the anti-settling mechanisms (5) are arranged one or more, the anti-settling mechanisms (5) are positioned between the first fixing mechanism (3) and the second fixing mechanism (4), the front ends and the rear ends of the anti-settling mechanisms (5) respectively extend to the front fixing point and the rear fixing point, and the anti-settling mechanisms (5) are respectively clamped with the first fixing mechanism (3) and the second fixing mechanism (4);
the mounting assembly is positioned at the upper end of the first fixing mechanism (3);
the drainage pipeline (10) penetrates through the second fixing mechanism (4), the lower end of the drainage pipeline (10) extends to the outside of the second fixing mechanism (4), and a filter ball (11) is sleeved at the lower end of the drainage pipeline (10);
