本发明提供一种纯电动力集装箱船箱式移动电源布置方案,其特征在于:在船舶艉部甲板下设置有设备舱和舵机舱,船舶艉部甲板上设置有箱式移动电源。具有环保、提高运营经济性,提高货物运输安全性等优点。

纯电动力集装箱船箱式移动电源布置方案
技术领域
本发明涉及内河集装箱船领域,尤其涉及大型纯电动力集装箱船的电源布置方案。
背景技术
随着节能环保呼声不断增强,船舶能效法规日益严格,绿色低碳/零碳航运是助推航运业高质量发展的必由之路。目前,我国内河沿海货运船舶还是以燃油船舶为主,碳排放及污染严重,对实现内河沿海绿色发展造成重大障碍。内河及沿海现有纯电池动力船舶主要为小型公务船和游览观光船,电池为舱内安装。个别小型纯电动力货运船舶也因电池容量小、航程短、航线特定等原因无法满足内河沿海干线长航程、大载货量的运营需求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种纯电动力集装箱船箱式移动电源布置方案。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种纯电动力集装箱船箱式移动电源布置方案,其特征在于:在船舶艉部甲板下设置有设备舱和舵机舱,船舶艉部甲板上设置有箱式移动电源。
所述的箱式移动电源底层可根据船舶艉部甲板面积进行布置,上下可以布置2-4层。
所述的箱式移动电源为模块化箱式移动电源、箱体与集装箱相同。
本发明同现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、采用模块化箱式移动电源并布置在艉部上甲板,可以避免因电池安装或布置在舱内引起的货物空间的减少,提高运营经济性;
2、将箱式移动电源布置船舶艉部,避免电池与货物在舱内毗邻所带来的安全隐患,提高货物运输安全性;
3、可根据航程需求对箱式移动电源数量进行调整,提升电池容量的灵活性;
4、箱式移动电源放置在船舶艉部上甲板便于箱式移动电源更换,提高换电便利性;
5、采用换电模式进行电源更换,不在船上进行充电,提高电池本身安全性;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明实施例:
本发明在甲板5下设有设备舱2和舵机舱4的船舶艉部1的甲板 5上底层设置12个模块化箱式移动电源3,纵向布置3层即可满足我国内河及沿海集装箱船的运营需求;
模块化箱式移动电源3的电池消防置于电池集装箱内,减少了船舶舱室内安装电池所需消防和火警系统,简化船舶设计和降低初始建造成本;
由于箱式移动电源本身配有箱内的消防系统,所以放置在艉部上甲板时,仅需外部配置消防水系统,常规船舶也需要配备,不增加船舶初始建造成本;
箱式移动电源集中在艉部上甲板和货舱区域整体分开,当箱式电源出现安全隐患时,相对分离的两个区域干扰要远小于箱式电源布置在货舱中。

1.一种纯电动力集装箱船箱式移动电源布置方案,其特征在于:在船舶艉部(1)甲板(5)下设置有设备舱(2)和舵机舱(4),船舶艉部(1)甲板(5)上设置有箱式移动电源(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动力集装箱船箱式移动电源布置方案,其特征在于:所述的箱式移动电源(3)底层可根据船舶艉部(1)甲板(5)面积进行布置,上下可以布置2-4层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纯电动力集装箱船箱式移动电源布置方案,其特征在于:所述的箱式移动电源(3)为模块化箱式移动电源、箱体与集装箱相同。
