In some embodiments, the front end bottom of the drawer body 200 is formed with a mounting groove 206 opened downward, and a third fixing hole 403 is formed in the mounting groove 206 in the up-down direction; the drawer 103 of the embodiment of the present application further includes: a reinforcing iron 600 having a bottom plate 601 and a front plate 602 extending upward from a front end of the bottom plate 601, wherein the front plate 602 is inserted into the mounting groove 206, and a fourth fixing hole 404 in an up-down direction is opened at a position of the bottom plate 601 corresponding to the third fixing hole 403; the second fixing member 502 is inserted through the fourth fixing hole 404 and the third fixing hole 403 to fix the reinforcing iron 600 to the drawer body 200.
The drawer 103 of the embodiment of the application can enhance the strength of the front end of the drawer body 200 by arranging the reinforcing iron 600 at the bottom of the front end of the drawer body 200, so that the drawer body 200 can bear a certain load, and the stable installation of the front panel assembly 300 is further ensured. In addition, a reinforcing rib may be provided in the mounting groove 206 to further enhance the strength of the front end of the drawer body 200. The number of the third fixing holes 403 is preferably at least two, and the third fixing holes are spaced apart in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the drawer body 200 has a mounting groove 206 formed at the bottom of the front end thereof and having a downward opening, the mounting groove 206 having a front wall surface, a top wall surface and a rear wall surface, two third fixing holes 403 formed at intervals on the top wall surface of the mounting groove 206, and two fourth fixing holes 404 formed on the bottom plate 601 of the reinforcing iron 600. The second fixture 502 may be a screw.
In some embodiments, the drawer body 200 is further configured to open a second securing aperture 402 at the mounting slot 206; a fifth fixing hole 405 is formed in the front plate 602 at a position corresponding to the second fixing hole 402; the first fixing member 501 passes through the second fixing hole 402, the fifth fixing hole 405, the second fixing hole 402, the second notch 320, and the first fixing hole 401, which are formed in the rear wall surface of the mounting groove 206, and the second fixing hole 402, the second notch 320, and the first fixing hole 401, which are formed in the front wall surface of the mounting groove 206, to fix the front panel assembly 300, the drawer body 200, and the reinforcing iron 600.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8, by opening at least one second fixing hole 402 at the mounting groove 206, the front panel assembly 300 can be fixed to both the drawer body 200 and the reinforcing iron 600, further enhancing the assembly reliability of the front panel assembly 300.
The assembly process of the drawer 103 according to the embodiment of the present application will be briefly described.
Firstly, the left and right ends of a first glass plate 301 are respectively inserted into first clamping grooves 330 of a left side frame 303 and a right side frame 304, and first notches 310 are matched with first baffle sheets 371 one by one; the left and right ends of the second glass plate 302 are respectively inserted into the second clamping grooves 340 of the left side frame 303 and the right side frame 304, and the second notch 320 and the second blocking piece 372 are matched one by one, so that the front panel assembly 300 is obtained. Next, the reinforcing iron 600 is fixed to the mounting groove 206 by the second fixing member 502. Finally, the front panel assembly 300 and the drawer body 200 are fixed using the first fixing member 501. Therefore, the drawer 103 of the embodiment of the application has simple assembly process, and the first two steps can be performed simultaneously, so as to shorten the assembly time and improve the production efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A drawer, comprising:
the drawer body, the front side has openings; and
the front panel assembly is arranged at the front side of the drawer body and comprises a first glass plate, a second glass plate, a left side frame and a right side frame; the left side frame and the right side frame are respectively configured to be provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove along the front-back direction at intervals, the left end and the right end of the first glass plate are respectively inserted and fixed in the first clamping grooves of the left side frame and the right side frame, and the left end and the right end of the second glass plate are respectively inserted and fixed in the second clamping grooves of the left side frame and the right side frame, so that the front panel assembly with double-layer glass plates and through openings from top to bottom is defined.
2. The drawer of claim 1, wherein,
the left side frame and the right side frame respectively comprise a body part, a first extension part, a second extension part, a third extension part and a fourth extension part; wherein the method comprises the steps of
The first extension part extends inwards from the front end of the body part, the second extension part extends inwards from the front part of the body part, and the first clamping groove is defined between the first extension part and the body part and between the second extension part and the body part;
the third extension part extends inwards from the rear end of the body part, the fourth extension part extends inwards from the rear part of the body part, and the second clamping groove is defined between the third extension part and the body part and between the fourth extension part and the body part.
3. The drawer according to claim 2, wherein,
the tail end of the first extension part and/or the tail end of the second extension part extend towards one side of the first clamping groove to form a first convex rib, and the first glass plate is in interference fit with the first convex rib;
and the tail end of the third extension part and/or the tail end of the fourth extension part extends towards one side of the second clamping groove to form a second convex rib, and the second glass plate is in interference fit with the second convex rib.
4. The drawer of claim 3, wherein,
the tail end of the first extension part extends backwards to form the first convex rib;
the tail end of the third extension part extends forwards to form the second convex rib.
5. The drawer according to claim 2, wherein,
at least one first notch is formed at the left end and the right end of the first glass plate respectively, a first baffle plate which inclines towards one side of the first clamping groove is formed at the first extension part and/or the second extension part, and the first baffle plate is matched in the first notch so as to realize the up-down positioning of the first glass plate and the left side frame and the right side frame;
the left end and the right end of the second glass plate are respectively provided with at least one second notch, the third extension part and/or the fourth extension part are/is provided with a second baffle which inclines towards one side of the second clamping groove, and the second baffle is matched in the second notch so as to realize the up-down positioning of the second glass plate and the left side frame and the right side frame.
6. The drawer as recited in claim 5, wherein,
the part of the second extension part corresponding to the position of the first notch extends towards one side of the first clamping groove to form the first baffle plate;
and a part of the third extension part corresponding to the position of the second notch extends towards one side of the second clamping groove to form the second blocking piece.
7. The drawer of claim 6, wherein,
the fourth extension part is provided with a first fixing hole along the front-back direction at a position corresponding to the second notch;
a second fixing hole along the front-rear direction is formed in the front end of the drawer body at a position corresponding to the first fixing hole;
the first fixing piece is used for penetrating the second fixing hole, the second notch and the first fixing hole to fix the front panel assembly and the drawer body.
8. The drawer of claim 7, wherein,
the bottom of the front end of the drawer body is provided with a mounting groove with a downward opening, and a third fixing hole along the up-down direction is formed in the mounting groove;
the drawer further comprises: a reinforcing iron having a bottom plate and a front plate extending upward from a front end of the bottom plate, wherein the front plate is inserted into the mounting groove, and a fourth fixing hole in an up-down direction is formed at a position of the bottom plate corresponding to the third fixing hole;
and the second fixing piece is used for penetrating the fourth fixing hole and the third fixing hole to fix the reinforcing iron and the drawer body.
9. The drawer of claim 8, wherein,
the drawer body is further configured to be provided with the second fixing hole at the mounting groove;
a fifth fixing hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the second fixing hole, of the front plate;
the first fixing piece penetrates through the second fixing hole, the fifth fixing hole and the second fixing hole, the second notch and the first fixing hole are formed in the rear wall surface of the mounting groove, the second fixing hole, the second notch and the first fixing hole are formed in the front wall surface of the mounting groove, and the front panel assembly, the drawer body and the reinforcing iron are fixed.
10. A refrigerator having a drawer according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
