Abstract
本发明公开了一种PLA多复合型面料及其制备方法。本发明中,取来PLA纤维100~150份,复合纤维100~150份,开始进行纺织加工,经过开清棉、梳面、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、纬纱捻线之后得到制备完成的复合面料;步骤S1中,复合纤维为PLA纤维单独或者PLA纤维+天然纤维+化学纤维中的任意一种或多种;使用PLA纤维+天然纤维+化学纤维中的任意一种或多种混合织成的面料,从而使得PLA纤维在织造过程中获得了更多的搭配效果,从而提高了使用过程中的便利性,为人们带来了更多的便利。

技术领域
本发明属于复合面料制备技术领域,具体为一种PLA多复合型面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
PLA是以玉米、小麦、甜菜等含淀粉的农产品为原料,经发酵生成乳酸后,再经缩聚和熔融纺丝制成.聚乳酸纤维是一种原料可种植、易种植,废弃物在自然界中可自然降解的合成纤维。它在土壤或海水中经微生物作用可分解为二氧化碳和水,燃烧时,不会散发毒气,不会造成污染,是一种可持续发展的生态纤维。其织物面料手感、悬垂性好,抗紫外线,具有较低的可燃性和优良的加工性能,适用于各种时装、休闲装、体育用品和卫生用品等,具有广阔的应用前景。
但是常见的PLA多复合型面料织造时较为单一,面料的弹性和柔软度较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决上述提出的问题,提供一种PLA多复合型面料及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种PLA多复合型面料及其制备方法,所述PLA多复合型面料及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:取来PLA纤维100~150份,复合纤维100~150份,开始进行纺织加工,经过开清棉、梳面、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、纬纱捻线之后得到制备完成的复合面料。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述步骤S1中,复合纤维为PLA纤维单独或者PLA纤维+天然纤维+化学纤维中的任意一种或多种。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,使用PLA纤维+天然纤维+化学纤维中的任意一种或多种混合织成的面料,从而使得PLA纤维在织造过程中获得了更多的搭配效果,从而提高了使用过程中的便利性,为人们带来了更多的便利。
