The pneumatic device 12 is arranged above the square tray 11, a square cross beam 19 is arranged on the main machine table of the paper feeding mechanism 1, a sliding hole matched with the square cross beam 19 is formed in the upper portion of the pneumatic device 12, and the pneumatic device 12 is in sliding sleeve joint with the square cross beam 19 through the sliding hole. The upper end face of the pneumatic device 12 is also connected with a telescopic chain 13, and the pneumatic device 12 is driven to move back and forth along the square cross beam 19 by the movement of the telescopic chain 13.
The front end of the pneumatic device 12 is provided with a connecting plate 18 at a position below the square beam 19; the lower end of the connecting plate 18 is provided with a sucker 14 which is connected with the connecting plate in a sliding way, and the sucker 14 can move back and forth along the connecting plate 18. The rear end face of the code spraying machine base 25-1 is connected with a sliding block 25-4 matched with the sliding rail 26, and the code spraying machine base 25-1 can enable the code spraying machine 25 to slide along the sliding rail 26 through the sliding block 25-4.
The front end of the ink jet printer 25 is provided with a spray head 25-2 and a control circuit board 25-5 corresponding to the spray head 25-2. The rear end face of the code spraying machine base 25-1 is also provided with a UV lamp fixing piece 25-6 for installing a small UV lamp 25-3, and after the code spraying is finished, the small UV lamp 25-3 immediately pre-dries the ink.
The glue applying roller 6 is arranged behind the code spraying mechanism machine table 21 and immediately following the code spraying machine 25, the glue applying roller 6 is positioned at the rear end of the code spraying mechanism machine table 21 and parallel to the conveyor belt 7, the glue applying roller 6 is arranged in the middle of the raised parts on two sides of the code spraying mechanism machine table 21 and is approximately equal in width to the conveyor belt 7, and after the code spraying of the paper is finished through the code spraying machine 25, glue is directly applied to the glue applying roller 6.
The UV curing mechanism 3 and the mounting box mechanism 4 are arranged on the same machine.
The UV curing mechanism 3 includes a UV lamp 32 and a UV lamp fixture 31. A UV lamp fixture 31 is fixed to the machine table across the conveyor belt 7, and a UV lamp 32 is mounted on the UV lamp fixture 31. The ink-jetted wrapper is again UV cured by UV lamp 32 to bring the ink to the corresponding drying standard. The code spraying machine 25, the small-sized UV lamp 25-3 and the UV lamp 32 are positioned on the same straight line, so that high-quality spray printing and drying of the two-dimensional code are ensured.
The mounting box mechanism 4 comprises a rotating shaft base 41, a pneumatic host 42, a rotating shaft 43 and a sucker bracket 44. The lower end of the link rotating shaft 43 is arranged on the rotating shaft base 41, and the upper end is connected with the pneumatic host 42 in a shaft way. As a preferable technical scheme, the code spraying mechanism 2 and the box mounting mechanism 4 are provided with separate control mechanisms, the control of the two mechanisms can be separately carried out, the code spraying mechanism and the box mounting mechanism can be singly used according to actual conditions in actual production, can also be simultaneously used, and can be suitable for more conditions in production and flexibly used.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
Firstly, an operator stacks small sheets of packaging paper after finishing the procedures of printing, gold stamping, die cutting and the like on a square tray 11 of the paper feeding mechanism 1, adjusts a limit rod 15 according to the size of a product, and fixes a paper stack. The starting equipment lifts the square tray 11, starts the pneumatic device 12, and the telescopic sucking disc 14 sucks paper and conveys the packaging paper to the conveying belt 7 under the auxiliary action of the roller 16 to be sent to the code spraying mechanism 2.
The encoder 22 and the positioner 23 transmit paper information to the code spraying machine 25, when the packaging paper passes through the code spraying machine 25, two-dimensional codes are accurately sprayed, and the sprayed two-dimensional codes are pre-cured through the small UV lamp 25-3. The packaging paper after code spraying is coated with glue according to the requirement through a gluing roller 6 and then is conveyed to a UV curing mechanism 3 through a conveying belt 7, and under the irradiation of a UV lamp 32, the two-dimensional code on the packaging paper is completely cured, and the packaging paper enters a box mounting mechanism 4. The box mounting machine places the paper to be pasted on the packing paper coated with glue, and after pasting, the packing paper reaches the paper collecting mechanism 5 under the conveying belt.
The invention has simple structure and multiple functions, needs separate operation of code spraying and mounting, and overcomes the defects that the independent code spraying and the complex and inconvenient process can not be carried out on small paper in the past. The small paper spraying and mounting process is combined together, so that the problems of low efficiency and the like caused by logistics transportation in the large equipment occupation area process are solved, the equipment occupation area is greatly reduced, the production distance is reduced by combining the spraying and mounting process, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
