Background
The welded ball steel grid structure is a structural design of directly welding round pipe rods on hollow balls, is widely applied by the advantages of large span, firm structure and strong bearing capacity, and is particularly suitable for large public buildings such as stadiums, airports, stations and the like. Aiming at the technical problems existing in the welding of the welding ball steel grid structure, the invention provides a projection positioning device and a projection positioning construction method of a welding ball grid rod relative to a welding ball, which have the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure, convenient processing and capability of realizing accurate positioning and quick construction.

Considering that the purpose of the rotation of the support rod 2 is to drive the welding ball 6 to rotate, for this reason, the welding ball 6 needs to be fixed after being placed, for this reason, a fixed suction cup 22 for fixing the welding ball 6 is arranged on the welding ball placing seat 21, the fixed suction cup 22 may be a negative pressure suction cup or an electromagnetic suction cup, and considering that the material of the welding ball 6 can be adsorbed by an electromagnet, for this reason, the electromagnetic suction cup is preferred. Thus, after the solder ball 6 is placed on the solder ball placement seat 21, the solder ball 6 can be fixed.
In order to realize the positioning of the position of the welding rod, in the present embodiment, a column 3 is further provided on the base 1, a connecting rod 5 is provided on one side of the column 3 close to the supporting rod 2, a positioning pointer 51 is provided at one end of the connecting rod 5 far from the column 3, the positioning pointer 51 is vertically arranged downwards, the axis of the positioning pointer 51 is overlapped with the central line of the welding ball 6, so that after the welding ball 6 is placed on the welding ball placing seat 21, the end point of the positioning pointer 51 points on the top point of the welding ball 6. Meanwhile, the positioning pointer 51 is sleeved with the marking plate 52, the marking plate 52 is in a long plate shape, the marking pen 53 is arranged on the marking plate 52, the distance between the marking pen 53 and the positioning pointer 51 is the radius of the welding rod, and the marking pen 53 is also arranged in contact with the welding ball 6, so that the welding ball 6 is driven to rotate under the rotation of the support rod 2, and the marking pen 53 draws a complete circle on the welding ball. And the circle is the joint of the welding rod and the welding ball 6 and is also the position of the welding seam, so that effective positioning is realized.
In order to enable the marking pen 53 to be accurately set in contact with the solder ball 6, a biasing spring 54 is provided on the marking plate 52, the biasing spring 4 is fitted over the positioning pointer 51, and the marking pen 53 and the positioning pointer 51 are normally set therebetween. The marker pen 53 is thus firmly set in contact with the solder ball 6 by the biasing spring 54, and of course, in order to prevent the marker plate 52 from falling, a stopper plate is provided on the positioning pointer 51 for limiting the maximum lowering distance of the marker plate 52.
Considering that there may be a plurality of welding points, for this reason, in this embodiment, the connecting rod 5 is disposed in an inclined L shape, the connecting rod 5 is rotatably disposed on the upright 3, specifically, in this embodiment, there is the slider 4 on the upright 3, two ends of the slider 4 extend out of the upright 3, one end of the slider 4 is provided with the rotating motor 41, the power end of the rotating motor 41 is disposed through the slider 4, the connecting rod 5 is fixed at the power end of the rotating motor 41, in this embodiment, a portion connected with the positioning pointer 51 can be regarded as a horizontal end, one end of the horizontal end far away from the positioning pointer 51 is a vertical end, the vertical end is disposed downward, and the power end of the rotating motor 41 is connected with the bottom of the vertical end. Like this, location pointer 51 just can be rotatory around welding ball 6, and then welds to different welding points, and when concrete implementation, sets up the angle scale on the terminal surface of slider 4 near the one end of connecting rod 5, like this, conveniently adjusts to accurate angle, and of course, the rotation angle through control rotating electrical machines 41 also can, but the setting of scale also is favorable to approving.
In consideration of the fact that the marking pen 53 is required to draw a circle after rotating to a designated position, a marking motor 55 is provided on the connecting rod 5, and a power end of the marking motor 55 is connected to the positioning pointer 51. Thus, under the action of the marking motor 55, the circle drawing of the positioning point is realized under the condition that the support rod 2 horizontally rotates without use.
Considering the size of the solder ball 6, a slide groove hole 31 is provided in the column 3, and the slider 4 is disposed to be lifted in the slide groove hole 31. Specifically, a lifting cylinder 11 is arranged on the base 1, and the power end of the lifting cylinder 11 is connected to the bottom of the sliding block 4. Thus, under the action of the lifting cylinder 11, the height of the connecting rod 5 is adjusted, so that welding of welding balls 6 with different specifications is met.
Since the specification of the welding ball 6 changes, the specification of the welding rod also changes, and in order to meet the requirement that the distance between the marking pen 53 and the positioning pointer 51 is in the radius state of the welding rod at all times, in the present embodiment, an adjusting groove 521 is formed in an end of the marking plate 52 away from the positioning pointer 51, and the top of the marking pen 53 adopts a threaded structure, so that the marking pen 53 is locked at different positions of the adjusting groove 521 by using nuts arranged up and down on the marking plate 52, and the use requirements of welding rods with different specifications are met.
In order to ensure the stability of the up-and-down movement of the slider 4, a guide optical axis 32 is provided in the slide groove hole 31, and the guide optical axis 32 is provided through the slider 4. In the present embodiment, two guiding optical axes 32 are provided, the guiding optical axes 32 are provided on two sides of the power end of the rotating electrical machine 41, and a linear bearing is provided on the slider 4, so that the effective sliding of the slider 4 is realized.
Firstly, the positioning pointer 51 is lifted to the highest position by utilizing the rotating motor 41 and the lifting cylinder 11, so that the welding ball 6 is convenient to place, at the moment, the welding ball 6 to be positioned can be placed on the welding ball placing seat 21, and then the fixed suction cup 22 is opened to fix the welding ball 6.
Then, the lifting cylinder 11 is controlled to lower the positioning pointer 51 to a position contacting the solder ball 6, then, the marking pen 53 is also contacted with the solder ball 6 at this time, and then, the support rod 2 is controlled to rotate or the marking motor 55 is controlled to make the marking pen 53 leave a circular solder mark on the top of the solder ball 6.
Since there are often a plurality of welding points of the welding ball 6, in this case, the rotating electrical machine 41 needs to be controlled to adjust the position of the positioning pointer 51 according to the construction requirement. If a plurality of connecting rods are arranged on the same circumference, the connecting rods 5 can only turn over on a line, so that the supporting rods 2 are required to be controlled to rotate to meet the welding at different positions on the same circumference.
Then, the marking motor 55 is rotated to make the marking pen 53 leave a circular welding mark on the welding ball 6, thereby completing the positioning operation.

f. the marking motor is rotated to cause the marking pen to leave a circular weld mark on the weld ball.
