Example 1
A bidirectional filter plate (simply called as a bidirectional filter plate) 2 of a bidirectional filter mechanism, which is a key element of the bidirectional filter mechanism; the key points of the innovative overall implementation scheme are as follows: the existing unidirectional parallel feeding mode is innovated into a bidirectional parallel feeding mode, and the bidirectional parallel feeding is respectively carried out from the direction of a nose fixed thrust plate and the direction of a tail movable compression plate by double feeding holes; the existing one-way dark effluent mode is innovated into a two-way dark effluent mode, and the single effluent hole 29 is used for carrying out dark effluent on two ends in the direction of a nose fixed thrust plate and the direction of a tail movable compression plate; the existing single-function water or air holes are modified into a multifunctional water-air change hole 27 (a PLC controlled electromagnetic valve automatic switching function).
The specific implementation scheme is as follows: the bidirectional inlet and outlet filter plate 2 is a square double-hole bidirectional parallel feeding box-type filter plate 2, has a symmetrical double-sided structure, is a core element of a filter mechanism, and is provided with a frame sealing surface 21, a concave part filter screen point 22, a filter plate bearing platform (also used as a filter cloth support) 23, a feeding and distributing hole end platform 24, a T-shaped feeding and distributing hole 25, a bidirectional feeding hole 26 (a left-right upper corner hole, the filter plate bidirectional feeding hole 26 is the same as a distributing plate bidirectional feeding through hole 26), a multifunctional hole 27 (a right-lower corner washing blow hole, the distributing plate multifunctional hole 27 is the same as the filter plate multifunctional through hole 27), an F-shaped liquid outlet collecting hole 28 and a bidirectional dark current liquid outlet hole 29 (a left-lower corner hole, the filter plate bidirectional dark current liquid outlet hole 29 is the same as the distributing plate bidirectional dark current liquid through hole 29); adopting polypropylene material, using mould to mould press forming and making machine processing; the die of the square filter plate is simpler and more compact than the die of the outer lug filter plate. The main structure is described in detail as follows.
The frame sealing surface 21 is a filter frame sealing plane on the four periphery of the filter plate 2, is matched with the frame sealing surface 21 of the adjacent matching plate 3, and seals the filter chamber 12 after the adjacent filter plate 2, the filter cloth 5 and the matching plate 3 are pressed by using the filter cloth 5 as a sealing piece.
The concave part filtering net points 22 are blind net type round pits, are densely and uniformly distributed on the cavity part (concave part) of the filter plate 2 and are used for increasing the friction force of filter cakes and forming a seepage flow guiding network.
The filter plate pressure-bearing table 23, which is also used as a filter cloth support, is in the shape of a small round table and is uniformly distributed at the cavity part of the filter plate 2 and is used for supporting the filter cloth 5 and transmitting pressure.
The feeding and distributing hole end platform 24 is positioned at the left and right upper corners of the filter plate 2, the plane of the platform 24 is higher than the plane of the filter screen point 22 and lower than the frame sealing surface 21, and the closing-up position of the platform 24 is in a gentle slope shape and is used for arranging the mounting holes of the clamping and distributing device 6 of the T-shaped feeding and distributing hole 25.
The two-way feeding holes 26 are positioned at the left and right upper corners of the filter plate 2; the end surfaces of the two-way feeding holes 26 are flush with the frame sealing surface 21, the hole end lip-shaped sealing rings 7 arranged on the multifunctional material passing matching plate 3 are shared, and a plurality of adjacent two-way feeding holes 26 of the filter plates 2 and the matching plate 3 are communicated with a double-closed two-way feeding total channel (comprising a machine head feeding total channel 15 and a machine tail feeding total channel 11); the double-hole bidirectional feeding is faster and more uniform.
The T-shaped feeding diversion holes 25 are positioned beside the two-way feeding holes 26 at the left and right upper corners of the filter plate 2; the upper end of the T-shaped hole 25 is provided with a mounting hole (positioned at a feeding and distributing hole end platform 24) for clamping the distributor 6, and the filter chamber 12 penetrates through the two sides of the filter plate 2; the lower end of the T-shaped hole 25 is communicated with the feeding main channels 11 and 15; the material is diverted from one of the ports of the T-shaped hole and from two branch ports to the filter chambers on both sides.
The two-way dark current liquid outlet hole 29 and the F-shaped liquid outlet and collecting hole 28 are positioned at the left lower corner of the filter plate 2; the end surfaces of the two-way dark-flow liquid holes 29 are flush with the frame sealing surface 21, the two-way dark-flow liquid holes 29 share the hole end lip-shaped sealing ring 7 arranged on the multifunctional material-passing distributing plate 3, a plurality of adjacent filter plates 2 and the dark-flow liquid holes 29 of the distributing plate 3 are communicated into a closed dark-flow liquid total channel 13, and the F-shaped liquid outlet converging holes 28 are communicated with the dark-flow liquid total channel 13 and the filter chamber 12; the filtrate in the filter chamber is converged to one through a plurality of liquid outlet holes of the F-shaped holes and flows out of the dark effluent total channel.
The multifunctional holes 27 on the filter plate are water or air around the filter plate holes, the filter chamber 12 does not intake air from the Kong Jinshui, and is positioned at the right lower corner of the filter plate 2; a plurality of adjacent filter plates 2 and the multifunctional holes 27 of the distributing plate 3 are communicated into a closed multifunctional main channel 14.
The bidirectional inlet and outlet filter plate 2 of the bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filter mechanism provided by the invention has the advantages of simple and compact square structure, quicker and more uniform double-hole bidirectional parallel feeding, quicker single-hole bidirectional dark effluent and more functions; comprehensively solves the technical problems of slower and uneven unidirectional parallel feeding, slower unidirectional dark effluent and the like, and achieves remarkable technical effects.
Example 2
The bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filtering mechanism mainly comprises parts such as a machine head single-sided filter plate 1 (a stop plate anti-corrosion filter plate), a bidirectional inlet and outlet filter plate 2, a multifunctional material passing distributing plate 3, a machine tail single-sided filter plate 4 (a push plate anti-corrosion filter plate), a complete set of filter cloth 5 (a main filter cloth and an auxiliary filter cloth), a clamping distributor 6 (a clamping distributor on two sides of the filter plate), a hole end lip seal ring 7, a filter plate supporting handle, external pipelines of various inlet and outlet functions and the like. The key points of the innovative overall implementation scheme are as follows: the existing unidirectional parallel feeding mode is innovated into a bidirectional parallel feeding mode, and double feeding holes are respectively fed in a bidirectional parallel mode from the direction of a nose fixed thrust plate and the direction of a tail movable compression plate, so that the feeding speed is improved, the feeding of each filter chamber 12 is more uniform, and the filtering effect and the production efficiency are improved; the existing one-way dark outflow mode is innovated into a two-way dark outflow mode, and the single outflow hole 29 can outflow fluid from the two ends of the machine head fixed thrust plate direction and the machine tail movable compression plate direction, so that the outflow speed and the production efficiency are improved; the existing single-function water or air holes are improved into multifunctional water-air alternate holes (the automatic switching function of a PLC control electromagnetic valve), and the dehydration performance of the filtering mechanism is improved by adopting an advanced blow-drying purification technology; simultaneously, the related thrust plate and the compaction plate inlet and outlet holes are correspondingly improved, and a tail movable high-pressure hose or a movable hard tube is additionally arranged; specific embodiments are described in detail below.
The machine head single-sided filter plate 1 and the machine tail single-sided filter plate 4 are single-sided filter and single-sided anti-corrosion plates, and the single-sided concave part filter surface structure is the same as that of the material passing matching plate 3; the machine head single-sided filter plate 1 is provided with a left upper corner feeding hole 26, a left lower corner bidirectional dark effluent hole 29 and a right lower corner multifunctional hole 27, and is arranged on a thrust plate; the single-sided filter plate 4 of the tail has a feed hole 26 at the upper right corner and a two-way blind outflow hole 29 at the lower left corner, which are arranged on the compacting plates. The functional holes on the thrust plate and the compacting plate correspond to the functional holes on the machine head single-sided filter plate 1 and the machine tail single-sided filter plate 4 respectively.
The multifunctional material passing distributing plate 3 is a matched plate with the same partial structure as the filter plate 2, and mainly comprises a frame sealing surface 21, a concave part filter screen point 22, a filter plate bearing table 23 (also used as a filter cloth support), a bidirectional feeding hole 26 (a left-right upper corner hole), a multifunctional hole 27 (a right-lower corner washing blowing hole), a bidirectional dark effluent hole 29 (a left-lower corner hole), a Y-shaped multifunctional separating hole 30 (a water or gas separating hole), a hole end mosaic sealing groove 31 (a hole end concave mosaic groove) and other structures; is made of polypropylene material, and is formed by compression molding by a die and is machined. The structures and positions of the frame sealing surface 21, the concave part filtering net points 22, the filter plate bearing table 23, the bidirectional feeding holes 26, the multifunctional holes 27 and the bidirectional dark effluent holes 29 of the distributing plate 3 corresponding to the filter plate 2 are respectively the same; the multifunctional holes 27 of the distributing plate 3 are bilaterally symmetrical to the structure of the dark effluent holes 29 of the filter plate 2, are positioned at the left lower corner of the distributing plate 3, and are used for sequentially inputting high-pressure water or gas to carry out back-blowing material, washing, purifying and blow-drying and purifying; the hole end embedded seal groove 31 comprises end face seal grooves of three functional holes of a bidirectional feed hole 26, a bidirectional dark outflow hole 29 and a multifunctional hole 27, and is respectively positioned at the corresponding functional hole ends and is a concave embedded groove corresponding to the lip-shaped sealing ring 7; the multifunctional material passing distributing plate 3 is provided with no T-shaped feeding distributing hole 25 and F-shaped liquid outlet and collecting hole 28, and the material only bypasses and does not enter the filter chamber 12 from the distributing plate 3; the two-way filter plate is used for being matched with the two-way filter plate 2, the adjacent filter plates 2 and the matched plates 3 thereof respectively wrap the filter cloth 5, the concave parts of the double plate cores form a box-shaped filter chamber 12, and materials and filter cakes are carried between the two filter cloths 5.
The complete set of filter cloth 5 comprises single-sided hanging filter cloth with mounting holes for the clamping distributor 6 used for the filter plate 2 and double-sided cape filter cloth used for the distributing plate 3; the single-side hanging type filter cloth is hung on two sides of the two-way in-out filter plate 2 and fixed, and the double-side hanging type filter cloth is hung on two sides of the multifunctional material passing matching plate 3 and fixed; acting as a filter medium and sealing the adjacent filter plates 2 to the frame sealing surface 21 of the mating plate 3.
The clamping and distributing device 6 is a sealing ring compression type clamping and distributing device, is arranged on the T-shaped feeding and distributing hole 25 of the filter plate 2, clamps the filter cloth 5 on the two sides of the filter plate 2 and penetrates through the filter chambers 12 on the two sides of the filter plate 2; has double functions of cloth clamping and material separation on two sides of the filter plate 2.
The hole end lip seal ring 7 comprises an end lip seal ring 7 with three functional holes, namely a bidirectional feeding hole 26, a bidirectional dark outflow hole 29 and a multifunctional hole 27; an automatic sealing ring 7 which is a high-pressure lip shape and is provided with a lip-shaped sealing surface (comprising a lip opening and a lip edge); is arranged in a hole end embedded seal groove 31 of the multifunctional material passing distributing plate 3 and is used for sealing the end surfaces of three functional fluid holes 26, 27 and 29 of the adjacent filter plate 2 and the distributing plate 3 thereof.
The filter plate support handle is an injection molding filter plate handle and is provided with a triangular guide groove and double mounting holes, wherein the triangular guide groove is matched with the positioning guide rail; the filter plate handles are symmetrically arranged at the middle upper parts (above the center of gravity of the filter plate) of the two sides of the filter plate 2 and the distributing plate 3 thereof, and the filter plate support handles support the filter plate 2 and the distributing plate 3 thereof and are arranged on a guide rail on a main beam of the filter press.
Each of the inlet and outlet functions is externally connected with a pipeline, and comprises a fixed stainless steel pipeline, a movable high-pressure hose at the tail of the machine, or a movable hard pipe at the tail of the machine; each inlet and outlet hole on the nose fixed thrust plate is connected by a stainless steel pipeline, and each inlet and outlet hole on the tail movable compacting plate is connected by a high-pressure hose or a movable joint hard pipe, so that a bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filtering mechanism is formed.
And (3) assembling main parts: a plurality of box-type filter plates 2, filter cloth 5 and matching plates 3 are alternately arranged and pressed to form a filter chamber 12; the three bidirectional feed holes 26, the bidirectional dark flow liquid holes 29 and the multifunctional holes 27 of each filter plate 2 and the matched plate 3 are respectively communicated into three closed type machine head and machine tail feed total channels 11 and 15, a bidirectional liquid outlet total channel 13 and a multifunctional total channel 14; the three T-shaped feeding and distributing holes 25, the F-shaped liquid outlet and converging holes 28 and the Y-shaped multifunctional distributing holes 30 are respectively communicated with the three head and tail feeding total channels 11 and 15, the two-way liquid outlet total channel 13, the multifunctional total channel 14 and the filter chamber 12.
The bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filtering mechanism provided by the invention has the advantages of quicker and more uniform double-hole bidirectional parallel feeding, quicker single-hole bidirectional dark effluent, washing and purifying, back-blowing materials, and drying and purifying, and single-hole multifunctional; comprehensively solves the technical problems of slower and uneven unidirectional parallel feeding, slower unidirectional dark effluent, poorer filter cake dehydration performance and the like, and achieves remarkable comprehensive technical effect.
Example 3
The invention provides a high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter press, which is used for providing a bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filter mechanism. The high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter press mainly comprises a frame, a pressing mechanism, a bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filter mechanism (the invention), a pulling plate mechanism, a cloth washing mechanism, a liquid receiving turning plate mechanism, a hydraulic driving mechanism, a PLC program control system and the like. The filter mechanism is a core component of the filter press and mainly comprises parts such as a machine head single-sided filter plate 1, a two-way inlet and outlet filter plate 2, a multifunctional material passing distributing plate 3, a machine tail single-sided filter plate 4, a complete set of filter cloth 5, a cloth clamping distributor 6, a hole end lip-shaped sealing ring 7, a filter plate supporting handle, external pipelines of all inlet and outlet functions and the like. The invention shares the technical part with the prior art, and is based on the 1 st part of the Van-type filter press and the plate-and-frame filter press which are the current standards of the mechanical industry in China: pattern and basic parameters "section 2: technical conditions "section 3: the filter plate is manufactured in JB/T4333-2013.
Assembling and final assembly of the filter mechanism: for convenience of explanation, a thrust plate and a compacting plate closely related to the filtering mechanism are additionally arranged; the machine head single-sided filter plate 1 is arranged on the thrust plate, and the machine tail single-sided filter plate 4 is arranged on the compacting plate; the single-side hanging type filter cloth 5 is hung on two sides of the two-way inlet and outlet filter plate 2 and fixed, the clamping distributor 6 is arranged on a T-shaped feeding and distributing hole 25 of the filter plate 2 to clamp the filter cloth 5 on two sides of the filter plate 2 and penetrates through the filter chambers 12 on two sides of the filter plate 2; the hole end lip-shaped sealing ring 7 is arranged in a hole end embedded sealing groove 31 of the multifunctional material-passing matching plate 3, and the double-sided cloth-covered filter 5 is covered on two sides of the multifunctional material-passing matching plate 3 and fixed; the filter plate handles are symmetrically arranged at the middle upper parts of the two sides of the filter plate 2 and the matched plate 3 (above the center of gravity of the filter plate), and the filter plate support handles support the filter plate 2 and the matched plate 3 are arranged on a guide rail on a main beam of the filter press; the three two-way feeding holes 26, the two-way dark flow discharging holes 29 and the multifunctional holes 27 of the filter plates 2 and the distributing plates 3 are respectively communicated into three closed type machine head and machine tail feeding total channels 11 and 15, a two-way discharging total channel 13 and a multifunctional total channel 14, and the three T-shaped feeding and distributing holes 25, the F-shaped discharging and distributing holes 28 and the Y-shaped multifunctional distributing holes 30 are respectively communicated with the three machine head and machine tail feeding total channels 11 and 15, the two-way discharging total channel 13, the multifunctional total channel 14 and the filter chamber 12; each inlet and outlet hole on the nose fixed thrust plate is connected by a stainless steel pipeline, and each inlet and outlet hole on the tail movable compacting plate is connected by a high-pressure hose or a movable joint hard pipe, so that a bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filtering mechanism is formed.
The low-pressure static filtering process of the high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter press comprises the following steps: the material is pressurized by a feed pump and is simultaneously bi-directionally shunted to the filter chamber 12 (between two filter cloths 5) through the head feed total channel 15 and the tail feed total channel 11 (comprising the T-shaped feed diversion holes 25), low-pressure static filtration is carried out, particles in the material are trapped by the filter cloths 5 to form filter cakes in the filter chamber 12, filtrate passes through the filter cloths 5 and flows out from two ends of the bi-directional liquid outlet total channel 29 of the filter chamber 12 (between the filter plates 2 or the distributing plates 3 and the filter cloths 5), and the filter plates 2 are pulled open to realize gravity cake discharging. The single complete operation cycle working process of the filter press is as follows: the filter plate 2 and the distributing plate 3 thereof compress, feed and filter, turn over the board to connect liquid, wash and purify, blow back materials, blow dry and purify, pull the board to unload cake, wash the filter cloth; through the PLC control system, single operation cycle is automatically completed by one key; intermittent reciprocating circulation work is realized, and solid-liquid separation of batch materials (suspension) is realized.
Comprehensive utilization of the multifunctional aggregate channel 14: the multifunctional main channel 14 is a main channel for washing and purifying, back blowing materials, drying and purifying (alternately using) water inlet or air inlet, and the functions of the multifunctional main channel 14 are automatically converted through a PLC control electromagnetic valve: (1) Washing and purifying, wherein a water pump enters washing liquid into the filter chamber 12 from the multifunctional main channel 14 and the Y-shaped multifunctional split holes 30, and the washing liquid is injected into a filter cake to remove soluble impurities in the filter cake or recover valuable mother liquor retained in the filter cake; (2) Back-blowing materials, namely, high-pressure gas enters the filter chamber 12 from the multifunctional main channel 14 and the Y-shaped multifunctional split holes 30, and back-blowing residual materials remained in the two-way feeding main channels 11 and 15 to the stirring position, so that the purity of filter cakes is prevented from being influenced by slurry; (3) Drying and purifying, wherein high-pressure air enters the filter chamber 12 from the multifunctional main channel 14 and the Y-shaped multifunctional split holes 30, and the air flows through and dries residual washing liquid in the filter cake particle gaps so as to reduce the water content of the filter cake and improve the purity of the filter cake and the recovery rate of mother liquor; the water content of the filter cake is reduced by 3-5% compared with a membrane filter press. If necessary, the multifunctional total channel 14 can also be used as an auxiliary channel for dark effluent liquid, so that the effluent liquid is faster. Water or gas is fed from one orifice of the Y-shaped hole and is split from two branch orifices to the filter chamber.
The high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter press has the advantages of quicker and more uniform double-hole bidirectional parallel feeding, quicker single-hole bidirectional dark effluent and better multifunctional filtering effect of water and gas exchange of a single-hole wheel through repeated experiments; the multifunctional drying and purifying comprehensive utilization device has the advantages that the filtering effect and the production efficiency are improved due to the bidirectional feeding and discharging, the filter cake dehydration performance of the filtering mechanism is improved due to the multifunctional drying and purifying comprehensive utilization, and the device can replace a complex and vulnerable membrane filter press to squeeze and dehydrate, reduce the cost and increase the efficiency; comprehensively solves the comprehensive technical problem of the prior large-scale van-type filtering mechanism; is a development trend of high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter presses.

The bidirectional inlet and outlet multifunctional filtering mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the multifunctional total channel is a total channel which is used as reverse blowing material, washing, purifying and blow-drying purified inlet high-pressure water or gas alternately and is also used as a dark effluent auxiliary channel; the drying and purifying method comprises the following steps: the high-pressure air enters the filter chamber from the multifunctional holes of the distributing plate, flows upwards through the high-pressure air flow to blow dry the residual washing liquid in the filter cake particle gaps, and then reversely blows the filtrate to the bidirectional dark effluent holes of the filter plate to flow out so as to reduce the water content of the filter cake and improve the purity of the filter cake and the recovery rate of mother liquor, thereby improving the filter cake dehydration performance of a common box type filter mechanism and being capable of replacing the complex and vulnerable membrane filter pressing mechanism to squeeze and dehydrate.
4. A high-efficiency large-sized chamber filter press comprises a frame, a pressing mechanism, a multifunctional filtering mechanism, a pulling plate mechanism, a cloth washing mechanism, a liquid receiving turning plate mechanism, a hydraulic driving mechanism and a PLC program control system; the multifunctional filter mechanism is characterized in that the multifunctional filter mechanism is a bidirectional in-out multifunctional filter mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
