Abstract
A refrigerator drawer and a refrigerator having the same, the refrigerator drawer comprising: the drawer comprises a drawer body, a drawer panel, a panel frame and a panel side plate, wherein the drawer panel is provided with a handle part which is assembled at the front end of the drawer body; the panel frame is an integrally extruded aluminum alloy part and covers the drawer panel; the panel side plates are assembled on two sides of the panel frame. According to the invention, the grade of the drawer is improved through the aluminum alloy frame, so that the appearance of the refrigerator drawer is concise and attractive; and moreover, the integrally formed panel frame reduces splicing gaps.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of refrigerating devices, in particular to a refrigerator drawer and a refrigerator with the same.
Background
At present, in order to store and take food materials, a refrigerator widely adopts a scheme of arranging a plurality of drawers to store the food materials. As a further improvement of the invention, the handle part comprises a handle piece and an avoidance cavity, the handle piece is arranged at the front end of the bottom of the drawer panel, the front end surface of the drawer panel is provided with an inclined surface which inclines inwards, the bottom of the inclined surface extends forwards and is connected with the handle piece, and the handle piece and the bottom of the inclined surface form the avoidance cavity with an upward opening.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the detailed description of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. As in the present invention, for convenience of description, in a normal use of the refrigerator, a direction toward the ground is downward and a direction away from the ground is upward; the direction parallel to the ground is a horizontal direction, and the direction vertical to the ground is a vertical direction; the side close to the user is the outer side, and the side far away from the user is the inner side.
As shown in fig. 1, the drawer includes a drawer body 1, a drawer panel 2, a panel bezel 3, and a panel side plate 4. Wherein a handle part 21 is formed at the bottom of the drawer panel 2 and is connected with the drawer body 1; the panel frame 3 is an integrally extruded aluminum alloy part, is connected with the drawer panel 2 and comprises a front end cover 31, an upper end cover 32 and a lower end cover 33, the front end cover 31 covers the front end surface of the drawer panel 2 and the handle part 21, and the upper end cover 32 and the lower end cover 33 respectively cover the upper part and the lower part of the drawer panel 2; the panel side plates 4 are aluminum alloy pieces and are assembled on two sides of the panel frame 3. The drawer panel is wrapped by the aluminum alloy frame, so that the appearance of the drawer is simple and attractive, the frame made of metal materials further improves the grade of the drawer, and meanwhile, the panel frame made of the integrated into one piece avoids the existence of splicing gaps.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the handle portion 21 includes a handle member 211 and an avoidance cavity 212, the handle member is disposed at the front end of the bottom of the drawer panel 2, the middle portion of the front end surface of the drawer panel 2 is provided with an inclined surface 22 inclined from top to bottom, the bottom of the inclined surface 22 extends forward to be connected with the handle member 211, and the handle member 211 and the bottom of the inclined surface 22 form the avoidance cavity 212 with an upward opening.
Preferably, the connection portions of the escape cavity 212, the inclined surface 22 and the handle 211 are all arc-shaped, so as to improve the hand feeling of a user when holding the handle.
The middle of the front end cover 31 is hollow and is a hollow part shaped like a Chinese character 'hui'.
Specifically, the hollow part in the middle of the front end cover 31 exposes the inclined surface 22, and completely covers the part of the periphery of the front end surface of the drawer panel 2 except the inclined surface 22 and the handle part 211, so that the periphery of the front end of the drawer panel 2 is completely covered by an aluminum alloy part, and the drawer has a simple and attractive appearance.
The upper end cover 32 extends vertically backwards from the upper end of the front end cover 31; the lower end cap 33 extends vertically rearward from the lower end of the front end cap 31. The upper end cover 32 can completely cover the upper end of the drawer panel 2, and the lower end cover 33 can completely cover the lower end of the drawer panel 2, so that the upper end and the lower end of the drawer panel are both covered by aluminum alloy pieces, and the attractiveness of the appearance of the drawer is further improved.
Further, the length of the upper cover 32 is smaller than that of the lower cover 33, and the front cover 31 is vertical, so that the upper cover 32 and the lower cover 33 form an inclined surface at the end to be parallel to the front end surface 11 of the drawer body 1 inclined in the front-upper direction.
As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of limiting grooves 311 are formed on the inner sides of the two side edges of the front end cover 31, and a protruding limiting block 41 inserted into the limiting groove 311 is formed on the front end surface of the panel side plate to limit and fix the panel frame 3 and the panel side plate 4, so that, on one hand, the position of the panel side plate 4 can be conveniently fixed in the assembling process without deviation; on the other hand, the assembly between the panel side plate 4 and the panel frame 3 can be more stable.
Furthermore, the length of the upper end and the length of the lower end of the panel side plate 4 are respectively matched with the length of the upper end cover 32 and the length of the lower end cover 33, so that the rear end of the panel side plate 4 is parallel to the front end face 11 of the drawer body 1 inclined along the front upper side, the panel side plate 4 is tightly attached to the drawer body 1, no obvious splicing gap exists, and the simplicity of the appearance of the drawer is ensured.
The upper end cover 32 and the lower end cover 33 are respectively provided with a first threaded connector 34 and a second threaded connector 35 on two sides, the upper end and the lower end of the panel side plate 4 are provided with a third threaded connector 42 and a fourth threaded connector 43 which are matched with the first threaded connector and the second threaded connector, and the panel frame 3 is connected with the panel side plate 33 through screws, so that the assembly strength between the panel side plate 4 and the panel frame 3 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, a bending structure 321 is disposed at the end of the upper end cap 32, and an insertion groove 23 inserted into the bending structure 321 is disposed at the inner side of the upper end of the drawer panel 2, so as to realize the insertion connection between the panel frame 3 and the drawer panel 2, thereby facilitating to fix the relative position between the panel frame 3 and the drawer panel 2 during the assembly process.
Further, grooves 24 are formed in two sides of the upper end and the lower end of the drawer panel 2, and the first screw interface 34 can be placed in the grooves 24, so that the first screw interface 34 and the drawer panel 2 are prevented from interfering in the assembling process.
Furthermore, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 25 are arranged at the upper end of the drawer panel 2 at intervals, and the reinforcing ribs 25 are abutted against the inner side of the upper end cover 32, so that the supporting strength of the drawer panel 2 on the panel frame is improved.
The front end cover 31 is connected with the drawer panel 2 through a snap.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the inner surfaces of the two sides of the front end cover 31 are provided with first fasteners 312, and the outer ends of the two sides of the drawer panel 2 are provided with first fastening holes 26 fastened to the first fasteners 312, so as to realize fastening connection between the panel frame 3 and the drawer panel 2, thereby enabling the panel frame 3 and the drawer panel 2 to be firmly and stably assembled. The upper surface of lower end cover 33 is equipped with the bellied joint strip 331 that makes progress, as fig. 6 and 7, drawer panel 2 bottom be equipped with the joint in the second buckle 28 of joint strip 331 makes the panel frame 3 with the assembly between the drawer panel 2 is more firm.

As shown in fig. 8, a frame 12 protruding forward is disposed on the front end surface of the drawer body 1, and the drawer panel 2 is covered on the frame 12.
Specifically, two sides of the frame 12 are inserted into a gap formed between two sides of the drawer panel 2 and the inclined surface 22, and a lower portion of the frame 12 is inserted into a gap formed between the bottom of the drawer panel 2 and the handle portion 21.
The frame 12 is connected with the drawer panel 2 through a buckle.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the upper end and the lower end of the frame 12 are respectively provided with a plurality of third fasteners 121 and a plurality of fourth fasteners 122, the upper end of the drawer panel 2 is provided with a third fastening hole 27 fastened to the third fasteners 121, and the slot 211 is provided with a fourth fastening hole 29 fastened to the fourth fasteners 122.
Of course, in other embodiments, the third locking member 121 and the fourth locking member 122 may be disposed on two sides of the frame 12, and the third locking hole 24 and the fourth locking hole 29, which are engaged with the third locking member, may be disposed on two sides of the drawer panel 2, or other locking connection manners may be adopted, as long as the locking connection between the drawer body 1 and the drawer panel 2 can be realized.
The drawer panel 2 is a transparent member so that a user can easily observe the inside of the drawer.
The assembly steps among the drawer body 1, the drawer panel 2, the panel frame 3 and the panel side plate 4 are as follows:
s1, inserting the limiting convex block 411 into the limiting groove 311 to enable the front end face 41 of the panel side plate to be attached to the inner portions of the two sides of the front end cover 31.
S2, the panel frame 3 and the panel side plate 4 are connected through the first threaded interface 34, the second threaded interface 35, the third threaded interface 42 and the fourth threaded interface 43, so that the panel frame 3 and the panel side plate 4 are assembled into a whole.
S3, inserting the bending structure 321 into the inserting groove 23; clamping the first clamping piece 312 with the first clamping hole 26; the clamping strip 331 is clamped with the second clamping piece 28, so that the panel frame 3 and the drawer panel 2 are assembled into a whole.
S4, clamping the third clamping buckle piece 121 with the third clamping connection hole 27; and clamping the fourth clamping part 122 with the fourth clamping hole 29, so that the drawer body 1 and the drawer panel 2 are assembled into a whole.
In summary, in the drawer, the panel frame 3 and the panel side plate 4 of the integrally formed aluminum alloy are assembled and then coated on the drawer panel 2, and then the drawer panel 2 and the drawer body 1 are assembled into a whole; therefore, on one hand, the appearance of the drawer is concise and attractive, and the grade of the drawer is improved; on the other hand, the existence of splicing gaps is eliminated, and the problem of difficult cleaning caused by food material residue leaving is avoided.
