Each of the inlet and outlet functions is externally connected with a pipeline, and comprises a fixed stainless steel pipeline, a movable high-pressure hose at the tail of the machine, or a movable hard pipe at the tail of the machine; each inlet and outlet hole on the nose fixed thrust plate is connected by a stainless steel pipeline, and each inlet and outlet hole on the tail movable compacting plate is connected by a high-pressure hose or a movable joint hard pipe, so that a bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filtering mechanism is formed.

The invention provides a high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter press, which is used for providing a bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filter mechanism. The high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter press mainly comprises a frame, a pressing mechanism, a bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filter mechanism (the invention), a pulling plate mechanism, a cloth washing mechanism, a liquid receiving turning plate mechanism, a hydraulic driving mechanism, a PLC program control system and the like. The filter mechanism is a core component of the filter press and mainly comprises parts such as a machine head single-sided filter plate 1, a two-way inlet and outlet filter plate 2, a multifunctional material passing distributing plate 3, a machine tail single-sided filter plate 4, a complete set of filter cloth 5, a cloth clamping distributor 6, a hole end lip-shaped sealing ring 7, a filter plate supporting handle, external pipelines of all inlet and outlet functions and the like. The high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter press has the advantages of quicker and more uniform double-hole bidirectional parallel feeding, quicker single-hole bidirectional dark effluent and better multifunctional filtering effect of water and gas exchange of a single-hole wheel through repeated experiments; the multifunctional drying and purifying comprehensive utilization device has the advantages that the filtering effect and the production efficiency are improved due to the bidirectional feeding and discharging, the filter cake dehydration performance of the filtering mechanism is improved due to the multifunctional drying and purifying comprehensive utilization, and the device can replace a complex and vulnerable membrane filter press to squeeze and dehydrate, reduce the cost and increase the efficiency; comprehensively solves the comprehensive technical problem of the prior large-scale van-type filtering mechanism; is a development trend of high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter presses.
