Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of solid beverages, in particular to a formula of a composite solid beverage.
Background
The solid beverage is a solid product which is prepared by taking sugar, milk and dairy products, eggs or egg products, fruit juice or edible plant extracts and the like as main raw materials and adding a proper amount of auxiliary materials or food additives, wherein the water content of each 100 g of the finished product is not higher than 5 g, and the solid product is in a powder shape, a granular shape or a block shape, such as bean crystal powder, malted milk powder, instant coffee, chrysanthemum crystal and the like, and 3 types of protein type solid beverages, common type solid beverages and baking type solid beverages (instant coffee) are separated. The solid beverage has a water content of 5% or less, and can be taken after dissolving in water. Solid beverages are made from liquid beverages by removing moisture for the purpose of: firstly, the dried beverage is prevented from being deteriorated or putrefied due to enzyme or microorganism of the dried beverage so as to be beneficial to storage; and secondly, the storage and the transportation are convenient. Compared with liquid beverage, the solid beverage has the following characteristics: the weight is obviously reduced, the volume is obviously reduced, and the carrying is convenient; the flavor is good, the instant property is good, the application range is wide, and the drinking is convenient; the sanitation is easy to maintain; the package is simple and easy, and the transportation is convenient.
Metabolic acidosis is a disease frequently encountered in clinic, is an acid-base imbalance caused by renal tubular reabsorption disorder, is called renal tubular acidosis, has wide etiology, and comprises various renal diseases, autoimmune diseases, genetic factors and the like, and the current common treatment scheme is to alkalize urine by oral sodium bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate tablets) or deliver water (sodium bicarbonate injection or citric acid preparation), wherein citric acid is called citric acid, and is two names of substances. The effect of oral sodium bicarbonate is not good, and the prior technical scheme has the following problems:
1. the sodium citrate beverage (solution) has the net sodium citrate content of 10 percent, no other components are added, the taste is over-salty, the sense is not good, the carrying is inconvenient, the customer acceptance is not high, and the beverage contains too high sodium ions, so that the long-term health influence caused by excessive sodium salt intake can be caused.
2. The potassium sodium hydrogen citrate particles (solid) contain potassium, and the formula product is not suitable for people who do not need to supplement potassium normally and people who have high blood potassium, and is easy to increase blood potassium, so that arrhythmia, premature beat and even serious heart diseases and nervous system symptoms are caused.
3. The potassium citrate beverage (solution) contains 10% of potassium citrate net content and no other components, and is suitable for the safety risks of limited crowds, side effects and the like in the same scheme 2.
4. The scheme of the compound citric acid solution (sodium citrate-citric acid mixture) or (potassium citrate-citric acid total) is mentioned in required documents and is confirmed. The defects are water aqua, which is not easy to carry by customers, and bad taste which affects the compliance of users.
5. The sodium bicarbonate tablet has general effect and dependency on dosage, and additionally has stimulation to the stomach and intestine, aggravates the illness condition of patients with gastric ulcer, and the like;
therefore, the formulation of the compound solid beverage is provided to solve the problems.
