As an implementation mode of the invention, a plurality of groups of straight rods 24 which are circumferentially and symmetrically arranged are fixedly connected to the top surface of the periphery of the base 23; the tops of the straight rods 24 are movably connected with a connecting plate 22, and the other ends of the connecting plates 22 are fixedly connected with a guard ring 21; the bottom of the mixing container 14 is attached to the top of the guard ring 21; the straight rod 24 is sleeved with a spring 25, and two ends of the spring 25 are fixedly connected with the connecting plate 22 and the base 23 respectively.

when the rotating ring 4 is driven by the screw rod 26 to rotate in the second fixing seat 17, the stirring blade 3 sliding in the first fixing seat 16 can rotate under the magnetic force connection effect of the first magnetic block 31 and the second magnetic block 41, so that purified water in the mixing container 14 can be stirred to flow, the purified water in the mixing container 14 can be driven to flow, the eddy effect is generated, and the coating powder can be driven by the purified water in the eddy state when the coating powder is poured into the mixing container 14, so that the problem of adhesion caused by contact of the coating powder on the inner side wall of the mixing container 14 is solved, and the utilization efficiency of the coating powder is improved;
when the mixing container 14 is manually driven to move downwards, the guard ring 21 positioned at the bottom of the mixing container 14 is driven by the mixing container 14 to move downwards, at the moment, the connecting plates 22 around the guard ring 21 move on the straight rods 24 at the top of the base 23, meanwhile, when the guard ring 21 drives the connecting plates 22 to move downwards on the straight rods 24, the springs 25 positioned on the straight rods 24 compress and generate elastic potential energy, the elastic potential energy generated by the springs 25 is utilized to realize the buffering effect on the guard ring 21, namely the buffering effect on the mixing container 14, and meanwhile, under the elastic potential energy of the springs 25, when the mixing container 14 moves downwards, the mixing container 14 is driven to move upwards, the spiral rods 26 and the rotating ring 4 are driven to move reversely, so that the rotating ring 4 is driven to rotate reversely, and the stirring blades 3 are driven to rotate reversely, so that vortex is reversed, and after the coating powder and purified water are mixed, the coating powder and the purified water can be fully mixed.
