Claims (10)
1. The comprehensive waterproof construction method for the underground prefabricated pipe gallery is characterized by comprising the following steps:
manufacturing a base layer, pouring a concrete base layer for laying the prefabricated pipe gallery, laying a waterproof coiled material on the concrete base layer, and laying a fine stone concrete layer with the thickness of 50mm on the waterproof coiled material;
installing a prefabricated pipe gallery, preparing a plurality of prefabricated pipe galleries, cleaning contact surfaces of joints of the prefabricated pipe galleries, arranging a water-stop rubber ring at the joints of the prefabricated pipe galleries, reserving tensioning holes at four vertex angles of the prefabricated pipe galleries, extending the tensioning holes along the length direction of the prefabricated pipe galleries, arranging operation ports at four internal corners of an inner cavity of each prefabricated pipe gallery, arranging the operation ports and the tensioning holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner, enabling the axes of the tensioning holes to pass through the operation ports, enabling the tensioning holes to be used for penetrating prestressed tendons, adopting a manner that three-section prefabricated pipe galleries are tensioned into one section, arranging plugs in the operation ports of a first-section prefabricated pipe gallery, connecting the prestressed tendons with the plugs, enabling the prestressed tendons to penetrate through the first-section prefabricated pipe gallery until the prestressed tendons penetrate out from a third-section prefabricated pipe gallery, connecting tensioning equipment with the parts where the prestressed tendons penetrate out, and simultaneously performing two prestressed tendons at the bottom of the prefabricated pipe gallery when tensioning, tensioning two prestressed tendons at the top of the prefabricated pipe gallery;
waterproof construction, after the prefabricated pipe gallery is installed, cleaning the side wall and the top of the prefabricated pipe gallery to serve as a construction base layer of a waterproof coiled material, coating a treating agent on the construction base layer to enhance the sticking performance of the waterproof coiled material, and then sticking the waterproof coiled material on the side wall and the top of the prefabricated pipe gallery;
and (5) constructing a protective layer, building waterproof brick walls on the left side and the right side of the prefabricated pipe gallery wrapped with the waterproof coiled materials, and pouring a waterproof concrete layer at the upper end of the prefabricated pipe gallery.
