然而,就目前传统装配式保温墙体在施工应用过程中,多采用插接的方式进行连接装配,其插接部位缺乏有效固定,当遭遇强级别地震时,插接部位容易发生断裂,严重影响建筑物安全性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种装配式建筑节能保温墙体,通过活动柱块A和活动柱块B将上下相邻的三块装配式混凝土墙体插接在一起,提升上下两块装配式混凝土墙体之间侧向受力效果,从而提升墙体牢固性,并通过连杆将上下两块装配式混凝土墙体固定连接在一起,保障各装配式混凝土墙体之间连接的牢固性,提升建筑物自身抗震系数。

此外,通过石材外板的设置,通过钩挂的方式将石材外板连接在装配式混凝土墙体外侧,使石材外板安装施工更加简便,通过石材外板对装配式混凝土墙体进行防护,延缓装配式混凝土墙体使用寿命,提升装配式混凝土墙体防水效果。
此外,通过装配式混凝土墙体内侧预制装配槽的设置,预留水暖管槽,可将水暖管路铺设在装配式混凝土墙体内侧预制装配槽内,实现装配式混凝土墙体供暖发热,增大室内供暖发热面积,更好的满足于冬季室内供暖所需;并且配合固定卡条的设置,当水暖管路铺设在装配式混凝土墙体内侧预制装配槽内后,固定卡条分别与两个卡块卡接,通过固定卡条对水暖管路进行固定,使水暖管路铺设更加简便,便于后期在装配式混凝土墙体内侧涂抹砂浆进行找平。

此外,根据本发明的实施例,连杆6滑动插接于顶槽301、三棱底孔302、三棱顶孔402和活动腔401内,连杆6底部呈环绕状设有三个限位块601,限位块601转动于活动腔401内,连杆6顶部设有旋钮602,,即连杆6的杆体的顶部设有旋钮602,底部设有三个限位块601,旋钮602转动于顶槽301内。
该实施例中,三棱底孔302和三棱顶孔402配合使用,结构尺寸相同,均包括三个条形豁孔和中间圆柱豁孔,三个条形豁孔均匀分布于中间圆柱豁孔的圆周上,并与中间圆柱豁孔连通。连杆6的杆体插设于三棱底孔302和三棱顶孔402中。
采用上述技术方案,当活动柱块A3底部与活动柱块B4相接触时,将连杆6经活动柱块A3插接于活动柱块B4内,并转动旋钮602,使限位块601位于活动腔401内,从而实现将限位块601限位于活动腔401内,通过连杆6将上下两块装配式混凝土墙体1固定连接在一起,保障各装配式混凝土墙体1之间连接的牢固性,提升建筑物自身抗震系数。
此外,根据本发明的实施例,装配式混凝土墙体1外侧开设有上中下三个挂孔103,石材外板7内侧设有上中下三个挂钩件701,挂钩件701连接于挂孔103内,石材外板7四周分别与相邻四个石材外板7相互插合连接,相邻两个石材外板7插接部位涂抹有防水胶;
采用上述技术方案,通过钩挂的方式将石材外板7连接在装配式混凝土墙体1外侧,使石材外板7安装施工更加简便,通过石材外板7对装配式混凝土墙体1进行防护,延缓装配式混凝土墙体1使用寿命,提升装配式混凝土墙体1防水效果。
此外,根据本发明的实施例,装配式混凝土墙体1内侧开设有纵横交错的预制装配槽104,装配式混凝土墙体1内侧的预制装配槽104与相邻装配式混凝土墙体1内侧的预制装配槽104相连通;
采用上述技术方案,预留水暖管槽,可将水暖管路铺设在装配式混凝土墙体1内侧预制装配槽104内,实现装配式混凝土墙体1供暖发热,增大室内供暖发热面积,更好的满足于冬季室内供暖所需。
此外,根据本发明的实施例,装配式混凝土墙体1内侧安装有卡块105,两个卡块105位于纵向的预制装配槽104和横向的预制装配槽104连通部位,固定卡条9两端分别开设有卡孔901,固定卡条9通过卡孔901分别与两个卡块105卡合连接;
采用上述技术方案,当水暖管路铺设在装配式混凝土墙体1内侧预制装配槽104内后,固定卡条9分别与两个卡块105卡接,通过固定卡条9对水暖管路进行固定,使水暖管路铺设更加简便,便于后期在装配式混凝土墙体1内侧涂抹砂浆进行找平。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:本发明在使用时,通过滑动插接的方式将多个处于同一高度的装配式混凝土墙体1插接在一起,当底层装配式混凝土墙体1插接完毕后,在底层装配式混凝土墙体1上方摞放第二层装配式混凝土墙体1,底层的活动柱块A3和活动柱块B4顶端分别插接于第二层两个装配式混凝土墙体1内部的聚苯乙烯隔热内壳2内,通过活动柱块A3和活动柱块B4将上下相邻的三块装配式混凝土墙体1插接在一起,提升上下两块装配式混凝土墙体1之间侧向受力效果;接下来施工人员将连杆6经活动柱块A3插接于活动柱块B4内,并转动旋钮602,使限位块601位于活动腔401内,通过连杆6将上下两块装配式混凝土墙体1固定连接在一起,保障各装配式混凝土墙体1之间连接的牢固性,提升建筑物自身抗震系数;待整面墙体装配完毕后,钩挂的方式将石材外板7连接在装配式混凝土墙体1外侧,使石材外板7安装施工更加简便,通过石材外板7对装配式混凝土墙体1进行防护,延缓装配式混凝土墙体1使用寿命,提升装配式混凝土墙体1防水效果;将水暖管路铺设在装配式混凝土墙体1内侧预制装配槽104内,实现装配式混凝土墙体1供暖发热,增大室内供暖发热面积,更好的满足于冬季室内供暖所需;并在水暖管路铺设的同时,通过固定卡条9对水暖管路进行固定,使水暖管路铺设更加简便,便于后期在装配式混凝土墙体1内侧涂抹砂浆进行找平。
实施例二:
该实施例与实施例一所不同的是:
连杆6的杆体包括上部杆体61和下部杆体62,上部杆体61和下部杆体62配合使用,上部杆体61包括杆芯612以及套设于杆芯612上的弹性筒611,弹性筒611和杆芯612之间形成的环形周向空间形成环形水室,环形水室内装设有水,也可以同时混合有建筑用液体胶液,弹性筒611可由例如橡胶材料制成,杆芯612的上端与旋钮602,杆芯612的下端设有活塞6121,弹性筒611一方面形成存储囊体,另一方面具有调节气压的作用,弹性筒611的上端密封连接于旋钮602,下端密封连接于下部杆体62的上端,活塞6121的上下两个外周边倒圆弧角,活塞6121由弹性材料例如橡胶材料制成;下部杆体62为空心杆,具有中空腔,空心杆的下部周壁上开设有外溢孔,外溢孔与中空腔连通,外溢孔经弹性暂堵材料625封堵,弹性暂堵材料625具体可为具有一定厚度的弹性膜,用于暂时封堵外溢孔,另一方面,弹性膜还能起到调节杆体内部气压的作用,中空腔自上而下依次包括插入孔621、搅拌腔622、限位部623和物料腔624,物料腔624内装有物料,物料为细砂粒和水泥粉料。
其中,限位部623的直径小于活塞6121的直径而大于杆体的直径,使得杆体能够带动活塞6121突破限位部623,限位部623形成为内缩的通道结构,插入孔621的直径大于杆体的直径,从而使得插入孔621和杆芯612之间形成下漏环形腔,下漏环形腔用于将所述环形水室内的水下漏至下部杆体的中空腔内,搅拌腔622的直径大于物料腔624的直径同时大于插入孔621的直径,上部杆体61的上端与旋钮602连接,上部杆体61的杆芯612插穿过插入孔621插设于中空腔内,杆芯612的活塞6121可滑动设于物料腔624内,也可上拉突破限位部623而进入搅拌腔622内。
使用时,可参考如下步骤:
1、将连杆6经活动柱块A3插接于活动柱块B4内,并转动旋钮602,使限位块601位于活动腔401内,在初始使用状态下,活塞6121可滑动设于物料腔624内,活塞6121将中空腔密封分割为上下两部分;
2、用力快速上拉上部杆体61,活塞6121受到挤压朝向上方突破限位部623而进入搅拌腔622内,此时,环形水室内的水经所述下漏环形腔依次进入搅拌腔622、限位部623,进入物料腔624与物料腔624内的物料混合;
3、小幅度快速上下抽拉上部杆体61,使得活塞6121在搅拌腔622内快速的上下运动,从而产生脉动冲击使得物料腔624内的水和物料充分混合,形成质地细密的混凝土;
4、用力快速大幅度下压上部杆体61,使得活塞6121朝向下方突破限位部623进入物料腔624,对物料腔624内的混凝土进行下压,混凝土在较大的压力冲击下冲破外溢孔上的弹性暂堵材料625,混凝土自外溢孔快速打出进入活动腔401、三棱顶孔402和三棱底孔302内,并密封于活动腔401、三棱顶孔402和三棱底孔302三者与连杆6之间形成的空隙内,并快速凝固。
该实施例中的装配式建筑节能保温墙体,由于密封于活动腔401、三棱顶孔402和三棱底孔302三者与连杆6之间形成的空隙内,并快速凝固,使得装配的墙体更加牢固,防止了墙体晃动以及变形、歪斜等问题的出现,另外,使得墙体的保温节能效果更佳。
最后,需要说明的是,本发明在描述各个构件的位置及其之间的配合关系等时,通常会以一个/一对构件举例而言,然而本领域技术人员应该理解的是,这样的位置、配合关系等,同样适用于其他构件/其他成对的构件。

Claims (8)

1.一种装配式建筑节能保温墙体,其特征在于,包括:装配式混凝土墙体(1);所述装配式混凝土墙体(1)内部安装有聚苯乙烯隔热内壳(2),且聚苯乙烯隔热内壳(2)内部连接有活动柱块A(3)和活动柱块B(4),并且活动柱块A(3)和活动柱块B(4)均呈方形柱状结构;连杆(6),所述连杆(6)顶部连接于活动柱块A(3)内,且连杆(6)底部连接于活动柱块B(4),并且活动柱块A(3)通过连杆(6)与活动柱块B(4)固定连接;所述装配式混凝土墙体(1)外侧连接于石材外板(7),且装配式混凝土墙体(1)内侧呈倾斜状连接有固定卡条(9);
连杆(6)的杆体包括上部杆体(61)和下部杆体(62),上部杆体(61)和下部杆体(62)配合使用,上部杆体(61)包括杆芯(612)以及套设于杆芯(612)上的弹性筒(611),弹性筒(611)和杆芯(612)之间形成的环形周向空间形成环形水室,环形水室内装设有水,或者同时混合有建筑用液体胶液,杆芯(612)的下端设有活塞(6121),弹性筒(611)一方面形成存储囊体,另一方面具有调节气压的作用,弹性筒(611)的上端密封连接于旋钮(602),下端密封连接于下部杆体(62)的上端,活塞(6121)的上下两个外周边倒圆弧角,活塞(6121)由弹性材料制成;下部杆体(62)为空心杆,具有中空腔,空心杆的下部周壁上开设有外溢孔,外溢孔与中空腔连通,外溢孔经弹性暂堵材料(625)封堵,弹性暂堵材料(625)为具有预设厚度的弹性膜,用于暂时封堵外溢孔,另一方面,弹性膜还能起到调节杆体内部气压的作用,中空腔自上而下依次包括插入孔(621)、搅拌腔(622)、限位部(623)和物料腔(624),物料腔(624)内装有物料,物料为细砂粒和水泥粉料;
其中,限位部(623)的直径小于活塞(6121)的直径而大于杆体的直径,使得杆体能够带动活塞(6121)突破限位部(623),限位部(623)形成为内缩的通道结构,插入孔(621)的直径大于杆体的直径,从而使得插入孔(621)和杆芯(612)之间形成下漏环形腔,下漏环形腔用于将所述环形水室内的水下漏至下部杆体的中空腔内,搅拌腔(622)的直径大于物料腔(624)的直径同时大于插入孔(621)的直径,上部杆体(61)的上端与旋钮(602)连接,上部杆体(61)的杆芯(612)插穿过插入孔(621)插设于中空腔内,杆芯(612)的活塞(6121)可滑动设于物料腔(624)内,或者上拉突破限位部(623)而进入搅拌腔(622)内。
2.如权利要求1所述装配式建筑节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述装配式混凝土墙体(1)左侧开设有两个滑槽(101),装配式混凝土墙体(1)右侧设有两个滑块(102),装配式混凝土墙体(1)右侧滑块(102)滑动连接于另一个装配式混凝土墙体(1)左侧滑槽(101)内,装配式混凝土墙体(1)内侧与聚苯乙烯隔热内壳(2)贴合,聚苯乙烯隔热内壳(2)内部呈对称状开设有两个滑腔(201)。
3.如权利要求2所述装配式建筑节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述活动柱块A(3)滑动连接于聚苯乙烯隔热内壳(2)左端的滑腔(201)内,活动柱块B(4)滑动连接于聚苯乙烯隔热内壳(2)右端的滑腔(201)内,活动柱块A(3)顶端插接于另一个聚苯乙烯隔热内壳(2)右端的滑腔(201)内,活动柱块B(4)顶端插接于另一个聚苯乙烯隔热内壳(2)左端的滑腔(201)内。
4.如权利要求1所述装配式建筑节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述活动柱块A(3)内部开设有顶槽(301)和三棱底孔(302),顶槽(301)顶部与活动柱块A(3)顶侧相通,顶槽(301)底部与三棱底孔(302)相连通,三棱底孔(302)底部与活动柱块A(3)底侧相通,活动柱块A(3)上下两侧分别与两个活动柱块B(4)相接触,活动柱块B(4)内部开设有活动腔(401)和三棱顶孔(402),三棱顶孔(402)顶部与活动柱块B(4)顶侧相通,三棱顶孔(402)底部与活动腔(401)相连通,三棱底孔(302)底部与三棱顶孔(402)顶部相连通,活动柱块B(4)上下两侧分别与两个活动柱块A(3)相接触。
5.如权利要求4所述装配式建筑节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述连杆(6)滑动插接于顶槽(301)、三棱底孔(302)、三棱顶孔(402)和活动腔(401)内,连杆(6)底部呈环绕状设有三个限位块(601),限位块(601)转动于活动腔(401)内,连杆(6)顶部设有旋钮(602),旋钮(602)转动于顶槽(301)内。
6.如权利要求1所述装配式建筑节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述装配式混凝土墙体(1)外侧开设有上中下三个挂孔(103),石材外板(7)内侧设有上中下三个挂钩件(701),挂钩件(701)连接于挂孔(103)内,石材外板(7)四周分别与相邻四个石材外板(7)相互插合连接,相邻两个石材外板(7)插接部位涂抹有防水胶。
7.如权利要求1所述装配式建筑节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述装配式混凝土墙体(1)内侧开设有纵横交错的预制装配槽(104),装配式混凝土墙体(1)内侧的预制装配槽(104)与相邻装配式混凝土墙体(1)内侧的预制装配槽(104)相连通。
8.如权利要求7所述装配式建筑节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述装配式混凝土墙体(1)内侧安装有卡块(105),两个卡块(105)位于纵向的预制装配槽(104)和横向的预制装配槽(104)连通部位,固定卡条(9)两端分别开设有卡孔(901),固定卡条(9)通过卡孔(901)分别与两个卡块(105)卡合连接。
