Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于电子装置的铰接装置。例如,本发明涉及用于移动式电话机和手提式计算机的铰接装置,但本发明不限于此。
相关技术描述
许多目前的移动式电话机利用铰接盖或“翻盖”以便使电话机的尺寸保持如意地小,并且在不使用时保护显示屏和键盘。同样,手提式计算机/电子管理器利用铰接机箱以便能够生产小尺寸的装置,以及提供对显示屏和键盘部件的保护。
可是以前考虑的铰接装置设计,例如欧洲专利公开No.EP 0731589中给出的,不容易使得移动式电话机在包括手提式计算机/电子管理器的功能的同时保持小尺寸和保护目前单独的移动式电话机和管理器部件的能力。
本发明简述
按照本发明的第一个方面提供一种电子装置,该装置包含第一外壳和通过铰接装置安装在第一外壳上的第二外壳,其中铰接装置包含:
分别连附到第一和第二外壳的第一和第二协同部件,
所述第二协同部件与所述第一协同部件以可旋转和可滑动的方式接合,
其特征在于所述第二外壳可以相对于所述第一部件围绕轴从所述电子装置的闭合位置旋转到第一开启位置,并且使得所述第二外壳相对于所述第一外壳在平行于所述轴的方向上从电子装置的闭合位置到该装置的第二开启位置线性移动,其中所述铰接装置的第一协同部件由沿着所述电子装置的所述第一外壳的边缘区域延伸的第一细长构件形成,所述第一协同部件限定沿所述第一协同部件延伸的第一表面,以及其中所述铰接装置的所述第二协同部件由沿所述第二外壳的边缘区域延伸的第二细长构件形成,所述第二协同部件限定第二表面,所述第二细长构件与所述第一细长构件接合,使得此所述第一表面的至少一部分与所述第二表面接触。

最佳实施例详细描述
图1中示出处在闭合位置的移动式电话机1,后者包括通过铰接装置12而彼此活动连接的第一和第二外壳2和4。
在该例子中,第一外壳2装有电池10和天线14。第二外壳构件装有用户输入键盘6和麦克风8。
在图1示出的闭合位置中,第二外壳4将第一外壳2的整个上表面盖住并且通过夹片16被适当夹住。在这种状态下,电话机被封闭从而保护电话机的内部部件的免受损坏。
电话机的第一开启位置示于图2中,其中电话机有移动式电话机的常用功能,即发送和接收电话呼叫。为了启动这种应用,第二外壳4沿着外壳2移动,使得电话机显示屏9和喇叭7露出,以便电话机用户按常规方式使用。在本发明的一个实施例中,第二外壳4的移动能自动地引起电话机应答呼入,或者进入拨号方式(即“摘机”状态)。
图3示出电话机的第二开启位置,其中第二外壳4被从图1的闭合位置围绕铰接装置12打开,以便主外壳2装有的显示屏9完全露出。能在第二外壳4的内表面装有输入装置,例如触摸敏感的书写板(scribble pad),使装置的用户能够输入数据。在示出的例子中,喇叭18和19置于主外壳2内用来向用户传送音频信息。在所述第二开启位置,移动式电话机能用作手提式计算机/电子管理器。例如,输入装置能用来输入用于下载到办公用计算机的文本,或者该装置能利用移动式电话机的功能发送传真消息。
图4到图9更详细地示出铰接装置12。
参考图4和图5,电话机第一外壳2装有铰接装置的第一部件121。该第一部件121经由连接部分124沿着外壳2的一个侧边缘区域的至少某个部分伸展。第一部件121从电话机一个侧边的正面边缘区域朝着背面边缘区域弯曲,从而形成弯曲的内表面125。弯曲面125用于与下面将要描述的铰接装置的第二部件接合。
弯曲面125装有大量触点241,用于电话机的电源供给和功能控制。这些触点用来与铰接装置12的第二部件上相应的触点连接。
图6示出第二外壳4的透视图,而图7示出其端视图。第二外壳4装有基本上圆柱形的细长的第二部件122,后者形成铰接装置12的铰接栓。第二部件122沿着第二外壳4的边缘区域伸展,并且形成用于与第一部件121的弯曲内表面接合的弯曲外表面。第二部件122在其外表面装有一些触点242,后者用于与第一部件121装有的触点241连接。第二部件还配备有止动件28,用于避免两个外壳间的过度旋转。
由触点241和242形成的电连接依赖于第一外壳2和第二外壳4的相对位置,并且最好用来确定电子装置(即移动式电话机或者手提式计算机)的功能。在两个开启位置,触点241和242也能用来在两个外壳2和4之间传送电力。另外,当在两个开启位置之间移动外壳2和4时,可特别设置一个触点来启动电话机的功能变换。触点也能用来在两个外壳2和4中的部件之间传送数据。
为了在所述各个位置把两个外壳2和4保持在适当的位置,第一外壳2配备有夹片装置16,第二外壳4配备有两个止动件31和32。图8和图9示出这些止动件。
如图9中所示,第一止动件31与夹片16接合。通过弹簧装置161将夹片16偏置,以便与有关的止动件接合。为了从电子装置的闭合位置将第二外壳4松开,将夹片16按入到第一外壳2,从而将止动件31松开。然后可以沿第一外壳2移动第二外壳4,直到第二止动件32与夹片16接合。于是将该装置保持在第一开启位置。
同样,为了提供电子装置的第二开启位置,必须压下夹片16,以便第二外壳4能围绕铰接装置12旋转。
Claims (5)
1.一种电子装置(1),它包括第一外壳(2)和通过铰接装置(12)安装在所述第一外壳(2)上的第二外壳(4),其中所述铰接装置(12)包括:
分别连附到所述第一和第二外壳(2,4)的第一和第二协同部件(121,122),
所述第二协同部件(122)与所述第一协同部件(121)以可转动和可滑动的方式接合,
其特征在于所述第二外壳(4)可以相对于所述第一外壳(2)围绕轴从所述电子装置(1)的闭合位置旋转到第一开启位置,并且使得所述第二外壳(4)相对于所述第一外壳(2)在平行于所述轴的方向上从所述电子装置(1)的闭合位置到所述电子装置(1)的第二开启位置线性移动,其中所述铰接装置的第一协同部件(121)由沿着所述电子装置的所述第一外壳(2)的边缘区域延伸的第一细长构件形成,所述第一协同部件限定沿所述第一协同部件延伸的第一表面(125),以及其中所述铰接装置(12)的所述第二协同部件(122)由沿所述第二外壳的边缘区域延伸的第二细长构件形成,所述第二协同部件限定第二表面,所述第二细长构件与所述第一细长构件接合,使得此所述第一表面(125)的至少一部分与所述第二表面接触。
2.权利要求1的电子装置,其特征在于:所述第一和第二表面(125)装有电触点(241,242),用于根据所述第一外壳(2)相对于所述第二外壳(4)的相对位置来建立所述第一和第二外壳(2,4)之间的电连接。
3.权利要求1或2的电子装置,其特征在于:所述第一表面(125)是内凹曲表面,而所述第二表面是对应的外凸曲面,所述铰接装置的第二协同部件(122)至少部分地夹在所述第一协同部件(121)中。
4.权利要求2的电子装置,其特征在于:所述第一和第二外壳(2,4)装有各自夹片机构的协同部件,用于将所述外壳(2,4)保持在所述闭合、第一和第二开启位置中所需的一个位置上。
5.权利要求3的电子装置,其特征在于:所述第一和第二外壳(2,4)装有各自夹片机构的协同部件,用于将所述外壳(2,4)保持在所述闭合、第一和第二开启位置中所需的一个位置上。
