At present, although most of the work in the steelmaking process is mechanized, a lot of labor is required for auxiliary work, such as gunning work when replacing a tap hole, and the like, and the image of the steel industry is seriously affected by the difficult labor. With the increasing importance of people in China, the replacement of the steel tapping hole is more humanized and standardized, and the steel tapping hole is an urgent need.

the method for realizing the gunning tapping hole by adopting the gunning tapping hole auxiliary device comprises the following steps of:
a. lifting the auxiliary device to a stacking position of the tapping hole by using a crown block;
b. after the auxiliary device reaches the stacking position of the steel-tapping hole, firstly, the hydraulic telescopic rod (300) is extended to enable the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400) to be in a horizontal state, the steel-tapping hole is sleeved on the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400), the push-pull rack (420) is pushed to enable the steel-tapping hole limiting movable bayonet (450) to be in a maximum extending position, and the steel-tapping hole is fixed on the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400); then, lifting the auxiliary device to a smelting furnace platform by using a crown block;
c. starting a moving trolley (100) to move the auxiliary device to a position in front of the furnace for replacing the tapping hole, changing a hydraulic telescopic rod (300) to a preset length, continuing to move the trolley (100) forwards, stopping moving the trolley (100) after the tapping hole enters a designated position, and marking the position of the trolley, the length of the telescopic rod and the angle of the smelting furnace;
d. selecting a gunning gun support frame (210) suitable for the gap between the refractory material inflow steel-tapping hole and the furnace lining, placing the front section of the gunning gun on the gunning gun support frame (210), and spraying the refractory material into the gap between the steel-tapping hole and the furnace lining; different gunning gun support frames (210) are used according to different position changes of gaps between the steel tapping hole and the furnace lining in the gunning process;
e. and after the gunning is finished, the push-pull rack (420) is pulled, so that the steel-tapping hole limiting movable bayonet (450) is retracted into the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400), the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400) is pulled out, and the auxiliary device is lifted to a specified storage position by using the crown block.
2. The gunning tap hole assist device according to claim 1, wherein a weight bar (110) is mounted on a top end side of the traveling carriage (100), and a plurality of weight plates (120) are provided on the weight bar (110).
3. The gunning tap hole assist device according to claim 1 wherein the hangers (130) are mounted on both sides of the travelling car (100), and the hangers (140) are mounted on the rear side of the travelling car (100).
4. The gunning tap hole auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein an anti-skid sleeve (421) is arranged at the head end of the push-pull rack (420), and anti-skid lines are formed on the surface of the anti-skid sleeve (421).
5. A method for realizing a gunning tap hole by using the gunning tap hole assisting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
a. lifting the auxiliary device to a stacking position of the tapping hole by using a crown block;
b. after the auxiliary device reaches the stacking position of the steel-tapping hole, firstly, the hydraulic telescopic rod (300) is extended to enable the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400) to be in a horizontal state, the steel-tapping hole is sleeved on the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400), the push-pull rack (420) is pushed to enable the steel-tapping hole limiting movable bayonet (450) to be in a maximum extending position, and the steel-tapping hole is fixed on the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400); then, lifting the auxiliary device to a smelting furnace platform by using a crown block;
c. starting a moving trolley (100) to move the auxiliary device to a position in front of the furnace for replacing the tapping hole, changing a hydraulic telescopic rod (300) to a preset length, continuing to move the trolley (100) forwards, stopping moving the trolley (100) after the tapping hole enters a designated position, and marking the position of the trolley, the length of the telescopic rod and the angle of the smelting furnace;
d. selecting a gunning gun support frame (210) suitable for the gap between the refractory material inflow steel-tapping hole and the furnace lining, placing the front section of the gunning gun on the gunning gun support frame (210), and spraying the refractory material into the gap between the steel-tapping hole and the furnace lining; different gunning gun support frames (210) are used according to different position changes of gaps between the steel tapping hole and the furnace lining in the gunning process;
e. and after the gunning is finished, the push-pull rack (420) is pulled, so that the steel-tapping hole limiting movable bayonet (450) is retracted into the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400), the steel-tapping hole fixing rod (400) is pulled out, and the auxiliary device is lifted to a specified storage position by using the crown block.
