Abstract

The invention discloses a harmless treatment method for roasting wet electric washing water containing asphalt tar, which comprises the following steps: s1: storing wet electric cleaning water with pH value of 5 and containing asphalt tar into a buffer water tank; s2: pumping wet electric cleaning water in the buffer water tank into a water distributor by using a first water pump, and conveying the wet electric cleaning water into a composite filter through the water distributor; s3: adsorbing asphalt tar in the wet electric cleaning water through calcined coke in the composite filter, and enabling the filtered wet electric cleaning water to flow into a clean water tank; s4: conveying the calcined coke adsorbed with the asphalt tar to a calcining workshop for burdening and calcining to produce qualified calcined coke; s5: putting qualified calcined coke into system production; s6: carrying out acid-base neutralization reaction on the wet electric cleaning water in the clean water tank to enable the pH value of the filtered wet electric cleaning water in the clean water tank to reach 7-7.5, so as to obtain qualified water; s7: qualified water is used for wet electric washing. The invention can realize harmless treatment and secondary effective utilization of the asphalt-containing tar wastewater.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for treating wet electric washing water, in particular to a method for harmlessly treating roasting wet electric asphalt-containing tar washing water.
Background
A4-level flue gas treatment process comprising a washing settling tower, an electric tar precipitator, limestone gypsum desulfurization and a wet electric dust precipitator is adopted for flue gas purification and desulfurization in a roasting workshop in the pre-roasted anode production system for aluminum. At present, a roasting desulfurization and wet electric system has large water consumption and less consumption, and wet electric washing water contains a small amount of asphalt tar, has weak acidity of about 5 PH and cannot be recycled for a long time. The original design is used for roasting wet electricity, washing water is used for one to two times every day, the washing water amount is about 20t each time, the water after the wet electricity washing is precipitated through a sedimentation tank, and is treated by a desulfurization system wastewater treatment system and is used for circularly washing the wet electricity. s5: putting qualified calcined coke into system production;
s6: adding a corresponding amount of sodium hydroxide into the filtered wet electric cleaning water in the clean water tank according to the PH value requirement of the required water quality, and performing acid-base neutralization reaction to ensure that the PH value of the filtered wet electric cleaning water in the clean water tank reaches 7-7.5, so that the wet electric cleaning water becomes qualified water for wet electric washing, which can be effectively recycled;
s7: and the qualified water after acid-base neutralization is introduced into a circulating water tank, a second water pump is arranged in the circulating water tank, and the qualified water is used for wet electric washing by utilizing the second water pump.
Five layers are sequentially arranged in the composite filter from top to bottom, the first layer is calcined coke for adsorbing the asphalt tar, the thickness of the calcined coke is 500-1000mm, and the granularity is 2-6 mm; the second layer is sponge for filtering and isolating the calcined coke and preventing calcined coke particles from entering the lower layer, and the sponge is not less than 8mm in thickness; the third layer is a first plastic filter cap used for supporting the calcined coke of the first layer and the sponge of the second layer; the fourth layer is quartz sand for re-filtering fine particles, the setting thickness of the quartz sand is 500-800mm, and the granularity is 1-4 mm; the fifth layer is a second plastic filter cap for supporting the quartz sand on the fourth layer.
The composite filter is an open filter, and the water distributor is arranged above the composite filter through a support.
Before the sodium hydroxide is added into the clean water tank, the sodium hydroxide needs to be dissolved and prepared in an alkali dissolving tank, and a saturated sodium hydroxide solution is prepared in the alkali dissolving tank.
When the saturated sodium hydroxide solution is added into the clear water tank for pH value adjustment, the sodium hydroxide solution is added through a micro dosing pump, and the pH value in the clear water tank is continuously detected, so that the pH value is ensured to reach 7-7.5.
The invention has the following positive beneficial effects:
the invention adopts a physical filtration method, uses calcined coke with large void degree and strong adsorption capacity as a filter material to adsorb asphalt tar in water, returns the calcined coke after adsorbing the asphalt tar to a calcination workshop for batching calcination to produce qualified calcined coke for system production, thereby realizing harmless treatment of the asphalt tar-containing wastewater; and the water conservancy that the pH value after filtering is 5 becomes the qualified water that can effectual reutilization after the neutralization of alkali (sodium hydroxide) neutralization method, is convenient for cyclic utilization, resources are saved.

S3: five layers are sequentially arranged in the composite filter from top to bottom, the first layer is calcined coke for adsorbing asphalt tar, the thickness of the calcined coke is 500-1000mm, and the granularity is 2-6 mm; the second layer is sponge for filtering and isolating calcined coke and preventing calcined coke particles from entering the lower layer, and the thickness of the sponge is not less than 8 mm; the third layer is a first plastic filter cap used for supporting the calcined coke of the first layer and the sponge of the second layer; the fourth layer is quartz sand for re-filtering fine particles, the setting thickness of the quartz sand is 500-800mm, and the granularity is 1-4 mm; the fifth layer is a second plastic filter cap for supporting the quartz sand on the fourth layer.
The PH value is 5, the wet electric cleaning water containing asphalt tar flows in from the top of the composite filter, the asphalt tar is adsorbed by the calcined coke of the first layer, the remaining wet electric cleaning water without asphalt tar passes through the sponge of the second layer, the first plastic filter cap of the third layer, the quartz sand of the fourth layer and the second plastic filter cap of the fifth layer, and the wet electric cleaning water with the PH value of 5 flows into the clean water tank through the water outlet of the composite filter.
The water outlet of the composite filter is provided with a water diversion hose, wet electric cleaning water with the pH value of 5 flows into the clean water pool through the water diversion hose, and the clean water pool is specially used for containing the wet electric cleaning water with the pH value of 5 and containing no asphalt tar.
S4: after the composite filter is used for filtering, the calcined coke which is adsorbed with the asphalt tar in the first layer is taken out, the calcined coke containing the asphalt tar is transported to a calcination workshop by a transport vehicle for batching calcination, and the calcined coke is calcined into qualified calcined coke for production in the calcination workshop.
The blending is the blending between the calcined coke containing the asphalt tar and the petroleum coke for calcination, and the proportion of the calcined coke containing the asphalt tar in the feed of the petroleum coke for calcination is not more than 5%.

When the saturated sodium hydroxide solution is added into the clear water tank for pH value adjustment, the sodium hydroxide solution is added through a micro dosing pump, and the pH value in the clear water tank is continuously detected, so that the pH value is ensured to reach 7-7.5.
S7: qualified water after acid-base neutralization is introduced into a circulating water tank, a second water pump is arranged in the circulating water tank, a water pumping pipe is arranged on the second water pump, and the qualified water is used for wet electric washing by the second water pump through the water pumping pipe, so that effective secondary utilization of the wet electric washing water is realized.
The calcined coke is used as a filter material to adsorb asphalt tar in water, and the calcined coke after adsorbing the asphalt tar is returned to a calcination workshop to be subjected to batching calcination to produce qualified calcined coke for system production, so that the harmless treatment of the asphalt tar-containing wastewater is realized; and the water conservancy after the weak acidity is filtered becomes qualified water which can be effectively recycled after being neutralized by an alkali neutralization method, so that the recycling is convenient, and the resources are saved.

s6: adding a corresponding amount of sodium hydroxide into the filtered wet electric cleaning water in the clean water tank according to the PH value requirement of the required water quality, and performing acid-base neutralization reaction to ensure that the PH value of the filtered wet electric cleaning water in the clean water tank reaches 7-7.5, so that the wet electric cleaning water becomes qualified water for wet electric washing, which can be effectively recycled;
