It is often a problem to significantly reduce the Particularly when transporting over long distances or exporting to foreign countries, the probability of damage occurring is high. For this reason, conventionally painted finished products often have -
A method of applying wax to a thickness of 20 to 40F has been used, but this method does not provide uniform protection because the thickness is not constant, and it is easy to stain, is susceptible to acid rain, and does not penetrate into the paint film. This method has many disadvantages, such as the adverse effects of water, the volatilization of a large amount of solvent during wax application, and the necessity of wastewater treatment during wax recovery.Furthermore, the above method requires a large amount of man-hours and costs.

Therefore, by using both together, work efficiency can be further improved. In other words, after covering the car body with heat-shrinkable plastic film, the edges of the film can be re-attached. This is a removable film that wraps around and fixes the edges, and can be easily bonded (and released).

Then, the exposed adhesive surface is crimped and fixed to the end of the car body, and then, while peeling off the release sheet one after another, the film is crimped to the opposite end using a squeegee to avoid air bubbles. The process of adhering the film was completed. After 3 months of leaving the film under N temperature, I peeled off the film attached to the car body from the edge, and it was easy to peel off, and no abnormality was observed in the condition of the paint film on the car body surface. .

It was fixed so as to wrap around it, and the same end was crimped to a squeegee. This car body was heated at 80°C for 5 minutes to fit the heat-shrinkable film well to the car body. After a natural number of 1 L and 5.3 months had passed at room temperature, the film attached to the car body was peeled off from the end, and it was easily peeled off, and no abnormality was observed on the painted surface.
