Weighing the following components in parts by weight: 75 parts of emulsified asphalt, 0.4 part of anti-flowing agent, 10 parts of modified polymer emulsion, 0.6 part of defoaming agent and 0.3 part of dispersing agent, heating to melt the asphalt, adding the anti-flowing agent after the asphalt is melted, heating to 180 ℃, stirring and shearing for 1 hour, then flowing the completely mixed asphalt into a colloid mill with the temperature of more than 90 ℃ to be mixed with water to form emulsified asphalt, then slowly adding the modified polymer emulsion, the defoaming agent and the dispersing agent, and fully stirring for 5-10min to obtain the heat-insulating and heat-preserving water-based non-cured waterproof coating.
Wherein the emulsified asphalt is No. 90 asphalt and No. 110 asphalt;
wherein the anti-flowing agent is 0.24 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and 0.16 part of monoisocyanate end-capping prepolymer;
wherein the modified polymer emulsion is a modified VAE emulsion;
wherein the defoaming agent is polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether;
wherein the dispersant is silane dispersant and carboxylic acid dispersant;
the tests of the heat-insulating and heat-preserving water-based non-curable waterproof coating materials of the above examples 1-10 were carried out, wherein the examples 1-5 had good properties, and the properties of the examples 6-10 were very different from those of the examples 1-5, and could not achieve the excellent properties of the present invention,
the invention adds certain flow-resistant agent, modified polymer emulsion, defoaming agent, dispersing agent and filler after the substrate asphalt is heated, the high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance are excellent, and the emulsion is formed into the water-based non-cured waterproof coating by stirring the modified asphalt emulsion. Compared with common waterproof coiled materials, the heat-insulating water-based non-cured waterproof coating has good waterproof performance, creep property, adhesive property and self-healing waterproof performance, has the functions of heat insulation and the like, has the characteristics of simple production process, convenience in construction, excellent weather resistance and the like, and can be widely used for waterproofing of various base surfaces.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above in detail, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, many simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of various technical features in any other suitable way, and these simple modifications and combinations should also be regarded as the disclosure of the invention, and all fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. The heat-insulating water-based non-curing waterproof coating is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-80 parts of emulsified asphalt, 0.3-0.5 part of anti-flowing agent, 5-15 parts of modified polymer emulsion, 0.3-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent and 5-20 parts of filler;
the solid content of the modified polymer emulsion is 45-55%.

The heat-insulating water-based non-cured waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat-insulating water-based non-cured waterproof coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75 parts of emulsified asphalt, 0.4 part of anti-flowing agent, 10 parts of modified polymer emulsion, 0.6 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of dispersing agent and 13.5 parts of filler;
the modified polymer emulsion had a solids content of 50%.
3. The heat-insulating and heat-preserving water-based non-curable waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the emulsified asphalt is at least one of asphalt No. 70, asphalt No. 90, asphalt No. 110 and asphalt No. 130.
4. The heat-insulating water-based non-curable waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the emulsified asphalt is replaced with modified asphalt.

The heat-insulating and heat-preserving water-based non-curable waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-flowing agent comprises hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and monoisocyanate terminated prepolymer, wherein the mass ratio of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether to the monoisocyanate terminated prepolymer is as follows: 3:2.
6. The heat-insulating and heat-preserving water-based non-cured waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified polymer emulsion is a modified VAE emulsion and/or a modified acrylate emulsion.
7. The heat-insulating water-based non-curable waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is one of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether or polyoxypropylene glycerol ether.
8. The heat-insulating and heat-preserving aqueous non-curable waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is at least one of a titanate dispersant, a silane dispersant and a carboxylic acid dispersant.
9. The heat-insulating water-based non-curable waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the filler is at least one of nano calcium carbonate, precipitated barium sulfate, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate and talc.

The method for preparing the heat-insulating and heat-preserving water-based non-cured waterproof coating as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the asphalt is heated and melted, the anti-flow agent is added after the asphalt is melted, the temperature is raised to 180 ℃, the stirring and the shearing are carried out for 1 hour, then the completely mixed asphalt flows into a colloid mill with the temperature of more than 90 ℃ and is mixed with water to form emulsified asphalt, then the modified polymer emulsion, the defoaming agent, the dispersing agent and the filler are slowly added, and the mixture is fully stirred for 5 to 10 minutes to obtain the heat-insulating and heat-preserving water-based non-cured waterproof coating.
