Abstract
本发明公开了一种姜半夏炮制工艺,涉及中药饮片炮制技术领域,刨片机包括:底架,底架的左侧安装有承托箱,承托箱内安装有电机,承托箱的上端转动连接有刨片刀,电机通过锥齿轮传动机构转动刨片刀,承托箱的输出端安装有风扇,承托箱位于风扇出风端安装有过滤网,底架位于风扇出风口一侧插接有收纳箱。将半夏倒入进料管上端的进料口,并启动电机带动风扇和刨片刀转动,随后启动电动缸推动滑块在工作台上滑动,同时齿轮通过齿条转动并通过皮带轮传动机构带动转动杆转动,从而使得送料块转动,将半夏送入进料管,随后半夏被刨片刀切片落入工作台下侧,接着通过风扇进行风选操作,将碎屑和碎块分离,减少后续蒸煮和烘干的时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药饮片炮制技术领域,具体涉及一种姜半夏炮制工艺。
背景技术
半夏(学名:Pinellia ternata),又名地文、守田等,属天南星目、天南星科、半夏属植物。药用植物,具有燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,生用消疖肿作用,兽医用以治锁喉癀。姜半夏的炮制方法中通过刨片机将半夏切制2~4mm厚片,在切片过程中容易产生碎屑和碎块,碎屑、碎块与半夏切片混合,从而延长后续的蒸煮和烘干的时间。因此,需要一种姜半夏炮制工艺解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种姜半夏炮制工艺,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
一种姜半夏炮制工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
1)浸泡液制备按比例取干姜,加10~20倍量水第一次煎煮2~4小时,收集第一提取液;在干姜中继续加入5~10倍量水,第二次煎煮2~4小时,收集第二提取液;合并第一提取液和第二提取液得到总提取液,并将白矾加入总提取液中,搅拌使溶解,制成姜煎液白矾溶液,放凉备用;
2)姜半夏炮制取净半夏,大小分开;将大小分开的半夏分别浸泡于步骤(1)中制备的姜煎液白矾溶液中,浸泡3~5天,浸泡时保持浸泡液液面高出药材5~10cm;浸泡至半夏内无干心;取出半夏,弃去浸泡液,将半夏用刨片机切制2~4mm厚片;用蒸箱将切片后的半夏蒸制1~3小时,蒸透,蒸至内无白心;取出,置于烘箱上,干燥至水分低于13%,得到姜半夏。
优选的,所述刨片机包括:底架,所述底架的左侧安装有承托箱,所述承托箱内安装有电机,所述承托箱的上端转动连接有刨片刀,所述电机通过锥齿轮传动机构转动刨片刀,所述承托箱的输出端安装有风扇,所述承托箱位于风扇出风端安装有过滤网,所述底架位于风扇出风口一侧插接有收纳箱。
优选的,所述底架的上端安装有工作台,所述工作台的上端滑动连接有滑块,所述工作台的一端设有通槽,所述刨片刀转动于通槽内。
优选的,所述滑块的一侧安装有支撑柱,所述滑块的上端连通有进料管,所述进料管内转动连接有转动杆,所述转动杆的一端安装有送料块,所述转动杆转动连接于支撑柱上,所述支撑柱上转动连接有旋转杆,转动杆与旋转杆通过皮带轮传动机构进行动力传动,且所述旋转杆的一侧安装有齿轮,所述齿轮啮合连接有安装于底架上的齿条。
优选的,所述底架的一侧设有凹槽,所述凹槽的侧壁连接有电动缸,所述电动缸的输出端连接于滑块上。
本发明的优点在于:将半夏倒入进料管上端的进料口,并启动电机带动风扇和刨片刀转动,随后启动电动缸推动滑块在工作台上滑动,同时齿轮通过齿条转动并通过皮带轮传动机构带动转动杆转动,从而使得送料块转动,将半夏送入进料管,随后半夏被刨片刀切片落入工作台下侧,接着通过风扇进行风选操作,将碎屑和碎块分离,减少后续蒸煮和烘干的时间。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至图3所示,一种姜半夏炮制工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
1)浸泡液制备按比例取干姜,加10~20倍量水第一次煎煮2~4小时,收集第一提取液;在干姜中继续加入5~10倍量水,第二次煎煮2~4小时,收集第二提取液;合并第一提取液和第二提取液得到总提取液,并将白矾加入总提取液中,搅拌使溶解,制成姜煎液白矾溶液,放凉备用;
2)姜半夏炮制取净半夏,大小分开;将大小分开的半夏分别浸泡于步骤(1)中制备的姜煎液白矾溶液中,浸泡3~5天,浸泡时保持浸泡液液面高出药材5~10cm;浸泡至半夏内无干心;取出半夏,弃去浸泡液,将半夏用刨片机切制2~4mm厚片;用蒸箱将切片后的半夏蒸制1~3小时,蒸透,蒸至内无白心;取出,置于烘箱上,干燥至水分低于13%,得到姜半夏。
在本实施例中,所述刨片机包括:底架1,所述底架1的左侧安装有承托箱2,所述承托箱2内安装有电机3,所述承托箱2的上端转动连接有刨片刀4,所述电机3通过锥齿轮传动机构5转动刨片刀4,所述承托箱2的输出端安装有风扇6,所述承托箱2位于风扇6出风端安装有过滤网7,所述底架1位于风扇6出风口一侧插接有收纳箱8。所述半夏切片以及碎屑被分别收纳于收纳箱8内。
在本实施例中,所述底架1的上端安装有工作台9,所述工作台9的上端滑动连接有滑块10,所述工作台9的一端设有通槽11,所述刨片刀4转动于通槽11内。
在本实施例中,所述滑块10的一侧安装有支撑柱12,所述滑块10的上端连通有进料管13,所述进料管13内转动连接有转动杆14,所述转动杆14的一端安装有送料块15,所述转动杆14转动连接于支撑柱12上,所述支撑柱12上转动连接有旋转杆16,转动杆14与旋转杆16通过皮带轮传动机构17进行动力传动,且所述旋转杆16的一侧安装有齿轮18,所述齿轮18啮合连接有安装于底架1上的齿条19。所述转动杆14一侧的皮带轮内安装有棘轮,并使得转动杆14只绕一个方向运动,避免电动缸21做回收运动时进料块15过度挤压进料管13中的半夏。
在本实施例中,所述底架1的一侧设有凹槽20,所述凹槽20的侧壁连接有电动缸21,所述电动缸21的输出端连接于滑块10上。所述电动缸21与电机3均电性连接于现场电源上。
本发明的工作原理为:将半夏导入进料管13上端的进料口,随后启动电机3,电机3转动并通过锥齿轮传动机构5带动刨片刀4转动,同时使得风扇6转动,接着启动电动缸21推动滑块10在工作台9上滑动,齿轮18通过齿条19转动并带动旋转杆16转动,旋转杆16通过皮带轮传动机构17带动转动杆14转动,半夏通过转动杆14一端的送料块15送入进料管13,并通过送料块15挤压进料管13中的半夏,使得半夏在被刨片刀4切片时固定,落入工作台9下侧的半夏切片通过风扇6进行风选,并落入收纳箱8内。
将半夏倒入进料管13上端的进料口,并启动电机3带动风扇6和刨片刀4转动,随后启动电动缸21推动滑块10在工作台9上滑动,同时齿轮19通过齿条20转动并通过皮带轮传动机构17带动转动杆14转动,从而使得送料块15转动,将半夏送入进料管13,随后半夏被刨片刀4切片落入工作台下侧,接着通过风扇6进行风选操作,将碎屑和碎块分离,减少后续蒸煮和烘干的时间。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。
Claims (5)
1.一种姜半夏炮制工艺,其特征在于:具体包括如下步骤:
1)浸泡液制备按比例取干姜,加10~20倍量水第一次煎煮2~4小时,收集第一提取液;在干姜中继续加入5~10倍量水,第二次煎煮2~4小时,收集第二提取液;合并第一提取液和第二提取液得到总提取液,并将白矾加入总提取液中,搅拌使溶解,制成姜煎液白矾溶液,放凉备用;
2)姜半夏炮制取净半夏,大小分开;将大小分开的半夏分别浸泡于步骤(1)中制备的姜煎液白矾溶液中,浸泡3~5天,浸泡时保持浸泡液液面高出药材5~10cm;浸泡至半夏内无干心;取出半夏,弃去浸泡液,将半夏用刨片机切制2~4mm厚片;用蒸箱将切片后的半夏蒸制1~3小时,蒸透,蒸至内无白心;取出,置于烘箱上,干燥至水分低于13%,得到姜半夏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种姜半夏炮制工艺,其特征在于:所述刨片机包括:底架(1),所述底架(1)的左侧安装有承托箱(2),所述承托箱(2)内安装有电机(3),所述承托箱(2)的上端转动连接有刨片刀(4),所述电机(3)通过锥齿轮传动机构(5)转动刨片刀(4),所述承托箱(2)的输出端安装有风扇(6),所述承托箱(2)位于风扇(6)出风端安装有过滤网(7),所述底架(1)位于风扇(6)出风口一侧插接有收纳箱(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种姜半夏炮制工艺,其特征在于:所述底架(1)的上端安装有工作台(9),所述工作台(9)的上端滑动连接有滑块(10),所述工作台(9)的一端设有通槽(11),所述刨片刀(4)转动于通槽(11)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种姜半夏炮制工艺,其特征在于:所述滑块(10)的一侧安装有支撑柱(12),所述滑块(10)的上端连通有进料管(13),所述进料管(13)内转动连接有转动杆(14),所述转动杆(14)的一端安装有送料块(15),所述转动杆(14)转动连接于支撑柱(12)上,所述支撑柱(12)上转动连接有旋转杆(16),转动杆(14)与旋转杆(16)通过皮带轮传动机构(17)进行动力传动,且所述旋转杆(16)的一侧安装有齿轮(18),所述齿轮(18)啮合连接有安装于底架(1)上的齿条(19)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种姜半夏炮制工艺,其特征在于:所述底架(1)的一侧设有凹槽(20),所述凹槽(20)的侧壁连接有电动缸(21),所述电动缸(21)的输出端连接于滑块(10)上。
