Description

Traditional Chinese medicine for treating gastroduodenal ulcer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine for treating gastroduodenal ulcer.
Background
Gastroduodenal ulcer is a common disease of the digestive tract, generally, after cerebral cortex receives external bad stimulation, spasm of blood vessels and muscles of stomach and duodenal wall is caused, cell nutrition of gastrointestinal wall is disturbed, and resistance of gastrointestinal mucosa is reduced, so that gastrointestinal mucosa wall is easily digested by gastric juice to form ulcer, and diseases such as helicobacter pylori infection, gastric dysfunction and virus infection, or other factors such as diet, long-term administration of irritant drugs, mental factors and the like cause abnormal secretion of gastric acid and pepsin, and excessive secretion of gastric acid erodes gastroduodenal mucosa to cause ulcer.
At present, almost all duodenal ulcers and a large part of gastric ulcers are caused by helicobacter pylori, so that the helicobacter pylori is eradicated firstly in the treatment of the duodenal ulcers and one to two acid-inhibiting drugs are used in a triple or quadruple therapy combining two antibiotics, but the antibiotics are used to generate drug resistance and are easy to relapse, the subsequent treatment effect of the ulcers is poor, the disease is easy to repeat, other ulcers with few causes are difficult to treat, and no particularly good treatment drugs exist at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above situation, the present invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine for treating gastroduodenal ulcer, which can effectively solve the problem of medication of gastroduodenal ulcer.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following raw material medicines by weight: 30-50g of patrinia, 20-40g of white paeony root, 20-40g of pseudo-ginseng, 20-30g of corydalis tuber, 20-30g of medicated leaven, 20-30g of cassia twig and 15-25g of liquorice, mixing the raw materials together, adding water for immersion, boiling with strong fire, keeping the boiling with slow fire for 25-40min, and filtering to obtain a first filtrate; soaking the residue in water, boiling with strong fire, keeping boiling with slow fire for 15-25min, filtering to obtain second filtrate, mixing the second filtrates, concentrating to obtain extract with relative density of 1.1-1.2 at 50 deg.C, adding 0.1-1% magnesium stearate and 8-15% adjuvants, mixing, granulating, drying, tabletting, and coating.
The auxiliary material is one or a mixture of more than two of corn starch, dextrin or powdered sugar in any proportion.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of reasonable formula, rich raw materials, and combination of the raw materials, has the effects of astringing to stop bleeding, promoting granulation and clearing and activating the channels and collaterals, can be effectively used for treating gastroduodenal ulcer, has definite curative effect and no toxic or side effect, and is an innovation on gastroduodenal ulcer medicines.
