Inoculating strain KT2440(pDCA-TCC) into MSM culture solution containing anilazine, chlorpropham, forchlorfenuron and diflubenzuron at 5% of initial inoculation amount, and performing shake culture at 30 deg.C and 150 rpm; after culturing for 48 hours, adding dichloromethane with the same volume into the culture solution, shaking and extracting for 1 hour by a shaking table at 200rpm, standing for 30 minutes, absorbing 3mL of organic phase when the aqueous phase and the organic phase are separated, and adding a small amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate to dehydrate the organic phase; accurately sucking 1mL of organic phase in a quartz cuvette, and detecting the metabolite by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer. As shown in FIG. 4, the strain KT2440(pDCA-TCC) had hydrolytic activity against all of anilazine, chlorpropham, forchlorfenuron and diflubenzuron.
3. Application of pDCA-TCC (polyvinyl pyrrolidone-beta-cyclodextrin) in biologically enhanced repair of triclocarban in sewage
Strain KT2440 carrying trichlorocarban-metabolizing plasmid pDCA-TCC (pDCA-TCC) was used) The wastewater collected from the Tokyo sewage treatment plant (WWTP) is subjected to bioaugmentation treatment. Strain KT2440(pDCA) carrying the wild-type plasmid pDCA was used as a control. The collected wastewater naturally settles at room temperature. After removal of the supernatant, the sludge was inoculated at 10% (w/w) into a 250mL Erlenmeyer flask containing 90mL wastewater, and 50. mu.M triclocarban was added. The cultured cells of strains KT2440(pDCA-TCC) and KT2440(pDCA) were harvested, washed twice and inoculated into wastewater to a final cell density of about 2X 10 7 mL -1 . Treatments not inoculated with both strains served as abiotic controls. All treatments were performed in triplicate. Each treated culture was incubated on a shaker at 25 ℃. To simply simulate the aeration and sedimentation processes in the wastewater treatment process, the vibrator was set to vibrate at 160rpm for 12 hours, and left to stand for 12 hours, followed by 5 days of circulation. Taking 2mL of mixed solution sample every 24 hours, centrifuging at 12,000rpm for 5 minutes to collect supernatant, adding 2mL of dichloromethane, violently shaking for 5 minutes, standing for 10 minutes, separating an aqueous phase from an organic phase, absorbing the organic phase, adding a small amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate to dehydrate the organic phase, accurately absorbing 800 mu L of the organic phase into a 1.5mL centrifuge tube, drying by using a nitrogen blowing instrument, adding 400 mu L of methanol, carrying out ultrasonic treatment in an ultrasonic cleaner for 10 minutes, filtering impurities by using a 0.22 mu m organic phase filter, and detecting by HPLC. As shown in FIG. 5, in the inoculated strain KT2440(pDCA-TCC) bioaugmentation group, the addition of 50. mu.M triclocarban was completely degraded within 3 days, and the accumulation of the intermediate metabolites 3, 4-dichloroaniline and 4-chloroaniline was detected by HPLC. After 5 days, the accumulated 3,4-DCA and 4-CA degraded to undetectable levels. While the triclocarban concentration in the inoculated strain KT2440(pDCA) and the uninoculated control group also decreased slightly, but no accumulation of intermediates was observed, indicating that triclocarban was not degraded, and a small reduction in triclocarban could be adsorbed by the sediment in the wastewater. The research result shows that the inoculation of the host strain Pseudomonas putida KT2440 carrying the trichlorocarban metabolic plasmid pDCA-TCC can effectively remove the trichlorocarban residue in the wastewater.

1. A trichlorocarban metabolism plasmid pDCA-TCC is characterized in that the nucleotide sequence is SEQ ID NO. 1.
2. A triclocarban-degrading bacterium containing the triclocarban metabolic plasmid pDCA-TCC of claim 1.
3. The triclocarban-degrading bacterium according to claim 2, characterized in that the host bacterium is Pseudomonas putida KT 2440.
4. Use of the triclocarban metabolic plasmid pDCA-TCC of claim 1 for degrading chloroaniline derivatives.
5. The use according to claim 4, wherein said chloroaniline derivative is selected from any one of triclocarban, anilazine, chlorpropham, forchlorfenuron and diflubenzuron.
6. Use of the triclocarban-degrading bacterium according to claim 2 or 3 for degrading a chloroaniline derivative.
7. The use according to claim 6, wherein said chloroaniline derivative is selected from any one of triclocarban, anilazine, chlorpropham, forchlorfenuron and diflubenzuron.
