An inner and outer double-layer wall material package negative water-soluble essence bead for blasting cigarettes comprises a double-layer skin-core structure, wherein the double-layer skin-core structure comprises an outer layer wall material, an inner layer wall material and a core liquid; the outer wall material comprises 100 parts of beeswax and 40 parts of rosin resin; the inner wall material comprises 20 parts of sodium alginate and 80 parts of water; the core liquid comprises 100 parts of water, 5 parts of water-soluble essence (Zimbabwe extract), 2.5 parts of preservative (cason) and 2.5 parts of thickener (sodium alginate).
The preparation method of the water-soluble essence blasting bead with the inner and outer double-layer wall materials comprises the following steps:
1) and uniformly mixing water, water-soluble essence, preservative and thickening agent according to a formula to obtain the core liquid.
2) Evenly mixing beeswax and rosin resin according to a formula ratio, heating to 120 ℃ under the condition of stirring, and melting to obtain outer-layer wall material glue solution; and then repeatedly vacuumizing the outer-layer wall material glue solution to remove bubbles in the glue solution.
3) Mixing sodium alginate and carrageenan uniformly according to a formula ratio, heating to 70 ℃ under a stirring condition, and dissolving to obtain inner wall material glue solution; and then repeatedly vacuumizing the inner wall material glue solution to remove bubbles in the glue solution.
4) As shown in fig. 2, the core liquid prepared in step 1) and the inner layer wall glue solution prepared in step 3) are respectively fed into the dropping hole of the coaxial double-layer common needle through a metering pump, wherein the core liquid flows out from the inner layer aperture of the coaxial double-layer needle at 25 ℃, and the inner layer wall glue solution flows out from the outer layer aperture of the coaxial double-layer needle at 70 ℃. After the two solutions flow out from the needle head, the dripped core liquid droplet and the dripped wall material glue solution form concentric spherical droplets under the action of surface tension, the core liquid is arranged inside the droplet, and the wall material glue solution is arranged on the outer layer. Dripping the liquid drops into a protective solution (calcium chloride aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 20%) at 25 ℃ under the action of self gravity for cooling to form bead blasting particles with certain hardness, and separating and washing the bead blasting particles by using a screen to obtain the inner layer structure of the bead blasting for the cigarettes, wherein the inner layer structure of the bead blasting for the cigarettes contains the water-soluble essence. Wherein: flow rate of wall material glue solution: inner layer core liquid flow rate is 1.6: 1.
5) quickly immersing the inner layer structure of the cigarette blasting bead obtained in the step 4) in the glue solution prepared in the step 2), standing for 2-5s, taking out, and cooling at room temperature to obtain the cigarette blasting bead with the inner and outer double-layer wall materials containing the negative water-soluble essence, wherein the obtained blasting bead has no brittleness.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The cigarette blasting bead coated with the water-soluble essence is characterized in that the cigarette blasting bead is provided with a skin-core structure, and the skin-core structure comprises an outer-layer wall material and a core liquid; the outer wall material comprises wax and a tricyclic diterpenoid compound, and the weight part ratio of the wax to the tricyclic diterpenoid compound is 1 (0.5-2).
2. The water-soluble essence-containing blasting bead for cigarettes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer wall material is 55-80 parts by weight, and the bore fluid is 20-45 parts by weight.
3. The cigarette blasting bead containing the water-soluble essence according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall material is further arranged between the outer wall material and the core liquid, and the inner wall material is a polysaccharide material; the polysaccharide material is at least one of sodium alginate, gelatin and carrageenan.
4. The water-soluble essence-containing blasting bead for cigarettes as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner wall material is 55-80 parts by weight, and the bore fluid is 20-45 parts by weight.

The exploded bead for cigarette containing negative water-soluble essence according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the wax is at least one of beeswax, carnauba wax, paraffin wax, and insect wax; the tricyclic diterpenoid compound is at least one of rosin resin, hydrogenated rosin resin, glycerin rosin resin, maleic anhydride rosin resin, rosin modified phenolic resin, rosin methyl ester and rosin ethylene alcohol ester; the core liquid comprises water-soluble essence and an additive, wherein the water-soluble essence and the additive are mixed according to the following weight ratio of 1: (0.5 to 1); the water-soluble essence is at least one of blended essence and natural plant extract; the additive is at least one of a stabilizer, a preservative, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent and a bactericide.
6. The water-soluble essence-containing blasting bead for cigarettes as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the blasting bead is 50-100mg in weight, 3-7mm in diameter and 5-30N in crushing strength.
7. The preparation method of the water-soluble essence-loaded blasting bead for the cigarettes as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing water soluble essence and additive uniformly to obtain core liquid; the weight part ratio of the water-soluble essence to the core liquid is 1 (2.5-22); the weight part ratio of the additive to the core liquid is 1 (5-22);
(2) uniformly mixing the wax and the tricyclic diterpene compound according to the weight part ratio, stirring, and heating and melting to obtain an outer-layer wall material glue solution;
(3) and (3) respectively feeding the core liquid obtained in the step (1) and the outer-layer wall material glue liquid obtained in the step (2) into a dropping hole, preparing the dropped core liquid drop and the outer-layer wall material glue liquid into concentric spherical drops, dropping a protective liquid for cooling, separating and washing to obtain the nano-composite material.
8. The preparation method of the water-soluble essence-loaded blasting bead for the cigarette as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the step (2), the heating and melting temperature of the outer layer wall material glue solution is 80-140 ℃;
in the step (3), when the glue solution is fed into the dropping hole, the flow rate of the outer-layer wall material glue solution is as follows: the flow velocity of the core liquid droplet is (1.2-2.5): 1; the temperature of the outer layer wall material glue solution is 80-140 ℃, the temperature of the drop hole is 80-110 ℃, and the temperature of the core solution is 25-60 ℃; the protective solution is dimethyl silicone oil, and the cooling temperature is 10-40 ℃.
9. The preparation method of the water-soluble essence-loaded blasting bead for the cigarettes as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water soluble essence and additive uniformly to obtain core liquid; the weight part ratio of the water-soluble essence to the core liquid is 1 (2.5-22); the weight part ratio of the additive to the core liquid is 1 (5-22);
(2) uniformly mixing the wax and the tricyclic diterpene compound according to the weight part ratio, stirring, and heating and melting to obtain an outer-layer wall material glue solution;
(3) dissolving the polysaccharide material in water under the condition of heating and stirring to obtain inner layer wall material glue solution; the polysaccharide material accounts for 10-30% of the inner wall material glue solution by mass;
(4) respectively feeding the core liquid obtained in the step (1) and the inner wall material glue liquid obtained in the step (3) into a dropping hole, preparing the dropped core liquid drop and the inner wall material glue liquid into concentric spherical drops, dropping a protective liquid for cooling, separating and washing to obtain an inner layer structure of the popping beads for the cigarettes;
(5) and (3) immersing the inner layer structure of the blasting bead for the cigarette obtained in the step (4) in the outer layer wall material glue solution obtained in the step (2), and cooling to obtain the blasting bead for the cigarette.
10. The method for preparing the water-soluble essence-loaded blasting bead for the cigarette according to claim 9, wherein in the step (2), the heating and melting temperature of the outer-layer wall material glue solution is 80-140 ℃;
in the step (3), the heating temperature of the inner wall material glue solution is 65-80 ℃;
in the step (4), when the inner wall material glue solution is fed into the dropping hole, the flow rate of the inner wall material glue solution is as follows: the flow rate of the core liquid is (1.2-2.5): 1; the temperature of the inner wall material glue solution is 65-80 ℃, the temperature of the drop hole is 65-80 ℃, and the temperature of the core solution is 25-60 ℃; the protective solution is a calcium chloride aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 5% -20%, and the cooling temperature is 10-40 ℃.
