The invention aims to solve the problems that the solidified ice slag on the surface of a cable is inconvenient to break and the ice slag remained on the cable after breaking is easy to influence the advancing of equipment, so that the ice slag and rain and snow are easy to block in the equipment to influence the advancing stability of the equipment, and further provides a deicing and snow removing device for a power transmission line of an electric power system.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows:
the crushing device comprises a connecting sleeve, a driving assembly, a crushing assembly and a scraping assembly; the connecting sleeve comprises a lower jacket and an upper jacket; the lower clamping sleeve and the upper clamping sleeve are buckled relatively to form a circular pipe body, a drainage groove is formed in the inner side wall of the lower clamping sleeve and the inner side wall of the upper clamping sleeve along the radial direction, a drainage hole is formed in the bottom of the drainage groove in the lower clamping sleeve, the driving assembly is fixedly installed on the upper clamping sleeve, the scraping assembly is installed at the front end of the connecting sleeve, and the crushing assembly is sleeved on the connecting sleeve.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The detailed implementation mode is ten: referring to fig. 6 and 7, the present embodiment is described, in which the linkage inner gear ring 91 is composed of two semicircular inner gear rings, each semicircular inner gear ring is respectively installed on the inner side wall of a semicircular outer cover, the linkage outer gear ring 94 is composed of two semicircular outer gear rings, and each semicircular outer gear ring is fixedly installed on the outer side wall of the semicircular inner cover. Principle of operation
When in use, the upper jacket 12 and the lower jacket 11 are symmetrically assembled on the outer high surface of the cable needing to be cleaned and maintained; starting a power supply configured on the driving motor 21, driving the driving motor 21 to drive the driving wheel 22 to walk on the cable, and driving the driving wheel 22 to drive the whole connecting sleeve 1 to move towards the crushing assembly 4; the crushing assembly 4 is used for carrying out cracking treatment on ice slag on the surface of the cable in the advancing direction of the connecting sleeve 1; the scraping component 5 pushes and peels the broken ice slag and removes snow at the same time; the water drops on the surface of the cable flow choked on the surface of the rubber ring 6, the water drops after choked flow are collected in the drainage groove 111 in a centralized manner, and the collected water drops are automatically discharged downwards through the drainage holes 112.
When the function of rotating to remove snow is needed, the rotating motor 71 is started, the rotating motor 71 drives the rotating wheel 72 to rotate, the rotating wheel 72 drives the movable outer ring 420 to rotate, the crushing cutter set 43 is synchronously driven to rotate and advance when the movable outer ring 420 rotates, the ice slag is rotated and broken, and the ice slag can be self-adaptively cleaned while the ice slag is rotated and broken; the movable outer ring 420 rotates and simultaneously drives the rotating outer cover 8 to rotate, the cleaning scraping ring 52 is synchronously driven to rotate when the rotating outer cover 8 rotates, ice residues and snow on the outer surface of the cable are fully removed when the cleaning scraping ring 52 rotates, and pressure of the cleaning scraping ring 52 is reduced.
In the advancing process of the connecting sleeve 1, the movable outer ring 420 synchronously drives the rotating outer cover 8 to rotate, and the rotating outer cover 8 drives the crushing cutter set 43 to rotate positively; the rotary outer cover 8 and the linkage inner gear ring 91 rotate, the linkage inner gear ring 91 drives the gear 92 to rotate, the gear 92 drives the linkage outer gear ring 94 to rotate, the linkage outer gear ring 94 drives the rotary inner cover 95 to rotate, and the rotary inner cover 95 drives the cleaning scraping ring 52 to reversely rotate; the crushing cutter set 43 and the cleaning scraper ring 52 form reverse torsional force, so that the ice slag can be scraped off more easily after being crushed.
