The label paper comprises a base layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is arranged on one surface of the base layer, the adhesive layer is formed by coating glue with the peeling strength smaller than 20MPa, and the coating amount of the glue is 1-3 g/square meter. The protective layer is attached to the bonding layer, and the protective layer covers one surface, far away from the base layer, of the bonding layer. The protective layer is used for protecting the adhesive layer, and the weak glue, namely the glue with the peeling strength smaller than 20MPa, is uniformly coated on the base layer to form the adhesive layer. The coating amount of the weak glue is 1-3 g/square meter, and the coating amount of the glue of the label product commonly used in the market is 6-8 g/square meter, so that the coating amount of the glue in the label in the embodiment of the application is reduced compared with the coating amount of the glue of the label product commonly used in the market, and the cost is reduced. And the coating amount of the glue is reduced, and the weak glue is adopted, so that the peeling force of the label paper from the rolled aluminum foil is reduced, and the label paper can be smoothly peeled from the aluminum foil without tearing the rolled aluminum foil.
Embodiments of the present application will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a label 100 including a protective layer 20 and a label paper 10, wherein the label paper 10 is used for sealing and fixing a rolled aluminum foil 201.
The rolled aluminum foil 201 has a winding end and an adhesive region, and the winding end partially overlaps the adhesive region in the circumferential direction of the rolled aluminum foil 201. The seal to the rolled aluminum foil 201 fixes, i.e., fixes the relative positions of the winding end and the adhesive area, preventing the winding end from moving relative to the adhesive area, so that the rolled aluminum foil 201 maintains a wound state. And the roll-shaped aluminum foil 201 is required, the label paper 10 is required to be torn off. By providing the label paper 10, the rolled aluminum foil 201 can be prevented from being torn as much as possible when the rolled aluminum foil 201 is opened by tearing the label paper 10.
It will be appreciated that the label 10 may also be used for sealing and securing other products such as plastic wrap, bags, etc., and is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2, the label paper 10 includes an adhesive layer 16 and a base layer 17, and the adhesive layer 16 is formed by uniformly coating the adhesive layer 17 with glue. The glue is weak glue, and the weak glue refers to glue with the peeling strength of less than 20 MPa.
In one embodiment, the glue is a silicone glue. The peel strength of the silica gel glue is generally about 18 MPa. Compared with epoxy adhesives, polyurethane adhesives, acrylic adhesives and other adhesives, the adhesive force of the silica gel adhesive is weaker.
The silica gel glue can be prepared by the following method:
The silica gel glue is prepared by mixing 90-120 parts by weight of silica gel resin, 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of cross-linking agent, 1-5 parts by weight of anchoring agent, 1-3 parts by weight of catalyst and 90-120 parts by weight of solvent.
Wherein the cross-linking agent is hydroxyl silicone oil, such as Dow 7028.
The anchoring agent comprises one or a combination of a plurality of gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, gamma-glycidol ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane, gamma- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxysilane, N- (beta-aminoethyl) -gamma-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane, gamma-glycidol ether oxypropyl methyl diethoxy silane, vinyl triethoxy silane, vinyl trimethoxy silane and vinyl tri (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane. Preferably, the anchoring agent is a combination of gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, gamma-glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane, gamma- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxysilane. Such as the ceramic model 303.
The catalyst adopts a platinum catalyst; such as platinum catalyst Pt4000.
The solvent is a mixture of No. 120 solvent oil and ethyl acetate according to the weight percentage of 70:20 to 40.
In one embodiment, the base layer 17 is made of a plastic film, which is a nonpolar polymer and has a low surface tension, typically 29-30 mN/m, and if the surface tension of an object is theoretically lower than 33mN/m, the silica gel is difficult to adhere firmly on the surface, and the surface is treated by corona method. The processing principle is that high-frequency and high-voltage electricity is applied to processing equipment to generate high-frequency and high-voltage discharge, so that fine and dense purple blue sparks are generated. The various ions generated after the air ionization are accelerated and impact the plastic film in the label 100 by the strong electric field. The chemical bond of the plastic molecule is broken to degrade, and the surface roughness and the surface area are increased. And a large amount of ozone is generated during discharge, and the ozone is a strong oxidant, so that plastic molecules can be oxidized to generate groups with stronger polarities such as carbonyl, peroxide and the like, thereby improving the surface energy of the plastic. After subjecting the surface of the base layer 17 to the high-voltage corona treatment, the surface roughness and surface area thereof are increased, and the surface energy thereof is increased. Thereby enabling the silica gel glue to be firmly attached to the plastic film.
The prepared silica gel glue is uniformly coated on one surface of the treated base layer 17, and then is put into a curing chamber for curing treatment, thus obtaining the label paper 10 with the adhesive layer 16.
Optionally, the coating amount of the silica gel glue is 1-3 g/square meter.
The glue coating amount of the label 100 product commonly used in the market at present is 6-8 g/square meter, and compared with the glue coating amount of the label 100 product commonly used in the market, the glue coating amount of the silica gel glue in the embodiment is reduced, so that the cost is reduced. And the peeling force of the label paper 10 is reduced due to the reduced coating amount of the liquid silica gel glue and the weak gel property of the silica gel glue, so that the aluminum foil can be peeled smoothly without tearing.
An important index parameter of the label paper 10 is peel strength, which is the force required to peel a certain width of adhesive tape from the surface of a specific adherend, and the peel strength P at the interface, p=f/L, is calculated by testing the peel force F and the sample width L. The peel strength can be measured according to GB/T2792-2014 by using a YGJ-02A adhesive tape press roller produced by Labthink blue light and an XLW (PC) intelligent electronic tensile tester. The test environment temperature was 23.+ -. 2 ℃ and the relative humidity was 65%.+ -. 5%. The object to be adhered is SUS304# stainless steel plate, the width of the adhesive tape is 25mm, and the stripping rate is 300mm/min. Each sample was measured 3 times and an arithmetic average was taken.
Example 1: uniformly coating the prepared silica gel glue on one surface of the treated base layer 17, and then placing the treated base layer 17 in a curing chamber for curing treatment to obtain the label paper 10 with the adhesive layer 16, wherein the coating amount of the silica gel glue is 1-3 g/square meter.
Comparative example 1: the label 100 product commonly used in the market is prepared by the same method as in the example 1, and the coating weight of the glue is 6-8 g/square meter.
The label paper 10 above was subjected to peel strength testing, and the specific test results thereof are shown in table 1:
table 1:
As is clear from the above test data, the peel force of the label paper 10 in this example was reduced compared to the conventional label paper 10, and the average peel force of the label paper 10 in this example was 2.454GF, while the force to tear the aluminum foil paper was 7GF. The peeling force in this embodiment is smaller than the force of tearing the aluminum foil paper, so the label paper 10 in this embodiment can seal and fix the aluminum foil roll 200, and the rolled aluminum foil 201 can not be torn when the label paper 10 is torn to open the aluminum foil roll 200.
In this test, the label paper 10 of the sample of this example has the same width as that of the label paper of the comparative example, so that the change in peel strength of the label paper 10 more commonly used can be obtained by comparing the peel force.
