b. after the auxiliary device reaches the steel tapping hole stacking position, firstly, the hydraulic telescopic rod (300) is extended out to enable the steel tapping hole fixing rod (400) to be in a horizontal state, the steel tapping hole is sleeved on the steel tapping hole fixing rod (400), the push-pull rack (420) is pushed, the steel tapping hole limiting movable bayonet (450) is enabled to be in the maximum extending position, and the steel tapping hole is fixed on the steel tapping hole fixing rod (400); then, using a crown block to hoist the auxiliary device to a smelting furnace platform;
c. starting the movable trolley (100), moving the auxiliary device to the position in front of the furnace for replacing the steel tapping hole, changing the hydraulic telescopic rod (300) to a preset length, continuously moving the trolley (100) forwards, stopping moving the trolley (100) after the steel tapping hole enters an appointed position, and marking the position of the trolley, the length of the telescopic rod and the angle of the smelting furnace;
d. selecting a gunning gun support frame (210) suitable for the refractory material to flow into a gap between the steel tapping hole and the furnace lining, placing the front section of a gunning gun on the gunning gun support frame (210), and spraying the refractory material into the gap between the steel tapping hole and the furnace lining; in the gunning process, different gunning gun brackets (210) are used according to different positions of a gap between the steel tapping hole and the furnace lining;
e. and after gunning, pulling the push-pull rack (420), enabling the steel tapping hole limiting movable bayonet (450) to retract into the steel tapping hole fixing rod (400), drawing out the steel tapping hole fixing rod (400), and hoisting the auxiliary device to a specified storage position by using a crown block.
