Abstract
The invention provides an automatic auxiliary device of a tablet counting machine, which comprises a frame body, a plurality of medicine information collectors and a plurality of photoelectric sensors, wherein the medicine information collectors and the photoelectric sensors are arranged on the frame body; the medicine information collector can identify the medicine information on the tablet counting machine; the photoelectric sensor can detect whether the tablet counting machine is provided with the drug conveying box or not. The invention provides an automatic auxiliary device of a tablet counting machine, which can realize the functions of automatically acquiring medicine information and automatically driving counting, and obviously improve the counting efficiency of the tablet counting machine.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments and not all embodiments of the present application; and the structures shown in the drawings are merely schematic and do not represent actual objects. It should be noted that all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present application.
The terms "first" and "second" herein are used for explaining the relative position of the angle or side, and are not limited to the absolute position or sequence, and will be understood by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, the automatic auxiliary device of a tablet counter provided by the present invention includes a frame body, and a plurality of drug information collectors 2 and a plurality of photoelectric sensors 3 disposed on the frame body, and the automatic auxiliary device can be in data connection with the tablet counter. The frame body provides fixing and supporting for the medicine information collector, the photoelectric sensor and the like, so that the automatic auxiliary device is erected outside the tablet counting machine. Fig. 2 shows a combination manner of the automation auxiliary device and the tablet counter according to the present invention, in which the tablet counter is placed inside the frame body, so that the drug information collector and the photoelectric sensor can collect and sense information of the tablet counter, and the tablet counter is assisted by data transmission to realize automatic information collection and control of the tablet counter.
The medicine information collector can identify the medicine information on the tablet counting machine, and when the medicine information is a two-dimensional code or a bar code, a camera with a code scanning identification function can be adopted; when the medicine information is composed of characters, numbers and other symbols, the images can be collected and automatically transmitted to a chip counter terminal for image recognition. In some embodiments of the present invention, the medicine information collector is horizontally parallel to the medicine information on the tablet counter and has a horizontal distance of 10-1000mm, the horizontal distance is mainly determined by the depth of field of the lens, and in one embodiment, the horizontal distance is preferably 100 mm. In the invention, the medicine information collector can perform data transmission and/or exchange with the tablet counting machine in a wireless or wired manner, and the data includes but is not limited to transmission of medicine information, state of the tablet counting machine, capacity in a medicine conveying box, specific gesture information or other control signals; in some specific embodiments of the present invention, the drug information collector is connected to a first cable, the first cable may be connected to the tablet counter, and may provide electric energy for the drug information collector while exchanging data, and the drug information collector may also obtain electric energy through an independent power line or a battery.
The photoelectric sensor can detect whether a medicine conveying box is installed on the tablet counting machine or not, and the photoelectric sensor identifies whether the medicine conveying box is installed on the tablet counting machine or not through the change of the transmitted/received optical signals, so that data parameters are provided for automatically starting/stopping counting after the medicine conveying box is installed. Further research of the invention shows that most of the medicine conveying boxes commonly used in the field are made of semitransparent plastic materials, so that signals are unstable due to scattering of light passing through the medicine conveying boxes. In the invention, the photoelectric sensor can transmit/exchange data with the tablet counting machine in a wired or wireless mode, and the data comprises but is not limited to information of existence or nonexistence of a drug delivery box, technical starting or stopping signals and the like; in an embodiment of the present invention, the photoelectric sensor is connected to a second cable, the second cable may be connected to the chip counter, and may provide power for the photoelectric sensor while exchanging data, and the photoelectric sensor may also obtain power through an independent power line or a battery.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the number of the medicine information collectors is the same as the number of the medicine delivery cassettes when the medicine information is marked on the medicine delivery cassettes. In some embodiments of the present invention, the number of the photoelectric sensors is preferably the same as the number of the drug delivery cassettes on the tablet counter, so as to facilitate automatic counting control of different drugs.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the frame body comprises a bottom bracket 11, a front pillar 14 and a rear pillar 14 disposed on the bottom bracket 11, wherein the front pillar 14 may be provided with a photoelectric sensor, such as a transmitter or a receiver of a correlation type photoelectric sensor; the rear pillars 14 may be provided with a drug information collector and/or a photoelectric sensor, for example, a drug information collector is mounted on a beam between the rear pillars 14, and a transmitter or a receiver of a correlation type photoelectric sensor is mounted in the middle of the beam between the rear pillars. In one embodiment of the present invention, the correlation type photoelectric sensors are positioned along a horizontal diagonal of the drug delivery cassette. In some embodiments of the invention, the rack further comprises a fixing baffle for fixing the position of the tablet counter; in one embodiment of the invention, the fixed stop is arranged between two bottom brackets 11.
As shown in fig. 3-5, the automated auxiliary device of the present invention preferably further comprises a non-transparent casing, which is mainly made of a semi-transparent or opaque material, so as to prevent the instability of the signal caused by the mis-touching of the photoelectric sensor when the drug delivery cassette is repeatedly used. FIG. 5 shows an automated accessory with a housing, a tablet counter and a connection for the recess.
When the automatic auxiliary device is used, the tablet counting machine is connected with the automatic auxiliary device, after the medicine conveying box is installed on the tablet counting machine, the medicine information collector automatically scans medicine information and transmits the medicine information to the tablet counting machine system, the photoelectric sensor senses the existence of the medicine conveying box and transmits the information to the tablet counting machine, and the tablet counting machine can automatically start counting after receiving the information; when the photoelectric sensor senses that the medicine conveying box does not exist, the information is transmitted to the chip counter, and the chip counter automatically stops counting after receiving the information. The device can reduce the work of manually scanning the medicine information and manually opening and closing the counting, and further reduce the manual operation, improve the intellectualization and optimize the process of the inventory on the basis of the prior reconstruction of equipment. The automation of the counting of the sheets is improved under the condition of not changing the sheet counting machine.
The invention also provides a tablet counting machine which comprises a tablet counting machine body and the automatic auxiliary device in the technical scheme. In some embodiments of the present invention, the tablet counter body includes a counter and two drug delivery cassettes, and the drug information is marked on the drug delivery cassettes; the automatic auxiliary device comprises a frame body, two medicine information collectors and two groups of correlation type photoelectric sensors, wherein the frame body partially surrounds the tablet counting machine, and each medicine conveying box corresponds to one medicine information collector and one group of correlation type photoelectric sensors.
The technical solutions provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The experimental procedures, in which specific conditions are not noted in the following examples, are generally carried out under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturers.
Example 1

In order to prevent the medicine information collector from touching the photoelectric sensor when being put in, the structure is damaged, meanwhile, the attractiveness of the mechanism is increased, and the rack body is wrapped by the shell. The shell adopts a black matte acrylic plate.
When in use, the medicine information collector is communicated, and the photoelectric switch interface is connected with the data acquisition system of the tablet counter. And placing the medicine conveying box, automatically scanning the bar code by the medicine information collector to input medicine information, and starting the tablet counting machine to record the quantity of the tablets. And after counting is finished, taking out the medicine boxes and stopping counting. And putting the next medicine box to be checked again, and repeating the steps until all the medicines are checked.

10. A tablet counter comprising a counter body and an automated auxiliary device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
