locking member (213) is movably disposed in the second guide groove (2122).
7. The pot cover locking mechanism of claim 6, further comprising a locking detector (24), wherein the locking detector (24) is disposed on the locking member (213) for detecting whether the locking member (213) is locked with the locking hook (22).
8. Micro-pressure air fryer, characterized in that it comprises a pot (100), a pot lid (200) and a lid locking mechanism according to any of claims 1-7 for locking the pot (100) and the pot lid (200).
9. The micro-pressure air fryer according to claim 8, further comprising a lid detector (600), wherein the lid detector (600) is disposed at a closed position of the lid (200) and the body (100) for detecting whether the lid (200) and the body (100) are closed; and/or

and the automatic exhaust valve (14) is fixed on the mounting seat (12), and the automatic exhaust valve (14) is provided with a valve closing position for blocking the second exhaust hole (123) and a valve opening position for opening the second exhaust hole (123).
