本发明公开了一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂,有效成分为噻虫嗪、辛硫磷。在杀虫剂组合物中重量比为(0.1~5.0):(0.5~10.0),优选为(0.1~3.0):(0.9~7.0);噻虫嗪、辛硫磷的累积重量为所述组合物总重量的0.6%~15%,优选为1%~10%。本发明通过对噻虫嗪、辛硫磷进行重新的组分配比及组合使得该组合物的药性作用增强。两种活性成分均为低毒,内吸作用与熏蒸、胃毒作用相结合,适用作物及杀虫谱更广,持效性更强,杀虫效果更佳。一次施药可防除多种作物地下及地上刺吸式口器和食叶性害虫,减少了施药次数,降低防治成本,减缓地下害虫抗性的产生,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。

现有的杀虫剂见效短,杀虫效果差而且有一定的毒性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有高效、广谱、用量少、毒性低、药效持效期长、对作物无药害、使用安全、与常规农药无交互抗性等优点的2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂,其特征在于,该杀虫颗粒剂包含有以下百分含量的原料:噻虫嗪、辛硫磷的累积重量为所述组合物总重量的0.2%~ 15%,辅料补足100%。
优选的,在上述一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂中,所述辅料根据用途不同选用河砂、麦饭石、陶瓷颗粒、棒土、白炭黑、石蜡、K12、MF-5、NNO、硫酸铵、轻钙、玉米淀粉、面粉、麦芽糊精、植物油其中的一种或几种。
优选的,在上述一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂中,该杀虫颗粒剂根据用途不同选用包衣法和造粒法进行制备。
优选的,在上述一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂中,所述包衣法是以惰性矿物质河砂、麦饭石、陶瓷颗粒等为载体,以棒土、白炭黑、植物油、石蜡为辅料,辅助有效成分逐层粘附与载体,最后用染色剂着色、烘干制成。
优选的,在上述一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂中,所述造粒法:将有效成分和K12、MF-5、NNO、硫酸铵、轻钙、玉米淀粉、面粉、麦芽糊精、等物质充分混合、搅拌均匀通过挤压造粒机、辊压造粒机、转鼓造粒机、滚筒造粒机等设备将混合物制备成圆柱体或球形颗粒,可用于喷雾、滴灌及撒施。
优选的,在上述一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂中,所述噻虫嗪、辛硫磷的累积重量为所述组合物总重量优选为0.6%~6%。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下特点:
1、使液态农药固态化,低毒化。液态农药做成颗粒剂后包装方便,利于储存,运输安全,购买者携带方便;该组分加工成颗粒剂后避免了挥发、漂移,经皮毒性降低,使用更加安全。
2、载体多样,多种工艺,持效期长。颗粒剂施入土壤后缓慢释放,在植物根系形成带药保护层,有效保护作物根系不受地下害虫咬噬破坏,为作物吸收土壤中的养分提供了保障。
3、环境相容性好。据测试颗粒剂产品特别是以天然矿物质为载体的颗粒剂,施用后和土壤充分融合,不挥发,不漂移对环境污染较小,避免了对蜜蜂、蚕以及天敌昆虫的伤害。

实施例:
该杀虫颗粒剂包含有以下百分含量的原料:噻虫胺的含量为噻虫嗪含量 0.5%,辛硫磷的百分含量为1.5%,其余用辅料补足100%。
噻虫嗪含量0.5%,是烟碱类化合物中内吸传导性较强的杀虫剂。施药后由根系吸收传导至叶片和叶鞘,积累于植物体的分生组织区,可选择性抑制昆虫中枢神经系统烟酸乙酰胆碱酯酶受体,进而阻断昆虫中枢神经系统的正常传导,造成害虫出现麻痹死亡。不仅具有触杀、胃毒、内吸活性,而且具更好的安全性、更广的杀虫谱及作用速度快、持效期长等特点,是取代那些对哺乳动物毒性高、有残留和污染环境的有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、有机氯类杀虫剂的较好品种。在土壤中降解迅速,对后茬作物无药害问题,对鱼类安全。
辛硫磷含量为1.5%,是一种高效低毒有机磷杀虫剂,以触杀和胃毒为主,杀虫谱广,击倒力强,对鳞翅目幼虫效果极佳。该药施入土壤后避免了光照分解,残效期可长达30--60天,兼具熏蒸作用,提高了药效。是替代高毒有机磷杀虫剂的理想农药,更是无公害果品和蔬菜生产的理想地下害虫杀虫剂,可以经久使用。
防治对象:
本品为与噻虫嗪、辛硫磷复配制剂,广泛适用于葱、姜、蒜及大田作物,如小麦、玉米、烟草、蔬菜、牧草、花卉、及其他作物上防治玉米螟、蚜虫、叶蝉、蓟马、飞虱、跳甲、斑潜蝇、稻瘿蚊、稻飞虱、稻叶蝉、二化螟、三化螟、棉蚜、棉蓟马、桃小食心虫、蝗虫、蝼蛄、蛴螬、地老虎、金针虫、草地螟、白蚁等多种半翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目、某些鳞翅目害虫及多种刺吸式口器和食叶性害虫。
使用方法:
1、播种沟(穴)施药。在作物播种时与种子同时施入播种沟(穴)内,如采用挖穴播种可人工撒施,使用播种机带有定量下药装置施药,则更准确、安全。
2、根区根侧追施。在作物培土,灌溉,追肥时距植株10~15厘米处沿垅开沟或在植株旁挖穴撒施,根据作物不同选择单施或者随肥同施,施药后即覆土。
3、水田撒施,适用于水稻,莲藕等水生作物。保持田间浅水(2~3厘米) 将颗粒剂与半干细土按1:10的比例配制成毒土,随配随用,均匀撒施与水面。
使用效果:
防治玉米田地下害虫及玉米螟亩用量5000克,防治效果在85%以上,持效期90天以上。
防治小麦田金针虫、蚜虫以及其它地下害虫亩用量4500克,防治效果在 90%以上,持效期90天以上。
防治葱蓟马及地下害虫亩用量6000克,防治效果在85%以上,持效期90 天以上。
防治其它大田作物害虫亩用量3000-4000克,防治效果在90%以上,持效期60天以上。

Claims (6)
1.一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂,其特征在于,该杀虫颗粒剂包含有以下百分含量的原料:噻虫嗪、辛硫磷的累积重量为所述组合物总重量的0.2%~15%,辅料补足100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一个2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述辅料根据用途不同选用河砂、麦饭石、陶瓷颗粒、棒土、白炭黑、石蜡、K12、MF-5、NNO、硫酸铵、轻钙、玉米淀粉、面粉、麦芽糊精、植物油其中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂,其特征在于,该杀虫颗粒剂根据用途不同选用包衣法和造粒法进行制备。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述包衣法是以惰性矿物质河砂、麦饭石、陶瓷颗粒等为载体,以棒土、白炭黑、植物油、石蜡为辅料,辅助有效成分逐层粘附与载体,最后用染色剂着色、烘干制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述造粒法:将有效成分和K12、MF-5、NNO、硫酸铵、轻钙、玉米淀粉、面粉、麦芽糊精、等物质充分混合、搅拌均匀通过挤压造粒机、辊压造粒机、转鼓造粒机、滚筒造粒机等设备将混合物制备成圆柱体或球形颗粒,可用于喷雾、滴灌及撒施。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种2%噻虫嗪·辛硫磷颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述噻虫嗪、辛硫磷的累积重量为所述组合物总重量优选为0.6%~6%。
