The LED mounting rapid glue dispensing and smearing device as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a contact pushing mechanism (11) for assisting the first baffle (106) to move, wherein the contact pushing mechanism (11) comprises a first contact rod (111), a first fixing rod (112) and a limiting block (113), the first contact rod (111) is connected to the upper portions of the left and right ends of the sliding frame (104), the four first fixing rods (112) are uniformly arranged on the first guide rail (3) on the left side of the sliding frame at intervals, and the limiting block (113) is connected to the upper portion of the right side of the first fixing rod (112).
