本公开涉及混合动力汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种混合动力汽车的动力总成以及车辆。
背景技术
迫于能源和环保压力以及技术的限制,混合动力汽车越来越受到消费者和制造商的青睐。混合动力汽车作为向纯电动汽车发展的过渡方案兼有传统汽车和纯电动汽车的优势,是目前非常具有实用价值的新能源汽车。
现在混合动力汽车的使用场景越来越复杂,车辆既需要在爬坡以及启动时能高扭矩输出动力,又需要能实现高转速输出动力;而目前混合动力汽车上搭载的变速机构结构非常简单,调整传动比的能力无法支持车辆应对复杂的使用场景。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种混合动力汽车的动力总成以及车辆。
第一方面,本公开提供了一种混合动力汽车的动力总成,包括:动力输出机构和变速机构;
所述变速机构包括变速机构输入轴、变速机构输出轴、第三行星排、第四行星排、B1制动器、B2制动器、C1离合器和C2离合器;
所述第三行星排的齿圈通过所述B2制动器与变速器壳体连接,所述第三行星排的太阳轮和所述第四行星排的太阳轮均通过所述B1制动器与变速器壳体连接,所述第三行星排的太阳轮和所述第四行星排的太阳轮均通过所述C2离合器与所述第四行星排的齿圈连接,所述第三行星排的行星架与所述变速机构输出轴连接,所述第三行星排的行星架与所述第四行星排的齿圈通过所述C1离合器连接,所述第四行星排的行星架与所述变速机构输入轴连接;

为了能够更清楚地理解本公开的上述目的、特征和优点,下面将对本公开的方案进行进一步描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本公开,但本公开还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施;显然,说明书中的实施例只是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
迫于能源和环保压力以及技术的限制,混合动力汽车越来越受到消费者和制造商的青睐。混合动力汽车作为向纯电动汽车发展的过渡方案兼有传统汽车和纯电动汽车的优势,是目前非常具有实用价值的新能源汽车。
现在混合动力汽车的使用场景越来越复杂,车辆既需要在爬坡以及启动时能高扭矩输出动力,又需要能实现高转速输出动力;而目前混合动力汽车上搭载的变速机构结构非常简单,调整传动比的能力无法支持车辆应对复杂的使用场景。
基于此,本实施例提供一种混合动力汽车的动力总成以及车辆,通过变速机构的设置,能够车辆提供多个输出挡位,既能提高车辆在低速行驶时的扭矩,又能提高车辆在高速行驶时的行驶速度,同时也能提高整车的经济性;通过C1离合器和C2离合器的设置,能够在同时闭合C1离合器和C2离合器时,使第三行星排和第四行星排同步转动,使整个变速机构的传动比为1,显著地动力总成的传递效率。下面通过具体的实施例对其进行详细说明:
参照图1至图4所示,本实施例提供的一种混合动力汽车的动力总成包括:动力输出机构和变速机构;变速机构包括变速机构输入轴、变速机构输出轴、第三行星排23、第四行星排24、B1制动器31、B2制动器32、C1离合器33和C2离合器34;第三行星排23的齿圈通过B2制动器32与变速器壳体4连接,第三行星排23的太阳轮和第四行星排24的太阳轮均通过B1制动器31与变速器壳体4连接,第三行星排23的太阳轮和第四行星排24的太阳轮均通过C2离合器34与第四行星排24的齿圈连接,第三行星排23的行星架与变速机构输出轴连接,第三行星排23的行星架与第四行星排24的齿圈通过C1离合器33连接,第四行星排24的行星架与变速机构输入轴连接;动力输出机构包括动力组件和动力输出机构输出轴,动力输出机构输出轴与变速机构输入轴连接,动力组件用于提供驱动力。
其中,通过变速机构的设置,能够车辆提供多个输出挡位,既能提高车辆在低速行驶时的扭矩,又能提高车辆在高速行驶时的行驶速度,同时也能提高整车的经济性;通过C1离合器33和C2离合器34的设置,能够在同时闭合C1离合器33和C2离合器34时,使第三行星排23和第四行星排24同步转动,使整个变速机构的传动比为1,显著地动力总成的传递效率。
继续参照图1所示,动力组件包括发动机11、第一电机12、第二电机13和第一行星排21;发动机11的传动轴与第一行星排21的行星架连接,第一电机12的传动轴与第一行星排21的太阳轮连接,第一行星排21的齿圈与变速机构输入轴连接;第二电机13的传动轴与变速机构输入轴连接;这样设置能够在动力输出机构工作时,通过第一电机12来完成为发动机11调速的工作,从而使发动机11在工作时始终能够保持在经济转速区间,提高车辆的经济性。
继续参照图2和图3所示,动力组件包括发动机11、第一电机12、第二电机13、第一行星排21和C0离合器6;发动机11的传动轴与第一行星排21的行星架连接,发动机11的传动轴与变速机构输入轴通过C0离合器6连接,第一电机12的传动轴与第一行星排21的太阳轮连接,第一行星排21的齿圈与变速器壳体4连接;第二电机13的传动轴与变速机构输入轴连接;通过C0离合器6的设置,能够第二电机13单独工作时,断开发动机11以及第一电机12的动力传递路径,从而降低发动机11和第一电机12的控制难度,更容易实现第二电机13反转驱动车辆进行倒车的动作,显著地降低整套动力组件的成本。
继续参照图1所示,该动力总成还包括第二行星排22,第二行星排22的太阳轮与第二电机13的传动轴连接,第二行星排22的齿圈与变速器壳体4连接,第二行星排22的行星架与变速机构输入轴连接;通过第二行星排22的设置,能够利用第二行星排22的齿圈与变速器壳体4连接,并且第二电机13的传动轴与第二行星排22的太阳轮连接的方式,为第二电机13在工作时提供降速增扭的效果,可以利用该动力总成的设置方式,选用扭矩更小的第二电机13,从而进一步降低整车成本,还能减小该动力总成的占用空间。
继续参照图1所示,变速器壳体4包括第一腔室和第二腔室,第一行星排21和第二行星排22设置在第一腔室内,变速机构设置在第二腔室内;这样设置不仅能够防止第二腔室内部结构太过紧凑,影响变速机构内的离合器结构建立油压,同时也能更方便将整个动力总成的结构进行模块化生产,可以单独对第一腔室内的结构或第二腔室内的结构进行升级改造或替换,显著地提高该动力总成的普适性;需要说明的是,第一行星排21和第二行星排22可以在第一腔室内紧贴设置,这样设置能够减少用于连接第一行星排21和第二行星排22的结构的体积,从而使变速机构的结构更紧凑,降低生产成本。
在一些实施例中,第三行星排23和第四行星排24紧贴设置在第二腔室内;这样设置能够减少用于连接第三行星排23和第四行星排24的结构的体积,从而使变速机构的结构更紧凑,降低生产成本。
继续参照图2和图3所示,发动机11的传动轴与第一行星排21的行星架之间设有单向离合器5;通过单向离合器5的设置,能够在第二电机13工作时防止发动机11发生反转,从而防止发动机11由于空转发生磨损,同时还能降低整车的噪音水平。
在一些实施例中,B1制动器31中的结合钢片设置在变速器壳体4上,第三行星排23的太阳轮和第四行星排24的太阳轮通过连接件连接,B1制动器31中的摩擦片设置在连接件上;和/或B2制动器32中的结合钢片设置在变速器壳体4上,B2制动器32中的摩擦片设置在第三行星排23的齿圈上;需要说明的是,连接件的材料为钢,又由于行星排的结构的材料普遍为钢,变速器壳体4的材料普遍为铝合金,所以将摩擦片设置在钢结构上,将结合钢片设置在铝合金结构上,能够防止制动器进行制动动作时,变速器壳体4上发生形变,而且,摩擦片的质量比结合钢片的质量轻,所以当连接件、第三行星排23的太阳轮或第四行星排24的太阳轮在转动时的转动惯量较小,会使整个变速机构的运转更平稳、可靠。
继续参照图4所示,当变速机构位于一挡时,此时B2制动器32和C1离合器33闭合;当变速机构位于二挡时,此时B2制动器32和C2离合器34闭合;当变速机构位于三挡时,此时C1离合器33和C2离合器34闭合,实现直接挡,变速机构传动效率最高;当变速机构位于四挡时,此时B1制动器31和C2离合器34闭合。
在一些实施例中,该动力总成还包括同步器,同步器的本体设置在变速器壳体4上,同步器两端的结合结构分别为B1制动器31和B2制动器32;由于B1制动器31和B2制动器32不会同时闭合,所以可以将B1制动器31和B2制动器32集成在同一个同步器上,这样设置不需要在变速器壳体4内为同步器设置专门的液压系统,能够有效地降低成本,控制模式也更简单,显著地提高该动力总成的经济性和实用性。
继续参照图3所示,B2制动器32可以取消,然后使第三行星排23的太阳轮通过C3离合器35与连接件连接;这样设置能够使离合器结构承受的扭矩更小,可以将该离合器设置的更轻量化,更容易进行设计工作;当使用B2制动器32而不是用C3离合器35时,B2制动器32虽然承受的扭矩更大,但是转速相对较低,此时B2制动器32相配套的轴承结构也就可以使用无法承受高转速的低成本轴承。
第二方面,本公开提供了一种车辆,包括如上所述的动力总成。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,包括:动力输出机构和变速机构;
所述变速机构包括变速机构输入轴、变速机构输出轴、第三行星排(23)、第四行星排(24)、B1制动器(31)、B2制动器(32)、C1离合器(33)和C2离合器(34);
所述第三行星排(23)的齿圈通过所述B2制动器(32)与变速器壳体(4)连接,所述第三行星排(23)的太阳轮和所述第四行星排(24)的太阳轮均通过所述B1制动器(31)与变速器壳体(4)连接,所述第三行星排(23)的太阳轮和所述第四行星排(24)的太阳轮均通过所述C2离合器(34)与所述第四行星排(24)的齿圈连接,所述第三行星排(23)的行星架与所述变速机构输出轴连接,所述第三行星排(23)的行星架与所述第四行星排(24)的齿圈通过所述C1离合器(33)连接,所述第四行星排(24)的行星架与所述变速机构输入轴连接;
所述动力输出机构包括动力组件和动力输出机构输出轴,所述动力输出机构输出轴与所述变速机构输入轴连接,所述动力组件用于提供驱动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,所述动力组件包括发动机(11)、第一电机(12)、第二电机(13)和第一行星排(21);
所述发动机(11)的传动轴与所述第一行星排(21)的行星架连接,所述第一电机(12)的传动轴与所述第一行星排(21)的太阳轮连接,所述第一行星排(21)的齿圈与所述变速机构输入轴连接;
所述第二电机(13)的传动轴与所述变速机构输入轴连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,所述动力组件包括发动机(11)、第一电机(12)、第二电机(13)、第一行星排(21)和C0离合器(6);
所述发动机(11)的传动轴与所述第一行星排(21)的行星架连接,所述发动机(11)的传动轴与所述变速机构输入轴通过所述C0离合器(6)连接,所述第一电机(12)的传动轴与所述第一行星排(21)的太阳轮连接,所述第一行星排(21)的齿圈与所述变速器壳体(4)连接;
所述第二电机(13)的传动轴与所述变速机构输入轴连接。
4.根据权利要求2或3任一项所述的混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,还包括第二行星排(22),所述第二行星排(22)的太阳轮与所述第二电机(13)的传动轴连接,所述第二行星排(22)的齿圈与所述变速器壳体(4)连接,所述第二行星排(22)的行星架与所述变速机构输入轴连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,所述变速器壳体(4)包括第一腔室和第二腔室,所述第一行星排(21)和所述第二行星排(22)设置在所述第一腔室内,所述变速机构设置在所述第二腔室内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,所述第三行星排(23)和所述第四行星排(24)紧贴设置在所述第二腔室内。
7.根据权利要求2或3任一项所述的混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,所述发动机(11)的传动轴与所述第一行星排(21)的行星架之间设有单向离合器(5)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,所述B1制动器(31)中的结合钢片设置在所述变速器壳体(4)上,所述第三行星排(23)的太阳轮和所述第四行星排(24)的太阳轮通过连接件连接,所述B1制动器(31)中的摩擦片设置在所述连接件上;
和/或所述B2制动器(32)中的结合钢片设置在所述变速器壳体(4)上,所述B2制动器(32)中的摩擦片设置在所述第三行星排(23)的齿圈上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力汽车的动力总成,其特征在于,还包括同步器,所述同步器的本体设置在所述变速器壳体(4)上,所述同步器两端的结合结构分别为所述B1制动器(31)和所述B2制动器(32)。
10.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的动力总成。
