本发明公开了一种动物饲料加工防腐处理工艺,涉及动物饲料加工领域,包括以下操作步骤:S1:预备食盐与水,将食盐与水投入加热搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀;S2:预备饲料原料,将饲料原料放入粉碎机中打成细粉,过八十目筛;S3:将饲料粉倒入搅拌均匀后的盐水中,持续加热搅拌均匀,停止搅拌后,浸泡8‑12小时;S4:对浸好盐水的饲料进行恒温搅拌,搅拌的过程中以紫外线灯对饲料浆进行照射,搅拌至饲料浆凝固,停止搅拌;S5:取出干化的饲料团,放入双轴挤压对辊机中反复碾压成型。本发明所述的一种动物饲料加工防腐处理工艺,通过本方案制出的饲料,耐储存,加工成本低,避免了二次防腐加工而产生的饲料变质问题。

本发明涉及动物饲料加工领域,特别涉及一种动物饲料加工防腐处理工艺。
背景技术
在养殖过程中,尤其是大型养殖场,出于降低成本的需要,基本不采购配置好的全价饲料,而是自行配置,在配置饲料的过程中,因用量较大,通常一次性配置大量的饲料进行储存备用,而饲料容易在储存过程中霉变,不利于储存,为解决这种技术问题,现有技术中需要在饲料中添加化学防腐剂,而化学防腐剂容易与饲料中的其他组分,如微量元素,多维素等发生反应,造成饲料营养价值下降或者饲料异味。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种动物饲料加工防腐处理工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
1.一种动物饲料加工防腐处理工艺,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:预备食盐与水,将食盐与水投入加热搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀;
S2:预备饲料原料,将饲料原料放入粉碎机中打成细粉,过八十目筛;
S3:将饲料粉倒入搅拌均匀后的盐水中,持续加热搅拌均匀,停止搅拌后,浸泡8-12小时;
S4:对浸好盐水的饲料进行恒温搅拌,搅拌的过程中以紫外线灯对饲料浆进行照射,搅拌至饲料浆凝固,停止搅拌;
S5:取出干化的饲料团,放入双轴挤压对辊机中反复碾压成型;
S6:将挤压成型的饲料块放入切条机中加工成型;
S7:将切条成型的饲料条放入风干机中,风干定型;
S8:将定型好的饲料条送入真空包装机中,包装成型。
优选的,所述S1步骤中食盐与水的比重为1:30,搅拌罐的加热温度为50摄氏度。
优选的,所述S3步骤中搅拌罐的加热温度为70摄氏度。
优选的,所述S4步骤中搅拌罐的加热温度为100摄氏度。

本发明中,通过本方案制出的饲料,耐储存,加工成本低,避免了二次防腐加工而产生的饲料变质问题。

S2:预备饲料原料,饲料原料为肉鸡饲料,将饲料原料放入粉碎机中打成细粉,过八十目筛;
S3:将饲料粉倒入搅拌均匀后的盐水中,持续加热搅拌均匀,搅拌罐的加热温度为70摄氏度,停止搅拌后,浸泡8-12小时;
S4:对浸好盐水的饲料进行恒温搅拌,搅拌的过程中以紫外线灯对饲料浆进行照射,搅拌至饲料浆凝固,停止搅拌,搅拌罐的加热温度为100摄氏度;
S5:取出干化的饲料团,放入双轴挤压对辊机中反复碾压成型;

S3:将饲料粉倒入搅拌均匀后的盐水中,持续加热搅拌均匀,停止搅拌后,浸泡8-12小时;
S4:对浸好盐水的饲料进行恒温搅拌,搅拌的过程中以紫外线灯对饲料浆进行照射,搅拌至饲料浆凝固,停止搅拌;
S5:取出干化的饲料团,放入双轴挤压对辊机中反复碾压成型;

S7:将切条成型的饲料条放入风干机中,风干定型;
