in the daytime with sunlight irradiation, the solar cell panel 71 absorbs solar energy to charge the storage battery, the storage battery supplies power to the sewage pump 2, the sewage pump 2 is started, water, solid pollutants and sundries inside the ecological pond body 1 are absorbed through the water inlet pipe 22 and then are sent into the water storage tank 6 through the water discharge pipe 21, the water discharged by the water discharge pipe 21 just falls into the water storage cylinder 65, the water storage cylinder 65 rotates along with the increasing of the water inside the water storage cylinder 65, so that the water inside the water storage cylinder 65 is discharged, the water is filtered through the filter screen plate 63, the solid pollutants which cannot be decomposed by the ecological pond body 1 and the sundries which accidentally enter the ecological pond body 1 are separated from the pond water inside the ecological pond body 1, the water passing through the filter screen plate 63 enters the water storage part 62 and then enters the liquid discharge pipeline 5 and then is discharged through the liquid discharge ports 51 and enters the installation groove 311, because the water flow of the liquid outlet 51 is greater than that of the water discharge hole 314, the water inflow in the installation groove 311 is ensured to be greater than the water outflow, the water in the installation groove 311 is stably increased, the gravity borne by the piston block 312 is continuously increased, the piston block 312 continuously moves downwards under the influence of the gravity of the water and simultaneously drags the connecting rope 313 to move, the connecting rope 313 moves to drive the moving fixture block 321 to move upwards, an upward traction force is provided for the plant plate 4, so that the plant plate 4 moves upwards, the submerged plants on the plant plate 4 move upwards along with the submerged plants, thus the submerged plants can better receive the irradiation of sunlight, the utilization rate of the sunlight is improved, a better photosynthesis effect is realized, the oxygen production is increased, meanwhile, because the piston block 312 moves downwards, the gas at the lower end of the installation groove 311 is discharged through the exhaust pipe 315, and the discharged gas blows the upper end of the liquid level of the ecological pond body 1, the floating sundries at the upper end of the liquid surface of the ecological pond body 1 are moved, the influence on the illumination of the submerged plants is reduced, the utilization rate of the submerged plants to the sunlight is further improved, the water storage cylinder 65 can reset after discharging the water inside and stores the water again, the water discharging holes 314 continuously discharge the water inside the mounting groove 311 in the time of storing the water again in the water storage cylinder 65, the gravity borne by the piston block 312 is continuously reduced, the upward traction force borne by the plant plate 4 is reduced, the plant plate 4 moves downwards under the influence of the self gravity and returns to the bottom of the ecological pond body 1 again, the plant plate 4 continuously moves up and down, the utilization rate of the submerged plants to the sunlight is improved, better photosynthesis effect is realized, the yield is increased, the ecological pond body 1 cannot be in an anoxic state, the growth and the metabolism of nitrifying flora are facilitated, the purification effect of the ecological pond body 1 is ensured, and if the submerged plants need to be replaced, open chamber door 66, manual section of thick bamboo 65 one end of depositing is pushed down for a section of thick bamboo 65 keeps the drainage state, and drain pipe 21 exhaust water can be continuous entering drain pipe 5 promptly, and the inside continuous intaking of mounting groove 311 ensures that plant board 4 presents the come-up state, and the submerged plant on the plant board 4 change can, need not to change ecological pond body 1 inside water drain or swim to the pond end and change, increase the practicality.
