However, for a traditional wet tissue manufacturer, if a dry tissue production line is specially arranged for producing dry tissues, the cost of the dry tissues is high, and the requirement on the site of a production workshop of the manufacturer is also high.

The bath lotion is prepared according to the following process:
1) mixing and stirring sodium lauryl sulfate, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, decyl glucoside, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate and ethylhexyl glycerol to obtain a solution a;
2) completely dissolving deionized water, glycerol, EDTA tetrasodium and sodium laureth sulfate to obtain a solution b;
3) mixing and completely dissolving alcohol, methylparaben and chlorphenesin to obtain a solution c;
4) and mixing and stirring the solution a, the solution b, the solution c and phenoxyethanol uniformly, and then adjusting the pH value of the solution to 5.0-7.0 by using citric acid to obtain a solution d.
In some other embodiments of the present invention, the base emulsion may also be a dishwashing emulsion, which may be prepared according to the following formulation:

The preparation process of the dish washing emulsion comprises the following steps:
1) preparing 10% solution with sodium hydroxide to obtain solution a;
2) adding dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid into alcohol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution b;
3) gradually adding the solution b into the solution a while stirring until the solution b is completely neutralized to obtain a solution c;
4) adding deionized water and EDTA tetrasodium into C14-16 olefin sodium sulfonate, stirring, and stirring to obtain transparent solution d;
5) uniformly mixing the solutions c and d, then adding methyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol, betaine, glycerol, polyquaternium-39 and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, and stirring the solution completely to obtain a solution e;
6) the pH of solution e was adjusted to 7.0-8.5 with citric acid.
Example two: preparation of the small materials
The small material in this embodiment is meant to include essence or other materials that are easily volatilized at high temperature (usually above 60 ℃).

The preparation process of the small material comprises the following steps:
1) mixing alcohol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, menthol lactate, herba Menthae and essence, stirring to dissolve completely to obtain solution a;
2) adding phenoxyethanol and methyl hydroxybenzoate into the solution a, and stirring until the phenoxyethanol and the methyl hydroxybenzoate are completely dissolved to obtain a solution b;
3) and adding deionized water into the solution b, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value of the solution b to 5.0-6.5 by using citric acid.
Example three: dry towel processing mechanism
The dry towel processing mechanism can be directly arranged on the traditional wet towel production line and removes the liquid adding device of the wet towel production line. Therefore, the production of dry towels can be carried out by utilizing the existing wet towel production line to carry out simple transformation. Referring to fig. 1, the processing mechanism of the dry towel of the embodiment includes a first spraying box 1, a drying box 2 and a second spraying box 3 which are arranged in sequence. The first spraying box body 1 is used for spraying basic emulsion, and the second spraying box body 3 is used for spraying small materials.
When using, a non-woven fabrics for producing wet piece of cloth passes first spraying box 1, still is provided with a plurality of shower nozzles at first spraying box 1 to evenly distributed in non-woven fabrics top, therefore can ensure to spray basic emulsion evenly on the non-woven fabrics surface.
A dry towel inlet 21 is arranged on the side wall of the drying box body 2 close to the first spraying box body 1, and a dry towel outlet 22 is arranged on the side wall close to the second spraying box body 3. The dry towel processing mechanism also comprises a hot air source 5 communicated with the hot air outlet part 4, wherein the hot air outlet part 4 is arranged on at least one inner side wall of two side walls of the drying box body 2 which are not provided with the dry towel inlet 21 or the dry towel outlet 22.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the hot air outlet portion 4 includes a hot air outlet plate 41, a hot air channel for hot air to pass through is disposed in the hot air outlet plate 41, a plurality of air outlets 43 are disposed on the hot air outlet plate 41, an inner diameter of the hot air channel gradually decreases toward a direction away from the hot air source 5, and a number of the air outlets 43 increases toward a direction away from the hot air source 5. In some embodiments of the present invention, the hot air source 5 is located below the hot air outlet portion 4, the whole hot air outlet plate 41 has a shape with a wide bottom and a narrow top, and the number of the air outlet holes 43 on the hot air outlet plate 41 gradually increases from bottom to top. Therefore, similar air pressure of the hot air channel from top to bottom can be ensured, and meanwhile, the same air outlet amount can be ensured in the upper, middle and lower areas of the drying box body 2 by utilizing the design mode of the air outlet 43, so that the wet tissues in the drying box body 2 can be ensured to be uniformly dried. The air outlet 43 may be only disposed on the side of the hot air outlet plate 41 adjacent to the inner side wall of the drying box 2, or the air outlet 43 may be disposed on the surface of the whole hot air outlet plate 41 located in the drying box 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the hot air source 5 is located below the hot air outlet portion 4, and obviously, the hot air source 5 and the hot air outlet portion 4 may be located in other relative positions, such as the hot air source 5 being located above the hot air outlet portion 4 or being located at the side of the hot air outlet portion 4. Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the hot air source 5 includes a hot air box including a hot air box body 51 and a hot air box cover 52, and a heater is provided in the hot air box body 51. The upper box of the hot air box cover 52 is provided with a first air outlet 53 which can be communicated with the hot air channel of the hot air outlet plate 41, and a second air outlet 54 which can be communicated with the drying box body 2. The second outlet 54 is located in a central region of the hot box cover 52. Therefore, taking the example that the hot air source 5 is located below the drying box 2, hot air may be blown out from directly below the drying box 2, or may pass through the hot air channel, and may be blown out from the side wall of the drying box 2 to the inside of the drying box 2, so that a three-dimensional surrounding air outlet manner may be formed in the drying box 2, and thus, efficient and uniform drying of wet tissues may be achieved.
Be provided with many transfer rollers in drying box 2, wet piece of cloth can twine in proper order and pass through each transfer roller, is provided with the installing port that is used for setting up the transfer roller on drying box 2's lateral wall.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a wind guide plate 6 is disposed on at least one side wall of the drying cabinet 2, the wind guide plate 6 includes a wind guide protrusion 61 located in a central region of the side wall, and a horizontal wind guide portion 62 disposed parallel to the side wall of the drying cabinet 2, the horizontal wind guide portion 62 is connected to the wind guide protrusion 61 at a rounded angle, and the wind guide protrusion 61 protrudes toward the inside of the drying cabinet 2. Thereby facilitating the blowing of the hot air to the non-woven fabrics in the drying box body 2 along the air deflector 6. The side wall where the air deflector 6 is located is adjacent to the side wall provided with the hot air outlet plate 41.
The plurality of air guide grooves 63 are sequentially arranged on the air guide plate 6 from top to bottom, and the depth of the air guide grooves 63 gradually increases from the horizontal air guide part 62 to the air guide protrusion 61, so that the air flow can be gathered at the air guide protrusion 61 in the process of blowing along the air guide grooves 63 and in the middle area of the drying box body 2, and the dry towels in the drying box body 2 can be efficiently dried. The air guide protrusion 61 is provided from top to bottom along the height direction of the drying cabinet 2.
The hot air outlet part 4 and the hot air source 5 are detachably connected, so that the hot air outlet part 4 is convenient to mount and dismount, and a traditional wet tissue production line is convenient to reform to obtain a dry tissue production line.
In some embodiments of the invention, a liquid storage tank detachably connected with the spraying tank body is further arranged above the spraying tank body, and the liquid storage tank is communicated with the spray head of the spraying tank body.
In some embodiments of the present invention, two spraying boxes are respectively disposed on two sides of the drying box 2 along the conveying direction of the non-woven fabric, and the drying box 2 located at the upstream of the drying box 2 is used for spraying the basic emulsion. In some embodiments of the invention, the volume of the spray tank used to spray the base emulsion may be greater than the volume of the spray tank used to spray the small materials.
In some other possible embodiments of the invention, the heat loss from the nonwoven web at the inlet or outlet during the drying process can be minimized by providing an array of bristles 23 at the dry towel inlet 21 and/or dry towel outlet 22.
The method of the embodiment is utilized to prepare the dry towel, the wet towel sprayed by the basic emulsion is firstly put into the drying box body 2 for drying treatment, and then the wet towel is sprayed by the small materials, so that the emulsion can be uniformly sprayed, and the drying efficiency is high; meanwhile, volatile small materials such as essence and the like cannot be damaged in the drying process.
Example four: preparation of dry towel
The dry towel of the embodiment is prepared by spraying the basic emulsion of the embodiment one on non-woven fabric, drying the non-woven fabric, cutting, packaging and the like. Dry towels with different functions can be produced by replacing different basic emulsions, and for example, the dishwashing emulsion of the first embodiment can be used for preparing the dishwashing dry towels; a dry facial towel was prepared as after using the facial cleanser of example one. The base emulsion is also not limited to the types exemplified in the example one, and can be selected or replaced as desired.
The invention improves the traditional wet tissue production line, and directly adds a wet tissue drying link on the wet tissue production line, thereby reducing the cost of the dry tissue production line to the maximum extent, and directly canceling the drying link when the dry tissue production is not needed.
The preparation method of the dry towel comprises the following steps:
spraying a basic emulsion, namely spraying the basic emulsion to the non-woven fabric;
drying the dry towel;
and (5) spraying small materials.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the dry towel processing mechanism of the third embodiment may be added to the wet towel production line, and obviously, other drying mechanisms may be provided for drying the wet towel. The emulsion spraying amount of the basic emulsion in the first spraying box body 1 of the dry towel processing mechanism is controlled to be 20-150 g/min. The mode of accessible setting up a plurality of shower nozzles realizes evenly spraying basic emulsion. The spraying amount of the basic emulsion is controlled to be 20-150 g/min. The drying box body 2 positioned at the downstream of the drying box body 2 is used for spraying small materials, and the spraying amount of the small materials is controlled to be 1.0-10.0 g/min. In some embodiments of the invention, the volume of the spray tank used to spray the base emulsion may be greater than the volume of the spray tank used to spray the small materials. In some embodiments of the invention, the conveying speed of the non-woven fabric of the wet tissue device is 10-25 m/min (about 50-120 pieces/min in terms of the number of produced dry tissues), the spraying amount of the basic emulsion is controlled to be 40-90g/min, if a plurality of spray heads are adopted for spraying, the spraying amount of each spray head is reduced, and the processing method of the dry tissues can ensure that the emulsion is fully and uniformly sprayed on the surfaces of the dry tissues.
The method of the embodiment is utilized to prepare the dry towel, the wet towel sprayed by the basic emulsion enters the drying box body 2 to be dried, and then the wet towel is sprayed by small materials, so that the emulsion can be uniformly sprayed, and the drying efficiency is high; meanwhile, volatile small materials such as essence and the like cannot be damaged in the drying process.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The preparation method for producing the low-cost multifunctional dry towel is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
spraying a basic emulsion, wherein the basic emulsion is used for spraying the non-woven fabric;
drying the dry towel: the towel drying step is realized by enabling the wet towel sprayed with the basic emulsion to pass through a detachable drying box body, a hot air outlet part is arranged on the side wall of at least one side of the drying box body and is used for introducing hot air into the drying box body, the hot air outlet part is communicated with a hot air source and comprises at least one hot air outlet plate, a hot air channel for hot air to pass through is arranged in the hot air outlet plate, a plurality of air outlet holes are arranged on the hot air outlet plate, the inner diameter of the hot air channel is gradually reduced towards the direction far away from the hot air source, the number of the air outlet holes is gradually increased towards the direction far away from the hot air source,
a dry towel inlet and a dry towel outlet are respectively arranged on a pair of opposite side walls of the drying box body.
2. The method of making a low cost multi-functional dry towel according to claim 1, further comprising a step of spraying the small ingredients.
3. The method for preparing a multifunctional dry towel with low cost according to claim 2, wherein the basic emulsion preparation step is realized by passing a non-woven fabric through a spray box, at least two spray heads are arranged in the spray box above the non-woven fabric and are uniformly distributed above the non-woven fabric, and the emulsion spraying amount of the basic emulsion is controlled to be 20-150 g/min.
4. The method for preparing multifunctional dry towel according to claim 3, wherein a liquid storage tank is detachably connected to the spray box body, and the liquid storage tank is communicated with the spray head of the spray box body.
5. The method for preparing a multifunctional dry towel with low cost according to claim 2, wherein a spraying box is respectively arranged at two sides of the drying box along the conveying direction of the non-woven fabric, the drying box at the downstream of the drying box is used for spraying the basic emulsion, and the emulsion spraying amount of the basic emulsion is controlled to be 1.0-10.0 g/min.
6. The method for preparing multifunctional dry towel with low cost according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that a wind deflector is arranged on the side wall of at least one side of the drying box body, the wind deflector comprises a wind guiding protrusion part positioned in the middle area of the side wall and a horizontal wind guiding part arranged parallel to the side wall of the drying box body, the horizontal wind guiding part and the wind guiding protrusion part are connected with each other in a round angle, and the wind guiding protrusion part protrudes towards the inside of the drying box body.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of air guiding grooves are sequentially formed on the air guiding plate from top to bottom, and the depth of the air guiding grooves gradually increases from the horizontal air guiding portion to the air guiding protrusion.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the air guiding plate is disposed on the side wall of the drying box where the dry towel inlet and the dry towel outlet are disposed, and is adjacent to the side wall where the hot air outlet portion is disposed.
9. The method for preparing a low-cost multifunctional dry towel according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the hot air source comprises a hot air chamber, a heater is arranged in the hot air chamber, the hot air chamber is provided with a first air outlet which can be communicated with the hot air channel of the hot air outlet plate, and the hot air chamber further comprises a second air outlet which can be communicated with the drying box body.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the drying cabinet is removably connected to the hot air box.
