s1, measuring the maximum size of the leakage part according to the actual situation of the leakage part, drawing a spare part processing drawing, and processing the spare part according to the spare part drawing; meanwhile, a long shaft is processed according to the sizes of a bearing position and a spare part position of the material flow adjusting valve assembly, and the long shaft is processed according to the matching requirement;
s2, cutting the box body through part, and cutting according to the size required by the processing spare parts;
s3, in order to ensure the opening size, a positioning rod is additionally arranged at the standard size of the material flow regulating valve assembly and the opening size of the spare part, and then the long shaft and the spare part are installed;
s4, after the spare parts are installed and the opening sizes are ensured, four-side spot welding is carried out to fix the spare parts, and then the measuring tool is used for measuring the opening sizes of a plurality of positions to ensure that the requirements are met;
s5, welding the welding position of the spare part hole site according to the welding technical standard requirement, wherein the welding position is ensured to have no defects such as cracks, sand holes, welding beading and the like;
and S6, finally, installing a mask for pressure test detection in upper and lower flange pressure test detection, detecting whether leakage exists, and removing the long shaft after the repair is finished to finish the repair work.
Optionally, in the step S1, the size of the outer circle of the spare part is the size of the intact box part left after cutting according to the penetration point, and the outer circle of the spare part is chamfered to form a welding groove after the spare part is machined, so that better cladding contact welding during later welding is facilitated to be firmer.
Optionally, in step S5, the welding hand welding must use E4313 welding rod or carbon dioxide gas protection welding.

s3, in order to ensure the opening size, a positioning rod is additionally arranged at the standard size of the material flow regulating valve assembly and the opening size of the spare part, and then the long shaft and the spare part are installed;
s4, after the spare parts are installed and the opening sizes are ensured, four-side spot welding is carried out to fix the spare parts, and then the measuring tool is used for measuring the opening sizes of a plurality of positions to ensure that the requirements are met;
s5, welding the welding position of the spare part hole site according to the welding technical standard requirement, wherein the welding position is ensured to have no defects such as cracks, sand holes, welding beading and the like;
and S6, finally, installing a mask for pressure test detection in upper and lower flange pressure test detection, detecting whether leakage exists, and removing the long shaft after the repair is finished to finish the repair work.
