Referring to fig. 7-8, the heat dissipation mechanism 5 includes a connection pipe 501 fixed to the rear end of the cabinet 1, a plurality of second air ducts 502 uniformly distributed are fixed to one side of the connection pipe 501, the second air ducts 502 are communicated with the inside of the connection pipe 501, a plurality of heat dissipation holes 503 uniformly distributed are formed in one side of the second air ducts 502, a second blower 504 is fixed to the rear end of the outside of the cabinet 1, and an output end of the second blower 504 penetrates through the cabinet 1 and is communicated with the inside of the connection pipe 501. Through setting up heat dissipation mechanism 5 for second air-blower 504 blows in the wind drum in connecting pipe 501, and blows out through louvre 503 on a plurality of second tuber pipes 502, dispels the heat to the electronic component in the cabinet body 1, guarantees the electronic component steady operation in the regulator cubicle.
The working principle is as follows:
when the dust collection device is used, the electric dust removal roller 203 is powered on, the lifting cylinder 205 is started to push the electric dust removal roller 203 on the support frame 201 to remove dust, the motor 204 is rotated to drive the electric dust removal roller 203 to rotate so as to facilitate uniform dust collection on the surface of the electric dust removal roller 203, the electric dust removal roller 203 moves to the scraper 209 at the bottom of the cabinet body 1, the scraper 209 abuts against the electric dust removal roller 203 under the action of the extension spring 210, the electric dust removal roller 203 is controlled to be powered off, the motor 204 is rotated to continue to drive the electric dust removal roller 203 to rotate, the dust on the electric dust removal roller 203 is scraped by matching with the scraper 209, and meanwhile, the exhaust fan 213 pumps air in the dust collection chamber 206, so that the dust enters the dust collection chamber 206 through the feed inlet 207, and pushes the material pushing plate 212 under the action of the material pushing cylinder 211 to discharge the dust from the discharge outlet 208, and the dust in the cabinet body 1 is cleaned;
a first air blower 305 is started to blow air into the first air pipe 303 through a connecting hose and spray the air out through a plurality of spray heads 306 to clean dust on the outer side wall of the cabinet body 1, meanwhile, a turnover motor 307 drives a driving straight gear 308 to rotate and is matched with a driven straight gear 309 to drive a second rotating rod 304 to rotate, so that the spray heads 306 on the first air pipe 303 are driven to turn over, the spray angle of the spray heads 306 is adjusted, concentrated spray can be conveniently carried out on places with more dust on the cabinet body 1, and the dust cleaning efficiency is higher;
the second blower 504 is started to blow the air into the connecting pipe 501, and the air is blown out through the heat dissipation holes 503 on the second air pipes 502 to dissipate heat of the electronic components in the cabinet body 1, so that stable operation of the electronic components in the electrical cabinet is ensured.
