The pattern layer is formed by placing the insert, the insert is an independent three-dimensional object, the three-dimensional effect is relatively good, meanwhile, the shape of the insert can be designed according to actual needs, the insert is not limited by a treatment process, a large design space is provided, and the three-dimensional pattern which can be presented is various.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of economic level and the improvement of consumption level of people, the appearance requirements of shoes are more and more diversified. The traditional shoes are usually formed by processes of spray painting or offset printing and the like on the surface of the traditional shoes, although certain three-dimensional effect can be formed by multiple spray painting or multiple offset printing, the three-dimensional effect is relatively poor, and the three-dimensional patterns which can be presented are relatively limited.
In view of the above, the applicant has made intensive studies on the treatment process of the shoe surface, and has made this proposal.

The invention aims to provide a shoe surface treatment process with an amber-like effect, which has relatively good stereoscopic impression and can present various stereoscopic patterns.

and S4, dropping or spraying water-based transparent gloss oil on the pattern layer to form a protective layer, and finishing the shoe surface treatment.
As an improvement of the invention, the treatment area comprises an upper part and a sole part, the upper part being coated with an upper treatment agent and the sole part being coated with a sole treatment agent.
As an improvement of the invention, the insert is a sticker, a relief piece or a dried animal and plant specimen.
As an improvement of the invention, the water-based transparent gloss oil is polyurethane gloss oil.
In a modification of the present invention, in step S4, before the aqueous transparent varnish is applied, a temperature-sensitive ink, a light-sensitive ink, or a fluorescent ink is applied on the pattern layer.

Preferably, before the aqueous transparent varnish is coated, temperature-variable ink, light-variable ink or fluorescent ink may be coated on the pattern layer to form a corresponding color-variable effect, thereby improving the aesthetic feeling of the shoe. Meanwhile, the protective layer can be more than two layers, namely, the water-based transparent gloss oil is dripped or sprayed for multiple times, and the water-based transparent gloss oil which is dripped or sprayed for the last time needs to be dried and form the protective layer before dripping or spraying for the next time between each time of delivery or spraying, so that the refraction phenomenon can be avoided on the contact surface of the light between the two adjacent protective layers, and the three-dimensional effect is promoted.

4. The process of claim 1, wherein the aqueous transparent varnish is a polyurethane varnish.
5. The process for treating the surface of shoes with the amber-like effect according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a temperature change ink, a light change ink or a fluorescent ink is coated on the pattern layer before the aqueous transparent varnish is coated in step S4.
6. The process for treating the surface of a shoe with an amber-like effect according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said protective layer has more than two layers.
