Abstract

As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the driving structure 6 is installed inside the power box 3 outside the filtering pipe 2;
the driving structure 6 specifically comprises a plurality of groups of transmission gears 601, two groups of driving racks 602 and telescopic pieces, wherein the plurality of groups of transmission gears 601 are coaxially arranged on the rotating shaft 501 of the corresponding isolation plate 5, the two groups of driving racks 602 are respectively meshed with the transmission gear 601 groups on two sides of the filter screen 4 for transmission, the approaching sides of the two groups of driving racks 602 are connected through a connecting column 603, the connecting column 603 is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the telescopic piece, and the two groups of driving racks 602 are driven by the telescopic pieces to move so as to drive the plurality of groups of transmission gears 601 to synchronously rotate;

As shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection structure 8 includes two sets of limiting plates 802, the two sets of limiting plates 802 are respectively slidably connected in mounting holes at two sides of the sealing plate 801, a locking hole for inserting the limiting plate 802 is formed at a side surface of the sewage draining groove, adjacent sides of the two sets of limiting plates 802 are respectively connected with the driving plate 803, the driving plate 803 is connected with a fixing block 806 at a middle portion of the sealing plate 801 through an elastic member, a plurality of sets of guide posts 805 are disposed at one side of the driving plate 803 adjacent to the fixing block 806, and the guide posts 805 are slidably connected in guide holes disposed on the fixing block 806;
when the sealing plate 801 is disassembled and assembled, an operator drives the two groups of driving plates 803 to be close to the fixing block 806, so that the two groups of limiting plates 802 retract into the mounting hole, when the user installs the sealing plate 801 at the sewage discharge groove, the sealing plate 801 is inserted into the sewage discharge groove, the driving plates 803 are released, the driving plates 803 are far away from the fixing block 806 under the action of the springs 804, the limiting plates 802 are driven to be inserted into the locking holes, and the sealing plate 801 is installed.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, two sides of the isolation plate 5 are arc-shaped structures, so as to prevent the adjacent isolation plates 5 from being collided and clamped before the isolation plates 5 rotate to form a partition wall, thereby affecting the rotation condition of the isolation plates, and meanwhile, a sealing gasket is fixed on a side surface, and a joint of the adjacent isolation plates 5 is sealed by the sealing gasket.
In summary, when the filter screen 4 is cleaned, the driving structure 6 drives the plurality of groups of partition plates 5 to synchronously rotate, the filter screen 4 is separated from sewage on two sides, water cut-off operation is completed, the sewage discharge tank is further opened, the flushing structure is started to flush the filter screen 4, flushed impurities and sewage are discharged from the sewage discharge tank, the filter screen 4 does not need to be disassembled in the cleaning process, an operator can directly flush and clean the filter screen 4 through the filter pipe 2, and the problems that the filter screen 4 needs to be cut off when being cleaned, the filter screen 4 is disassembled to be flushed and the cleaning process is complicated are solved.
