Description

Traffic monitoring service processing method and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of traffic monitoring technologies, and in particular, to a traffic monitoring service processing method and an electronic device.
Background
In the scenes such as before some big events and the like, the merchants in the commodity information service system often have marketing schemes such as preheating the commodities participating in the events through some channels. One way is to make recommendations to the consumer through an on-site or off-site media content platform. Specifically, the merchant may provide a sample of its goods to some content publisher such as "dawners" of the media content platform, and the content publisher may take a picture or video or the like related to recommending a specific goods and publish the picture or video in the media content platform. Therefore, the consumer can be guided to generate interest in the commodity through the user release content, namely, the commodity is preheated in a 'reach recommendation' mode.
In this case, if a consumer is interested in a certain commodity in the media content platform and desires to purchase the commodity (commonly called "planting a weed"), an application client of the commodity information service system may need to be manually opened, and then the specific commodity is actively searched in the commodity information service system by inputting a shop name or inputting a picture.
The existence of the above-described situation may cause at least the following problems: merchants typically need to know the effect of a particular operational policy, for policy optimization during subsequent operations, and so on. For example, in the aforementioned "reach recommendation" operation policy, it may be necessary to obtain the specific "reach" release content to guide how many product search operations are conducted for the recommended product, and even to how many access amounts, purchase rates, and the like are converted. However, since the consumer needs to obtain the commodity information by actively initiating a search in the commodity information service system, it is difficult for the commodity information service system to determine whether a specific search process is from a search initiated after being "drafted" from the media content platform, which makes the existing commodity information service system unable to provide a service for monitoring the effect of the "reach recommendation" operation policy for the merchant user.
Therefore, how to provide the service for monitoring the effect of the "reach recommended" operation strategy for the merchant user by the commodity information service system becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

In this way, after the publisher completes the distribution of the image added with the information code in the content distribution system, the second user can browse the specific image through the content distributor system, if the information of the related goods/stores and the like needs to be inquired, the image can be saved, and the search can be initiated through the image in the goods information service system. The commodity information service system can judge the search image, and if the search image contains the effective information code, the flow source can be determined to be recommended by a content publisher in the content publishing system, so that a flow source identifier can be added to the search behavior of the specific second user, and the flow monitoring information can be provided for the first user by using the identifier. For example, the number of reflow times generated in the product information system for the corresponding product/store in a manner recommended by the content publisher in particular may be counted, and so on. Therefore, the first user can be helped to determine the effect of the marketing scheme which is particularly recommended by the user, and the marketing scheme is further optimized.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, during the implementation of the present application, the inventor of the present application finds that, from the perspective of a merchant, in a content distribution system, two types of "arrival persons" that are specifically selectable may be divided into KOC (Key Opinion provider) and KOL (Key Opinion Leader), which generally refer to content distributors that can affect their friends, "fans" (followers) and the like to generate consumption behaviors. Both of the two types of people are indispensable channels in the current 'reach person recommendation' marketing scene. Among them, KOC has fewer "fans" and less influence than KOL, but has the advantage of a more vertical field and lower price (the merchant can obtain KOC to recommend the merchant's goods with lower cost). Thus, the number of KOCs that a merchant selects in a "reach recommendation" marketing scenario may be relatively high. People can be paved by KOC to help brands complete public praise accumulation, increase user confidence, and the like.
However, as described in the background section, a specific content distribution system may belong to an off-site system relative to a commodity information service system, and it is difficult to directly mount a commodity link in the commodity information service system when content distribution is performed in the content distribution system, so that data for "seeding" consumers in the content distribution system lacks a return link, a merchant cannot evaluate the effect of a specific operation policy, and further cannot optimize delivery of a "reach" channel, and cannot settle and re-operate users. Particularly in the case of recommendation by KOC, it is difficult to monitor the drainage of KOC even by the content distribution system, since the content distribution system may restrict some of its behavior.
Based on the situation, in the embodiment of the application, the commodity drainage condition of the content publisher is monitored through the commodity information service system, and then the marketing effect of 'reach person recommendation' can be better measured by a merchant user. Specifically, a target image to be distributed by the content distribution system may be determined (for example, a photograph with product/store information taken by a "person who arrives" may be provided to the first user before distribution, and the first user may be provided to the product information service system for processing). In an alternative manner, identification information of a specific "person to be reached" may also be included, and so on. Then, the commodity information service system may generate a specific information code according to the related identification information, and then add the information code to the image. And then, returning the image to the first user, and returning the image with the specifically added information code to the person who arrives, and issuing the image in the content issuing system by the person who arrives.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, before "arrival" issues an image formally, an information code is first added to the image by the commodity information service system, and then "arrival" issues the image again. After the user views the image content published by the "arrival" in the relevant client of the content publishing system, the user may be "drafted" and may wish to search for the commodity in the commodity information service system. At this time, the user may be guided to save the image by guiding the text content distributed at the same time as the "arrival" distributes the image, and then initiate an image search in the specified commodity information service system with the image. Correspondingly, after receiving an image search request of a user, the commodity information service system can firstly judge whether the image carries a valid information code, and if so, the commodity information service system can determine that the search behavior comes from the stream of 'reach recommendation'. Meanwhile, information such as the commodity ID and the first user ID can be analyzed through the information code, so that information such as the number of times of stream guidance of the 'reach recommendation' obtained by the commodity or the first user can be recorded for being provided for the first user. In addition, if the information code also comprises a "person arriving" identifier, statistics of the drainage effect on the dimension of the "person arriving" can be realized, for example, the times that the same commodity is successfully drained to a commodity information service system by different "persons arriving" respectively, and the like.
When the first user provides the target image and the related identification information to the commodity information service system, the related identification information of the target image can be sent to background staff of the system through some instant messaging tools and the like; or, an operation entrance for submitting specific images, related identifications and other information can be provided in a workbench provided by the commodity information service system for the first user, so that the first user can complete information submission through the workbench, and the informatization degree is improved.
When the information code is added to the image, the specific information code form may be various, and in a preferred embodiment, the information code form may be in a form of a "secret code", for example, a hidden information code is added to the image by a digital image watermarking technology, so as to avoid affecting the display effect of the image.
Specifically, from the perspective of system architecture, referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the application provides a flow monitoring service for a first user (merchant) in a commodity information service system, and mainly monitors a backflow situation actually generated in the commodity information service system by a marketing scheme recommended by an outsider of the first user, so as to optimize the subsequent marketing scheme in a use process. Specifically, after selecting some content publishers ("dawners") to help them to make commodity/store recommendations, merchants may typically send samples of their commodities, etc., to "dawners," who publish content by taking images of try-ons, trial photos, videos, etc. Or invite "arrival" to a merchant's physical store for image capture, and so on. However, in the embodiment of the application, the merchant may request that the "arrival person" take a specific image, and then return the image to the merchant, and the merchant submits the image to the goods information service system for coding and then issues the image. Specifically, the "arrival" and the merchant can interact with each other in various ways such as instant messaging. After receiving the image to be issued from the "arrival person", the merchant can submit the image and the identification information such as the merchant ID and the commodity ID to the commodity information service system through the merchant workbench and the like. Then, the commodity information service system can generate an information code according to the identification such as the merchant ID, the commodity ID and the like, add the information code into a specific image, and return the image added with the information code to the merchant. The merchant can return the image added with the information code to the "person who arrives", and the person who arrives "publishes the image added with the information code through the content publishing system. In this way, the consumer user can browse to specific "reach recommended" content through the content distribution system. The information code added in the specific image may be in a form of a secret code, that is, the user may not observe the information code with naked eyes, so that the content publisher may prompt the consumer user to save the image in the additional text content, and then initiate an image search in the specified commodity information service system. In this way, if a consumer user is interested in a product/store that contains certain image content, a specific image can be saved locally and then an image search can be initiated using the consumer-side client of the specified product information service system. Correspondingly, after receiving the image search request, the service end of the commodity information service system can firstly judge whether the image has a valid information code, if so, the service end can identify the identification information such as the merchant ID, the commodity ID and the like from the image, and can determine that the search request originates from the guidance of the content publishing system, namely, the search request belongs to the return flow of the marketing scheme such as 'reach recommendation' to the commodity information service system. Therefore, the corresponding traffic source identification can be added to the searching action, and information such as reflow effect and the like can be provided for the corresponding merchant by using the identification.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
First, an embodiment of the present application provides a traffic monitoring service processing method from a server side of a commodity information service system, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: and acquiring a target image and related identification information, wherein the related identification information comprises identification information of a related target commodity and/or a first user.
The target image may specifically be an image of a target commodity/store that needs to be promoted in a "people recommendation" manner. The target commodity may be a commodity that needs to be marketed in a "reach recommendation" manner, and generally, the first user may select a "reach" in advance, provide a commodity object to the "reach" by sending a sample or the like, take a picture, a video or other images of the "reach", and then release the content in a content release system as a type of an image, a text, a short video or the like. The target store may specifically be an offline physical store associated with the first user, and the like, and the first user may invite "arriving" to the physical store for image capturing, and the like. In the embodiment of the application, the "arrival" may be required to provide the image to the first user after the shooting of the image is completed, and the image is issued after the coding processing is completed.
Therefore, the image of the target product may be an image that is captured by the "arrival person" through the processes of fitting, applying, evaluating, and the like of the target product and needs to be distributed through the content distribution system. Alternatively, the image of the target store may be an image in which "arrival" is shot of the situation of the store environment/the product under control at the physical store of the first user and needs to be distributed by the content distribution system.
Of course, in practical applications, the specific image may also be provided directly by the first user, and the content publisher such as "arrival" is only responsible for publishing, and at this time, the image of the specific target product may be an image of a certain target product that the first user needs to provide to the "arrival" for publishing, and so on.
The related identification information may specifically include an ID of a specific target product and/or an ID of the first user, and the related identification information is mainly used to generate a specific information code, so that, through decoding, not only a traffic source of a specific search behavior but also which merchant and which product are specifically determined. Here, only one of the ID of the target product and the ID of the first user may be provided, or both of them may be provided. This is because, in the case of providing only the first user ID, it is equivalent to only being able to resolve the first user ID from the information code after receiving the image search request of the consumer user, and at this time, if the product ID is also needed, the product information service system can uniquely determine the ID of the corresponding target product by the image comparison peer-to-peer manner (only comparison among the products associated with the first user ID is needed, and there is no need for a search over the internet). If the information code includes only the ID of the target product, it is equivalent to analyzing the ID of the target product from the information code as much as possible, but in this case, the product information service system may directly inquire the ID of the associated first user based on the ID of the target product, and so on.
In addition, when the code printing request is submitted, the specifically provided related identification information may further include an identification of the specific content publisher, and at this time, the identification of the specific content publisher may also be embodied in the information code. In this way, the identification of the content publisher can be analyzed from the search image submitted by the consumer user subsequently, so that the flow monitoring on the dimension of the content publisher is realized. For example, it is possible to count how many reflows each content publisher brings for the same product of the same first user, and so on.
In a specific implementation, as described above, the commodity information service system may obtain the image information of the target commodity in various ways. For example, the first user may submit the image to be printed with the code and the related identifications of the above items through a designated instant messaging system. Or, in another mode, for convenience of performing the informatization processing, an entrance for submitting such a coding request may also be provided in a merchant workstation provided by the goods information service system, so that the first user may submit the image of the target goods and the related identifiers through the merchant workstation.
S202: and generating an information code according to the related identification information, and adding the information code to the target image so as to distribute the content in the content distribution system by using the image added with the information code.
After receiving the target image and the relevant identification provided by the first user, the information code can be produced according to the specific relevant identification information and added to the specific image. As described above, the specific relevant identifier may include an identifier of the first user and/or an identifier of the target product, and in an optional manner, may also include an identifier of the content publisher, and so on. That is, the identification information may be carried by an information code, so that, after receiving an image search request of the second user, the identification information may be identified from a specific search image for providing the traffic monitoring service to the first user.
The specific information code may be in various forms. For example, a two-dimensional code or the like may be included, but since an information code such as a two-dimensional code is disclosed by its own encoding and decoding, it is easily recognized and targeted, and there is a certain security risk. In addition, since the two-dimensional code and other similar information need to be presented in the form of plain codes, after being added to the image, part of the content in the image may be occluded, and in addition, the image is not beautiful, and may be easily tampered, painted, cut, and the like.
Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, the specific information code may be generated specifically in the form of a digital image watermarking technique. Digital image watermarking refers to a technique for hiding information in an image by modifying the pixel content of a digital image. Therefore, the specific information code can exist in a form of a password and belongs to information which cannot be perceived by naked eyes, and therefore the conditions of shielding image content and the like can be avoided. And the encoding and decoding process of the secret code can be encrypted, and the information security can be improved.
In addition, in the implementation, the related identifications provided by the first user may be many, for example, the ID of the first user, the ID of the target product, the identification of the content publisher, and the like are included. Therefore, if the information code is generated directly using the identification information, there may be problems that information is lost during encoding and decoding, or decoding is not easy. Thus, in an alternative embodiment, specific relevant identification information may also be converted into a sequence of ciphers, only such a sequence of ciphers being added to the image. Meanwhile, the corresponding relation between the dark code sequence and the information such as the specific relevant identification can be stored in the database. In this way, in the subsequent process of specifically receiving the search request, the password sequence can be firstly analyzed from the image, and then the password sequence is converted into specific relevant identification information in a database query manner, so that various items of identification information relevant to the current image are obtained.
In this way, in a specific implementation, a secret code sequence database may be maintained, and each time an information code needs to be generated for an image, a new secret code sequence may be read from the database and added to the image of the target commodity, and meanwhile, a corresponding relationship between the secret code sequence and each item of identification information related to the image may be stored in another database (for example, may be referred to as a secret code information database), and the secret code sequence database is triggered to update the secret code sequence.
In short, through the above steps S201 and S202, the information code can be added to the image to be specifically distributed, and then the product information service system can return the image to which the information code is added to the first user, and the first user can return the image to the content distributor, and then the content distributor can distribute the content in the content distribution information by using the image to which the information code is added. In order to facilitate the viewer user to know how to acquire the information of the related goods/stores in the specific image, in an optional manner, for the image of the picture type, when the content publisher publishes the image-text content, the viewer is guided in the text portion to acquire the information of the related goods/stores by storing the image and initiating an image search in the specified goods information service system. Or, for the video type image, the mode of specifically acquiring the commodity/store information can be added directly in the process of recording the video, and the like.
S203: and after receiving a commodity searching request initiated by a second user in a commodity information service system in an image searching mode, judging whether an input searching image has a valid information code.
After the content publisher publishes the image added with the information code in the content publishing system, a specific consumer user can browse specific content through the content publishing system. As described above, since specific content may include prompt information about how to obtain information about a product, a consumer may save an image in the specific content to a local terminal device (e.g., an album of a mobile phone) if the consumer is interested in the specific product or a business during browsing the content. Then, an application presentation client of the related commodity information service system can be opened in the terminal device, and the saved image is used for initiating search.
Accordingly, the server of the merchandise information service system can receive the search request, and then can judge the specific search image to determine whether the effective information code exists therein. The validity of the information code means that other information codes may exist in the same image, and only the information code generated by the encoding rule used in the coding process belongs to a valid information code (usually, only the information code can be normally decoded). For example, when coding is performed, a specific secret code sequence is added to an image as an information code according to a certain coding rule, decoding of the information code therein can be attempted according to a corresponding decoding rule, and if normal decoding is possible and the specific secret code sequence is analyzed to belong to a sequence generated in a secret code sequence database, it is proved that an effective information code exists in the image. Then, the password information database can be queried to convert the password sequence into specific password information, namely, the commodity ID, the merchant ID, the content publisher identification, and the like.
S204: and if so, adding a flow source identifier related to content publisher recommendation for the current search behavior so as to analyze the related identifier information according to the information code and provide flow monitoring information for the first user.
After determining that the specific search image has the effective information code and analyzing various related identification information from the information code, the flow source identification related to content publishing can be added according to the current search behavior, that is, as long as the specific search image has the effective information code, the search image can be determined to be from the 'reach recommendation' in the content publishing system, so that the corresponding flow source identification can be added for the search behavior. Meanwhile, since information such as a specific first user identifier can be analyzed from the information code, a traffic monitoring service can be provided for the first user according to the traffic source identifier, for example, the number of times of reflowing (returning to the commodity information service system for performing operations such as searching) brought to the first user through "reach recommendation" in the content distribution system in one activity is counted.
In the specific implementation, if the information code further includes identification information of the target commodity, the identification information of the target commodity can be analyzed according to the information code, and a flow source identification related to content publishing and the identification information of the target commodity are added to the current search behavior, so that flow monitoring service can be provided for the first user in a commodity dimension. That is to say, not only can the specific search behavior be recorded to be related to the "reach recommendation", but also the specific search for which commodity is determined, and then the reflow situation obtained by each commodity in the "reach recommendation" marketing scheme can be determined.
In addition, if the specific related identification information further includes publisher identification information of the image, the publisher identification information can be analyzed according to the information code, and a traffic source identification related to the published content and the publisher identification information are added to the current search behavior, so that traffic monitoring service is provided for the first user in a publisher dimension. That is to say, in the same marketing scheme, a specific first user may select a plurality of different "arrival persons" for the same target commodity, and by adding the "arrival person" identifier to a specific image, the commodity information service system may not only record specific flow rates and "arrival person recommendation", but also count which specific "arrival persons" the flow rates respectively bring, thereby facilitating the first user to optimize in a subsequent marketing scheme. Of course, in specific implementation, more detailed backflow monitoring information can be provided on the dimension of the goods and the content publisher at the same time, so as to help the first user determine which "reach" is more suitable for recommending which goods, and the like.
In practical application, in the embodiment of the application, by adding the information code to the image, not only can the commodity information service system obtain whether the traffic source of the specific image search behavior is "reach person recommendation", but also the specific commodity identification, the first user identification and the like can be analyzed from the information code, so that the second user can be helped to better locate the target commodity. In other words, in the ordinary image searching process, the searching image is mainly matched and judged with the main pictures of the plurality of commodities in the commodity library through an image recognition algorithm, and the plurality of commodities with the similarity meeting the searching condition are determined and returned to the user. However, this method is actually limited by the accuracy of the image recognition algorithm, and particularly, when searching is performed through the images saved in the "people who arrive recommendation" scene, since the shooting angle and the skill of the "people who arrive" and the shooting angle and the skill of the merchant when issuing in the system may be significantly different, the specific recognition degree cannot be guaranteed, and finally, it is difficult to provide a more accurate search result for the user, and so on. Further, there is a problem that a source (specifically, from which shop or store) cannot be distinguished even for a plurality of images having the same or similar contents.
In the embodiment of the application, specific commodity identification, first user identification and the like can be analyzed from the information code, so that after a second user initiates a search by using one image, the specific target commodity or the target first user and the like can be more accurately positioned, and a more accurate search result can be provided for the second user.
In particular implementations, a link that specifically identifies the target item or the first user-related landing page can be provided at a target resource location (e.g., a set-top resource location, and can also be of a larger size, e.g., laterally across a screen, etc.) of the search results page. In the default state, the detail page of the specific target commodity and the like can be directly used as the receiving page, that is, the second user can directly enter the detail page of the target commodity for browsing through the target resource position in the search result page.
Alternatively, in another mode, the second user may configure the stub page. That is, in practical applications, the user may be guided to browse a detailed page of a specific commodity through a specific image, and may also be guided to browse a shop page of a first user, or other pages specifically built for a "reach recommendation" scene, for example, a specific page of a new certain recent series in a specific shop, and so on. In this case, the stub page information may also be configured by the first user when submitting the specific image and the associated identification information. Therefore, the commodity information service system can determine and store the link information of the bearing page. And then, after receiving a search request of a second user and analyzing associated related identification information according to the information code, providing link information of the adapting page in a target resource position in a search result page so that the second user can access the adapting page through the link information.
In addition, regarding various different types of connected pages, a specific link image presentation style (which may be referred to as a "connected style" for short) may be configured differently. For example, in the case of a detail page of the target product, the link image may be simply combined according to a product main map, a title, and the like, or, in a specific implementation, an operation option such as "enter a store" may be added to the link image of the target product, so that the second user may directly enter the store page associated with the first user for browsing, for example, the accepting style may be as shown at 31 in fig. 3-1.
If the shop page of the first user needs to be used as a supporting page, or other specially-constructed pages and the like, the first user can also configure the link image display style of the supporting page so as to provide the link information of the supporting page at the target resource location according to specific configuration information.
More specifically, a plurality of selectable presentation styles may be provided for the first user, so that the first user may select the presentation styles from the presentation styles, and may provide materials specifically used for generating the link image, such as pictures, documents, and the like, according to the prompt information. In this way, the merchandise information service system can generate a corresponding link image according to the presentation style selected by the first user and the provided materials. When a second user subsequently initiates a merchandise search using an image saved from the content distribution system, a specific configured link may be presented in a resource location (e.g., a pit-top location, etc.) in the search results page, and a specific link image may be presented, which may be generated in a customer-selected style and submitted material. For example, a presentation style of a linked image may be as shown at 32 in fig. 3-2; alternatively, another presentation style may be as shown at 33 in fig. 3-3, and so on.
In addition, in specific implementation, after the adapting page is accessed, a traffic source identifier related to "reach person recommendation" may be added to an operation behavior executed on the target commodity by a specific second user on a subsequent link, so as to provide richer and more detailed traffic monitoring information for the first user. For example, the "reach recommendation" may be monitored for the amount of visits, volume of deals with the goods, etc., that are actually directed to the pickup page, and relevant data may be fed back to the first user, and so on.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, in a case where a first user needs to adopt a marketing scheme such as "reach recommendation", for an image that needs to be published through a content publishing system, before publishing, an information code may be first added to the image by a commodity information service system, where the information code may be generated according to identification information of a target commodity and/or the first user associated with a specific image.
Example two
In the first embodiment, the information code is added to the specific image and then the image is published to the content publishing system, so that the first user can be provided with the traffic monitoring service to help the first user monitor the reflow situation obtained in a manner recommended by the content publisher. On the basis, the second user can be helped to more accurately and more quickly acquire the link of the commodity/store needing to be queried. In practical application, the second user can be helped to more accurately and more quickly acquire the link of the commodity/store to be queried in a mode of directly adding the information code in the image. Therefore, in the second embodiment, a method for providing search result information is mainly provided, and referring to fig. 4, the method may include:
