目前市场上的各类空调衬衣,功能单一,夏季以各种化工产品硅胶为主的蓄冷型服装为主,或者制冷制热的服装,即服装上安装放空调的支架,这一类的空调衬衣普遍都繁琐臃肿,不美观,现在人们穿衣追求的时尚美观再具有功能性,市面上其他类的空调服装纤维或者纱线为制冷降温的成分,或者服装内部缝有凉爽的贴片,这种空调服装不耐水洗,水洗多次后,制凉的纤维、纱线或者贴片都极易破损,并且穿着臃肿;最缺少的就是集美观和功能性一体的服装。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种排汗透气的空调衬衣,采用的布料质地松软舒适,透气性好,且具有正装衬衫的效果;本发明还提供其制作方法。
本发明所述的排汗透气的空调衬衣,由里、外两层面料组成,包括两前片面、两前片里、过肩面、过肩里、后片、袖头、领子、袖子、门襟,后片上设置有小鼻和小布,小布上设置有锁眼,领子处有领窝小布,领窝小布设置有通风口,领子包括翻领和底领,领窝小布中心和过肩面下部均设置有通风口,过肩里里设置有小布兜。

过肩里和面的面料均为网眼面料,网眼直径为1.5cm-3cm,过肩里的小布兜可放微型空调,后片的小布上有锁眼,用来穿电路线,能连接外部,如果微型空调无电,可以穿着同时,采用充电宝充电。
空调衬衣的底领、门襟和左腋下部均采用配色的锦纶和氨纶的混纺面料。

e、在后片右侧缝腋窝下10cm固定一个小鼻,后片的过肩处右端缝两个小鼻,间隔5-7cm;第一个小鼻距袖缝5-6cm,第二个小鼻距第一个小鼻5-7cm;
f、在后片的右侧缝贴两个小布,第一个小布距底边3-5cm,第二个小布距第一个小布 6-7cm,两个小布均锁眼;
g、后片上端和过肩里网眼面料底端缝合,后片上端包住过肩里网眼底端0.5-0.6cm,辑一道线,手工包缝形式,再辑明线;
h、过肩面两侧折1cm,再与后片过肩处向下的1.5-2cm处缝合,中间10-14cm里不缝合,只缝合过肩面与后片;
i、后过肩竖向两明线,两明线居中均6-7cm,形成过肩上下两个通气口,宽度12-14cm,且在两个通气孔打4个结;
(2)前片缝制:
a、前片里网眼布长度比前片面短8-10cm,前片里网眼布锁边,底端和门襟处锁边;
b、左前片面和左前片里缝合下端10-15cm,左前片门襟左眼,最下面锁横眼,通过锁眼来固定前片里和前片面;
c、右前片面和右前片里缝合,右前片钉扣;
(3)领子缝制:
翻领里/面缝合在一起,缝头0.6cm;翻领并辑领明线;翻领和底领缝合;缝底领明线;熨烫领子;
(4)袖子缝制:
在袖叉一侧钉小袖祺;在袖叉另一侧钉大袖祺;
(5)组合:
a、左前片和过肩拼接,缝头1cm,辑一道明线;

c、袖子缝合在袖窿处,再辑一道明线;

c、过肩里和过肩面的领窝小布中心10-11cm拼接缝合;
d、梯形小布和四方小布都在缝头边打结固定;
e、在后片右侧缝腋窝下10cm固定一个小鼻,后片的过肩处右端缝两个小鼻,间隔5-7cm;第一个小鼻距袖缝5-6cm,第二个小鼻距第一个小鼻5-7cm;
f、在后片的右侧缝贴两个小布,第一个小布距底边3-5cm,第二个小布距第一个小布6-7cm,两个小布均锁眼;
g、后片上端和过肩里网眼面料底端缝合,后片上端包住过肩里网眼底端0.5-0.6cm,辑一道线,手工包缝形式,再辑明线;
h、过肩面两侧折1cm,再与后片过肩处向下的1.5-2cm处缝合,中间10-14cm里不缝合,只缝合过肩面与后片;
i、后过肩竖向两明线,两明线居中均6-7cm,形成过肩上下两个通气口,宽度12-14cm,且在两个通气孔打4个结;
(2)前片缝制:
a、前片里网眼布长度比前片面短8-10cm,前片里网眼布锁边,底端和门襟处锁边;
b、左前片面和左前片里缝合下端10-15cm,左前片门襟左眼,最下面锁横眼,通过锁眼来固定前片里和前片面;
c、右前片面和右前片里缝合,右前片钉扣;
(3)领子缝制:
翻领里/面缝合在一起,缝头0.6cm;翻领并辑领明线;翻领和底领缝合;缝底领明线;熨烫领子;
(4)袖子缝制:
在袖叉一侧钉小袖祺;在袖叉另一侧钉大袖祺;
(5)组合:
a、左前片和过肩拼接,缝头1cm,辑一道明线;
b、右前片和过肩的另一侧拼接,缝头1cm,辑一道明线;
c、袖子缝合在袖窿处,再辑一道明线;
d、合侧缝一直到袖片;
e、把袖头缝在袖口上;
f、把领子缝在领窝小布处;
所述的排汗透气的空调衬衣:由里、外两层面料组成,包括前片面(7)、前片里(8)、过肩面(19)、过肩里(12)、后片(15)、袖头(11)、领子(1)、袖子(5)、门襟(6),后片(15)上设置有小鼻(16)和小布a(13)、小布b(17),领子(1)处有领窝小布(2),领子(1)包括翻领(4)和底领(3),领窝小布(2)中心和过肩面(19)下部均设置有通风口(20);过肩里和面的面料均为网眼面料,网眼直径为1.5cm-3cm,过肩里(12)里设置有小布兜(14),用于放置微型空调或充电宝,后片(15)的小布b(17)上设置有锁眼(18),用来穿插电路线,连接外部;
后片(15)上设置有三个小鼻(16)和小布a(13)、小布b(17);
通风口(20)的宽度为12-14cm;
空调衬衣的外层面料为100%纯棉面料;里层面料为35%-45%锦纶,25%-40%氨纶,15-40%网眼面料;
两前片里的面料为网眼面料,网眼直径为0.5cm-1.0cm;
空调衬衣的底领(3)、门襟(6)和左腋下部均采用配色的锦纶和氨纶的混纺面料。
