Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kelp culture, in particular to a kelp block planting and harvesting method.
Background
The traditional kelp cultivation process can be simply summarized into seedling frame and seedling curtain manufacturing, indoor seedling collection, indoor seedling cultivation, temporary cultivation in sea, seedling clamping, sea area planting, sea area cultivation and kelp harvesting.
As shown in fig. 1, in the conventional sea planting method, two ends of a seedling rope 2 attached to/holding a kelp seedling 1 are tied to two parallel floating raft ropes 3 for cultivation, and because the ropes 3 are difficult and time-consuming to install, the ropes 3 need to be installed in the sea in advance through a peg rope 9 and a wood peg 10, and then a worker ties one seedling rope attached to/holding a kelp seedling to two parallel ropes in the sea. The working environment for the operation in the sea is poor, and the problem of unstable operation caused by stormy waves must be tolerated under the condition of insolation by the sun, so that the working time and the injury probability of workers are greatly increased.
The existing kelp harvesting mode is to release the seedling ropes from the ropes one by a manual mode after the kelp is ripe, and then drag the seedling ropes into the sampan ship one by one. The weight of the kelp on each seedling rope reaches hundreds of jin, and a single repeated operation needs to consume a great deal of labor.
At present, a mechanized kelp harvesting mode is adopted, and a rope and a seedling rope are towed into a ship together. However, the length of the rope is about 75 meters, and a large number of floating balls are arranged on the rope, so that the whole rope is towed into the ship, and the weight and the volume are increased, thereby greatly increasing the harvesting difficulty.

when the kelp is ripe and harvested, the harvesting boat is opened between a group of boom ropes, the hanging ring at the rear end of the auxiliary rope is taken down from the hooks of the boom ropes, then the fixing piece between the auxiliary rope and the auxiliary rope is opened, the auxiliary rope, the connected seedling ropes and the kelp are dragged into the harvesting boat together, the harvesting boat moves forward, then the hanging ring at the front end of the auxiliary rope is taken down from the hooks of the boom ropes, a group of planting blocks are all dragged into the harvesting boat, the operation is repeated to harvest the next group of planting blocks, and the operation is repeated until harvesting of all planting blocks is completed.
In the scheme, each auxiliary rope is 5-30 m long, and the spacing between the seedling ropes on the auxiliary ropes is 1-2 m.
Preferably, each auxiliary rope is 10-20 m long, and the spacing between the seedling ropes on the auxiliary ropes is 1.2-1.5 m.
More preferably, each auxiliary rope is 15 m long, and the spacing of the seedling ropes on the auxiliary ropes is 1.5 m.
In the scheme, the planting boat is provided with the plurality of near-water operation platforms, so that the hanging ring on the auxiliary rope is conveniently hung on the hanging hook of the rope, and the fixing piece between the rope and the auxiliary rope is conveniently installed.
In the scheme, the auxiliary rope fixing hooks and the kelp cutting knife are arranged on the harvesting boat, after a group of planting blocks are towed on the boat, hanging rings at the front end and the rear end of the auxiliary rope are fixed on the auxiliary rope fixing hooks on the harvesting boat, and kelp is cut from the seedling rope by the kelp cutting knife and is collected.
In a further technical scheme, after the kelp is collected, the auxiliary ropes and the seedling ropes are transported away by another auxiliary ship, and the harvesting ship continues to move forward to harvest the next group of planting blocks.
In the scheme, the harvesting ship filled with the auxiliary ropes and the seedling ropes is started to return to the shore, and the kelp is cut on the shore.
In the scheme, the auxiliary ropes and the ropes are reinforced by the fixing pieces every 2-3 meters.
In a further technical scheme, the fixing piece is a binding rope or a U-shaped plastic bolt.
Through the technical scheme, the kelp block planting and harvesting method provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, a plurality of seedling ropes are parallelly bound to two auxiliary ropes on the shore to form a group of planting blocks, and when the planting is carried out in a sea area, the planting blocks are directly integrally lowered and fixed with the ropes, so that most of the work on the sea can be transferred on the shore, the labor intensity and the labor risk of workers are reduced, and the cost is reduced.
2. According to the invention, after the kelp is planted in a planting block manner, the planting block can be integrally harvested when the kelp is harvested, so that the operation difficulty caused by harvesting ropes together is avoided, a large amount of repeated labor intensity of single seedling rope harvesting is also avoided, the mechanized kelp cutting can be performed on a harvesting ship, the planting block can be brought back to the shore for kelp cutting, the operation is convenient, and the time and cost of offshore operation are greatly reduced.
