1. A purification device for industrial sewage comprises a filter box (1), a settling tank (2) and a purification box (3), wherein a filter screen is arranged in the filter box (1), and is characterized in that an inner pipe (13) is arranged in the filter box (1), the filter screen is an annular filter plate (14) fixed between the inner wall of the filter box (1) and the outer wall of the inner pipe (13), and the annular filter plate (14) is provided with filter holes (141);
the upper side of the filter box (1) is provided with a water injection hopper (4) and a water inlet pipe (5) which are connected with each other, and sewage is conveyed to the inside of the filter box (1) through the water injection hopper (4) and the water inlet pipe (5) and is filtered through an annular filter screen (14);
the water injection hopper (4) is erected on the upper side of the filter box (1) through a fixing frame (11), the bottom of the water inlet pipe (5) extends to the upper side of the annular filter plate (14), a main shaft (15) with holes is rotatably arranged inside the inner pipe (13), the main shaft (15) with holes is driven by a driving motor (16), the upper part of the main shaft (15) with holes is connected with the water inlet pipe (5), the driving motor (16) controls the water inlet pipe (5) to do circular motion relative to the bottom of the water injection hopper (4) through the main shaft (15) with holes, and the bottom of the water inlet pipe (5) is always positioned on the upper side of the annular filter plate (14) during rotation;
the bottom of the main shaft (15) with the hole is rotatably connected with a water box (17), the water box (17) is fixed with the inner wall of the bottom of the inner pipe (13) through a support, the water box (17) is connected with a flushing pump (18) through a pipeline, a water inlet of the flushing pump (18) is connected with a water inlet pipe (19), and the water inlet pipe (19) extends to the outer sides of the inner pipe (13) and the filter box (1) and is externally connected with a water tank;
the inner pipe (13) comprises an upper pipe body, a lower pipe body and a rotating pipe (131), the upper end of the rotating pipe (131) is rotatably installed with the upper pipe body, the lower end of the rotating pipe (131) is rotatably installed with the lower pipe body, an annular filter plate (14) is fixedly installed between the outer wall of the rotating pipe (131) and the inner wall of the filter box (1), a hole cleaning mechanism (20) and a cleaning mechanism (21) are installed on the rotating pipe (131), and the hole cleaning mechanism (20) and the cleaning mechanism (21) are both connected with the main shaft (15) with holes;
the hole cleaning mechanism (20) is positioned at the lower side of the annular filter plate (14), and the filter holes (141) are cleaned from the lower side of the annular filter plate (14);
the cleaning mechanism (21) is positioned on the upper side of the annular filter plate (14) and cleans sundries on the upper side of the annular filter plate (14);
the sewage filtered by the annular filter plate (14) is conveyed to the interior of the settling tank (2) through a conveying pipe (6);
the sewage in the settling tank (2) is conveyed into the purifying tank (3) through the pumping mechanism I (7) after being settled, the purifying tank (3) is provided with a plurality of mutually independent purifying mechanisms (22), and the water purified by the purifying mechanisms (22) is output from the inside of the purifying tank (3) through the pumping mechanism II (8);
a first sewage discharge pipe (9) is installed at the bottom of the settling tank (2), and a second sewage discharge pipe (10) is installed at the bottom of the purifying tank (3).

The industrial sewage purification device according to claim 1, wherein the water inlet pipe (5) is of an S-shaped bent pipe structure, the top of the water inlet pipe (5) is rotatably mounted with the bottom of the water injection hopper (4), the bottom of the water inlet pipe (5) is fixed with the movable frame (12), two ends of the movable frame (12) are respectively and slidably supported on the upper sides of the filter box (1) and the inner pipe (13), and one end of the movable frame (12) extends to the center of the inner pipe (13) and is fixedly mounted with the top of the main shaft (15) with holes.
