The clamping assembly in the embodiment is preferably a suction cup set, suction cups (i.e. clamping mechanisms) are arranged on the bottom side of the clamping assembly, the distribution of each suction cup is matched with the rectangular array, the suction cups suck out the magnetic strips from the magnetic strip box by using vacuum and place the magnetic strips into the magnetic strip cavity inside the shell, the suction cups suck out the wafers from the wafer box by using vacuum and place the wafers into the wafer cavity inside the shell, and finally the suction cups suck out the lock cylinders from the lock core box by using vacuum and place the lock cylinders into the lock cylinder cavity inside the shell, so that the processing procedure inside the label is completed.
Finally, the hard tag upper cover 21 directly covers the hard tag bottom shell 11 in the whole version and is fastened to realize sealing combination, the toughness of the materials and the clamping structure between the two shells are utilized to realize buckling connection, the hard tag is packaged, and the whole process is automatic and accurate in alignment and simple and convenient to operate.

Example 5-2, the upper and lower covers of the acoustic magnetic anti-theft hard tag are produced by an injection molding machine, 20 pairs (20 hard tag upper covers 21 and 20 hard tag bottom cases 11) are produced at one time during the molding and manufacturing of PET plastics, and a linking point is reserved between the single covers to form a whole version, so that 20 units can be produced in batch by one mechanical action at the same time, a wafer cavity and a magnetic strip cavity are added during the internal molding of the product bottom case, and a buckle and a clamping groove are added at the position where the upper cover or the lower cover is combined with each other for physically sealing the buckle combination.

In addition, it should be noted that the number N of single batch production is at least 3 pairs, and at most 100 pairs, and the larger the number is, the better the number is, this is a range obtained by considering compatible production equipment scale and production capacity, in this range, not only can realize one mechanical action and N unit batch production, but also can avoid increasing the production equipment load too much or the mechanical modification cost too high, and achieve the purpose of effectively improving the production efficiency of the hard tag.
EXAMPLE six
The invention obtains the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tag by production according to the method provided by the above embodiment, please refer to fig. 10, which includes a hard tag bottom shell 11 and a hard tag upper cover 21, wherein a wafer accommodating cavity 13, a magnetic stripe accommodating cavity 14 and a lock cylinder accommodating cavity 15 are arranged in a cavity of the hard tag bottom shell 11; the wafer accommodating cavity 13 is internally provided with a wafer, the magnetic strip accommodating cavity 14 is internally provided with a magnetic strip, and the lock cylinder accommodating cavity 15 is internally provided with a lock cylinder.
The hard tag bottom case 11 has at least one first fastener 12, the hard tag top cover 21 has at least one second fastener 22, and the first fastener 12 and the second fastener 22 are engaged with each other.
The hard label bottom shell 11 and the hard label upper cover 21 are made of any one of ABS plastic, PET plastic, PS plastic, PP plastic and a mixture of PP plastic and calcium carbonate master batch.
In summary, the batch processing method of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tag and the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tag provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that at least one point is as follows:
1) the invention produces the bottom shell plate 1 and the upper cover plate 2 of one version of N pairs at one time during the injection molding manufacture, directly carries out the filling of anti-theft parts and the assembly of the upper cover and the lower cover of the hard label of the whole version of N pairs, breaks through the production thinking of the existing hard label, and opens a new chapter that the hard label can realize batch production.
2) Because the seam crossing of each version bottom shell plate 1 of injection moulding, upper cover plate 2 has unsmooth income knot nature, need not artifical the choosing and match, direct plate aims at and can realize 3 ~ 100 unit batch production of a mechanical action simultaneously, not only easy operation saves the manual work, has improved the production efficiency of hard label moreover greatly, is a brand-new production method.
3) The anti-theft tag has the advantages that the corresponding accommodating space is provided for tag parts, so that parts such as magnetic stripes, wafers and the like do not need to be processed into a hard tag finished product anti-theft alarm part in advance, but the parts are directly placed into the corresponding accommodating cavity of the hard tag shell, and therefore the anti-theft tag replaces the traditional tag shell in which finished product anti-theft parts such as magnetic bar coils or acoustic magnetic soft tags are placed, the processing flow of the anti-theft hard tag is greatly simplified, the overall processing cost is reduced, and the processing and production efficiency is improved.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (14)

1. A mass production method of acoustic magnetic anti-theft hard tags is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the production method comprises the following steps of producing a bottom shell plate part and an upper cover plate part by adopting an injection molding process, wherein the bottom shell plate part comprises N hard tag bottom shells, and the upper cover plate part comprises N hard tag upper covers; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the outer contour cross section of the bottom shell plate part and the outer contour cross section of the upper cover plate part are symmetrical;
assembling an anti-theft part in a cavity of the bottom shell of each hard tag;
covering the upper cover plate on the bottom shell plate, aligning each hard tag upper cover and each hard tag bottom shell one by one and assembling N acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tags, wherein N is more than or equal to 3 and less than or equal to 100.
2. The method for mass production of acousto-magnetic anti-theft hard tags according to claim 1, wherein the step of assembling anti-theft components in the cavity of the bottom shell of each of said hard tags is specifically as follows:
a part assembling mechanism is adopted to take N anti-theft parts which correspond to the N hard tag bottom shells one by one;
and correspondingly assembling the N anti-theft parts in the cavities of the N hard tag bottom shells synchronously.
3. The mass production method of acousto-magnetic anti-theft hard tags according to claim 1, characterized in that said method further comprises:
and carrying out high-frequency welding reinforcement on the N acoustic magnetic anti-theft hard tags.
4. The mass production method of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft hard tag according to claim 1 or 3, wherein each hard tag bottom case has a plurality of first fasteners, each hard tag top cover has a plurality of second fasteners, and the step of covering the top cover plate on the bottom case plate is performed so that each hard tag top cover and each hard tag bottom case are aligned one by one and assembled into N acousto-magnetic anti-theft hard tags, specifically:
covering the upper cover plate on the bottom shell plate, so that the outer contour edge of the upper cover plate is superposed with the outer contour edge of the bottom shell plate, and the bottom of the hard tag upper cover of the upper cover plate faces the cavity of the hard tag bottom shell of the bottom shell plate;

taking M wafers which correspond to the N hard tag bottom shells one by one, and synchronously assembling the M wafers in wafer accommodating cavities of the N hard tag bottom shells, wherein M is K N, and K is a positive integer;

taking N lock cylinders corresponding to the N hard tag bottom shells one by one, and synchronously assembling the N lock cylinders in lock cylinder accommodating cavities of the N hard tag bottom shells;
wherein the part assembling mechanism simultaneously takes the wafer, the magnetic strip and the lock cylinder for synchronous assembling, or,
the part assembling mechanism takes the wafer/the magnetic strip/the lock cylinder according to different orders and assembles the wafer/the magnetic strip/the lock cylinder in sequence.
6. The method for mass production of acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tags according to claim 5, wherein said magnetic strip receiving cavity is located at one side of said wafer receiving cavity, and said lock cylinder receiving cavity is located at the head of said hard tag bottom case.
7. The mass production method of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tag according to claim 5, wherein the bottom of the upper cover of the hard tag is provided with a first protruding part for covering the opening of the wafer accommodating cavity and a second protruding part for covering the opening of the magnetic strip accommodating cavity.
8. The mass production method of acousto-magnetic anti-theft hard tags according to claim 2 or 5, characterized in that said parts assembling mechanism comprises a plurality of vacuum cups arranged in an array.
9. The mass production method of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tag according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the injection molding process adopts any one of ABS plastic, PET plastic, PS plastic, PP plastic, and a mixture of PP plastic and calcium carbonate master batch to produce the bottom shell component and the upper cover component.
10. The method for mass-producing an acousto-magnetic anti-theft hard tag according to claim 9, wherein the injection molding process is to produce a 3-plate hard tag assembly plate composed of 3 bottom shell plates and 3 upper cover plates in a single time when the ABS plastic is used;

11. An acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tag, which is obtained by a mass production method of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft hard tag according to any one of claims 1 to 10.

The acousto-magnetic anti-theft hard tag according to claim 11, comprising a hard tag bottom shell and a hard tag upper cover, wherein a wafer accommodating cavity, a magnetic strip accommodating cavity and a lock cylinder accommodating cavity are arranged in a cavity of the hard tag bottom shell; the wafer holding cavity is internally provided with a wafer, the magnetic strip holding cavity is internally provided with a magnetic strip, and the lock cylinder holding cavity is internally provided with a lock cylinder.
