Abstract

本发明公开了一种适宜补种的甘蔗品种的筛选方法及应用,包括如下步骤:(1)统一繁殖甘蔗种茎;(2)搭建遮荫棚;(3)同一条件下进行甘蔗种植;(4)耐荫品种筛选。本发明方法采用健康组培苗进行移栽育苗,并在育苗地搭设遮荫棚,通过设置遮阳网来筛选处在遮荫条件下仍能快速生长的甘蔗品种,再将筛选出来的甘蔗品种催芽后补种于甘蔗的缺苗断垄处,即使补种的甘蔗品种生长在遮荫的条件下仍能正常的生长,可提高甘蔗生长的整齐度,有利于甘蔗的增产增收。通过试验筛选出来的福农48或桂糖43,通过催芽后在遮荫条件在仍能快速生长,且耐荫性、分蘖性和抗病性强,适于甘蔗补种专用品种,既能解决甘蔗缺苗断垄问题,还能延长甘蔗宿根的年限。

一种适宜补种的甘蔗品种的筛选方法及应用
技术领域
本发明属于甘蔗补种技术领域,特别涉及一种适宜补种的甘蔗品种的筛选方法及应用。
背景技术
宿根蔗是甘蔗生产的重要组成部分,在甘蔗生产中占极其重要的地位。宿根蔗种植面积约占甘蔗种植总面积的60%-70%,与新植蔗比较,利用好宿根蔗的发株来生产高产高糖的原料甘蔗是一项重要的栽培制度,可以省工省力,减少生产投入成本,提高甘蔗种植业和制糖企业的经济效益,而且宿根年限越长,整个植蔗周期的种植成本就越低,经济效益越显著,已成为了蔗糖行业的共识。不同国家间宿根蔗栽培水平存在较大差异,较好的如巴西、澳大利亚等国家,宿根蔗面积超过80%,3年及3年以上宿根蔗面积超过40%;在国内广西、云南等甘蔗产区,一般甘蔗宿根2-3年左右;在粤西蔗区,一般宿根只有1-2年,每年只有1/3左右面积为宿根,2/3的面积为新植。目前,广西宿根蔗面积约占植蔗总面积的40%-50%,有些地方甚至占60%,但宿根蔗产量偏低,宿根年限一般也只有1-2年。因此,宿根年限短是我国甘蔗生产成本的重要原因之一。
单位面积苗数是影响宿根年限最重要的因素,而在新植蔗中天气、管理、种茎质量等因素都会引起缺苗现象,造成基本苗不足,田间缺苗断垄普遍存在;或者宿根蔗受天气、管理水平等影响也会出现缺苗断垄现象。常规新植和宿根缺苗断垄、管理不当都会严重影响甘蔗的产量,缩短宿根的年限。虽然生产上也有相关补种技术,但一般补种的甘蔗种茎容易出现出苗时间晚,生长滞后等现象,难以实现补种苗与田间原苗生长同步性。近来,本团队在筛选耐荫性强适宜补种的甘蔗品种基础上,开展不同补种试验,获得了“耐荫品种+催芽”的补种新方法,以利于甘蔗苗补种后的生长,实现补种苗与田间原苗同步性生长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适宜补种的甘蔗品种的筛选方法及应用,从而克服现有甘蔗补种苗后生长受限、影响甘蔗整齐度及产量的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种适宜补种的甘蔗品种的筛选方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)统一繁殖甘蔗种茎:选择当前国内生产上主要推广的甘蔗品种,选择地利条件一致的地块,在当年6月份种植,次年2-3月份获得耐荫试验需要的甘蔗种茎;
(2)搭建遮荫棚:选择地势平坦、通风及灌溉良好的试验地,划分多个试验区,同时,在试验地上方搭建遮荫棚,遮荫棚棚顶要求平行地面,棚顶高度4-5米;
(3)甘蔗种植:将所有甘蔗品种在遮荫棚内种植,随机区组试验,每个品种至少设3个重复;所有品种以不设遮荫棚的正常条件下生长为对照,同样是随机区组试验,每个品种至少设3个重复;
(4)耐荫品种筛选:在甘蔗伸长期,每10天测定所有甘蔗品种在遮荫处理和正常条件下的株高;到成熟期测定所有甘蔗品种在遮荫处理和正常条件下的株高、茎径、产量和锤度,筛选出耐荫性强的甘蔗品种。
优选的,步骤(2)中,每个试验区5行,行长7米,面积35平方米。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述遮荫棚包括:立柱、横向支撑杆、加强杆和遮阳网,所述立柱一端插入土中、另一端与横向支撑杆相连,所述横向支撑杆将相邻的立柱相连,并围成长方形,所述加强杆与所述横向支撑杆相连,并将所述成方形分隔成网格状,所述遮阳网可拆卸地固定在所述横向支撑杆、加强杆及立柱上方及外侧;所述遮阳网的遮阳率为75%。
优选的,步骤(4)中,统计遮荫处理和正常条件下甘蔗的出苗率、有效茎、株高、茎径、产量和锤度,将种植品种在六个指标下的排名列出并求和,选择相加求和后数值最少为耐荫品种。
优选的,耐荫品种的筛选剔除产量和锤度小于平均水平的品种。
优选的,所述耐荫品种为福农48或桂糖43。
本申请的另一种技术方案:一种甘蔗补种苗的培育方法,采用上述筛选方法筛选出的耐荫性强的甘蔗品种进行育苗。
优选的,所述育苗方法包括如下步骤:
I、选择筛选出来的耐荫甘蔗品种;
II、室内茎尖脱毒;
III、脱毒组培苗移栽到育苗地,半年后收获组培苗种茎;
IV、将组培苗种茎砍成单芽段或双芽段,在上述催芽剂中浸泡30分钟;
V、待芽突起时进行甘蔗补种。
优选的,所述催芽剂包括如下重量份成分:磷酸二氢钾1-2份、硝酸钾1-2份、钼酸钠2-5份、硫酸镁1-5份、硫酸锌0.5-1份、葡萄糖1-2份、赤霉素0.2-0.5份,ABT 1-3份,水1000-1200份。
优选的,步骤III中,甘蔗组培苗浸泡生根剂后再移栽到装育苗地。
优选的,所述生根剂包括如下重量份成分:1-MCP环糊精包合物60-90份、葡萄糖1-20份、EDTA盐1-10份、甘露醇1-20份;ABT生根粉5-20份;98%吲哚丁酸1-3份,98%萘乙酸钠1-3份,65%代森锌1-3份。
与现有的技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明方法采用健康组培苗进行移栽育苗,并在育苗地搭设遮荫棚,通过设置遮阳网来筛选处在遮荫条件下仍能快速生长的甘蔗品种,再将筛选出来的甘蔗品种催芽后补种于甘蔗的缺苗断垄处,即使补种的甘蔗品种生长在遮荫的条件下仍能正常的生长,可提高甘蔗生长的整齐度,有利于甘蔗的增产增收。通过试验筛选出来的福农48或桂糖43,通过催芽后在遮荫条件在仍能快速生长,且耐荫性、分蘖性和抗病性强,适于甘蔗补种专用品种,既能解决甘蔗缺苗断垄问题,还能延长甘蔗宿根的年限。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1
试验于2021年3月在广西南宁市农科院试验基地进行。筛选补种专用型甘蔗品种的方法包括如下步骤:
(1)试验地整理:选择地势平坦、通风及灌溉良好的试验地,并在试验地上方搭建遮荫棚,棚顶要求平行,高度在4.5米;
具体的,所述遮荫棚包括:立柱、横向支撑杆、加强杆和遮阳网,所述立柱一端插入土中、另一端与横向支撑杆相连,所述横向支撑杆将相邻的立柱相连,并围成长方形,所述加强杆与所述横向支撑杆相连,并将所述成方形分隔成网格状,所述遮阳网可拆卸地固定在所述横向支撑杆、加强杆及立柱的上方及外侧。所述遮阳网的遮阳率为75%。
(2)统一繁殖种种茎:选择当前国内生产上推广的甘蔗品种主要甘蔗品种40个以上,选择地利条件一致的地块在当年6月份种植,次年2月份获得耐荫试验需要的种茎;
(3)甘蔗种植:将所有甘蔗品种在遮荫棚种植,随机区组试验,小区5行,行长7米,面积35平方米,每个品种设3个重复;所有品种以正常条件下生长为对照,同样是随机区组试验,小区5行,行长7米,面积35平方米,每个品种设3个重复。
(4)耐荫品种筛选:在甘蔗伸长期,每10天测定所有甘蔗品种遮荫处理和正常条件下株高;到成熟期测定所有甘蔗品种的遮荫处理和正常条件下的株出苗率、有效茎、株高、茎径、产量和锤度,将种植品种在六个指标下的排名列出并求和,将相加求和后数值越少的品种筛选为耐荫品种。优选的,将种植品种在六个指标下的排名列出并求和,选择相加求和后数值最小,同时且产量和锤度大于平均水平的品种。

由表2可知,福农48的产量在种植品种中最高,排名第2,锤度在种植品种中排名第14,茎径排名19,株高排第10,有效茎排第3,出苗率排第13,则上述指标的排名加在一起为61,为所有品种排名相加后数值最小的,且产量和锤度在平均水平以上,因此可筛选福农48为耐荫品种。同理,可选择桂糖43为耐荫品种。桂糖29,指标排名相加为73,仅次于福农48和桂糖43,可筛选为耐荫品种的备选品种。
中糖1号指标排名之和同为61,为所有品种中最小,但因为锤度远小于平均水平,因此不能被筛选为耐荫品种。
通过上述方法,筛选出耐荫甘蔗品种福农48或桂糖43;
实施例2
一种甘蔗补种苗的培育方法,包括如下步骤:
I、选择筛选出来的耐荫甘蔗品种:福农48或桂糖43。
II、室内茎尖脱毒;采用现有技术对甘蔗进行茎尖脱毒。
III、脱毒组培苗移栽到育苗地,半年后收获组培苗种茎。
进一步地,甘蔗组培苗浸泡生根剂后再移栽到装育苗地。所述生根剂包括如下重量份成分:1-MCP环糊精包合物75份、葡萄糖10份、EDTA盐5份、甘露醇10份;ABT生根粉10份;98%吲哚丁酸2份,98%萘乙酸钠2份,65%代森锌2份。
IV、将组培苗种茎砍成单芽段或双芽段,在上述催芽剂中浸泡30分钟;所述催芽剂包括如下重量份成分:磷酸二氢钾1.5份、硝酸钾1.5份、钼酸钠3份、硫酸镁3份、硫酸锌0.8份、葡萄糖1.5份、赤霉素0.4份,ABT 1.5份,水1000份。
V、待芽突起时进行甘蔗补种。
将上述处理过的甘蔗种茎在广西南宁市农科院试验基地进行补种,结合图5补种后20天的成活率为97.2%,未用催芽剂补种后成活率为80.6%;浸泡生根剂后补种15天后,根鲜重为2.8g/株,未浸泡生根剂的根鲜重为2.1g/株。
综上,本发明方法采用健康组培苗进行移栽育苗,并在育苗地搭设遮荫棚,通过设置遮阳网来筛选处在遮荫条件下仍能快速生长的甘蔗品种,再将筛选出来的甘蔗品种催芽后补种于甘蔗的缺苗断垄处,即使补种的甘蔗品种生长在遮荫的条件下仍能正常的生长,可提高甘蔗生长的整齐度,有利于甘蔗的增产增收。通过试验筛选出来的福农48或桂糖43,通过催芽后在遮荫条件在仍能快速生长,且耐荫性、分蘖性和抗病性强,适于甘蔗补种专用品种,既能解决甘蔗缺苗断垄问题,还能延长甘蔗宿根的年限。

Claims (10)

1.一种适宜补种的甘蔗品种的筛选方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)统一繁殖甘蔗种茎:选择当前国内生产上主要推广的甘蔗品种,选择地利条件一致的地块,在当年6月份种植,次年2-3月份获得耐荫试验需要的甘蔗种茎;
(2)搭建遮荫棚:选择地势平坦、通风及灌溉良好的试验地,划分多个试验区,同时,在试验地上方搭建遮荫棚,遮荫棚棚顶要求平行地面,棚顶高度4-5米;
(3)甘蔗种植:将所有甘蔗品种在遮荫棚内种植,随机区组试验,每个品种至少设3个重复;所有品种以不设遮荫棚的正常条件下生长为对照,同样是随机区组试验,每个品种至少设3个重复;
(4)耐荫品种筛选:在甘蔗伸长期,每10天测定所有甘蔗品种在遮荫处理和正常条件下的株高;到成熟期测定所有甘蔗品种在遮荫处理和正常条件下的株高、茎径、单茎重、产量和锤度,筛选出耐荫性强的甘蔗品种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筛选方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述遮荫棚包括:立柱、横向支撑杆、加强杆和遮阳网,所述立柱一端插入土中、另一端与横向支撑杆相连,所述横向支撑杆将相邻的立柱相连,并围成长方形,所述加强杆与所述横向支撑杆相连,并将所述成方形分隔成网格状,所述遮阳网可拆卸地固定在所述横向支撑杆、加强杆及立柱的上方及外侧;所述遮阳网的遮阳率为75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的筛选方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,统计遮荫处理和正常条件下甘蔗的出苗率、有效茎、株高、茎径、产量和锤度,将种植品种在六个指标下的排名列出并求和,选择相加求和后数值最少为耐荫品种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的筛选方法,其特征在于,耐荫品种的筛选剔除产量和锤度小于平均水平的品种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的筛选方法,其特征在于,所述耐荫品种为福农48或桂糖43。
6.一种甘蔗补种苗的培育方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-5任一项所述的筛选方法筛选出的耐荫性强的甘蔗品种进行育苗。
7.根据权利要求1所述的培育方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
I、选择筛选出来的耐荫甘蔗品种;
II、室内茎尖脱毒;
III、脱毒组培苗移栽到育苗地,半年后收获组培苗种茎;
IV、将组培苗种茎砍成单芽段或双芽段,在上述催芽剂中浸泡30分钟;
V、待芽突起时进行甘蔗补种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的培育方法,其特征在于,所述催芽剂包括如下重量份成分:磷酸二氢钾1-2份、硝酸钾1-2份、钼酸钠2-5份、硫酸镁1-5份、硫酸锌0.5-1份、葡萄糖1-2份、赤霉素0.2-0.5份,ABT 1-3份,水1000-1200份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的培育方法,其特征在于,步骤III中,甘蔗组培苗浸泡生根剂后再移栽到育苗地。
10.根据权利要求9所述的培育方法,其特征在于,所述生根剂包括如下重量份成分:1-MCP环糊精包合物60-90份、葡萄糖1-20份、EDTA盐1-10份、甘露醇1-20份;ABT生根粉5-20份;98%吲哚丁酸1-3份,98%萘乙酸钠1-3份,65%代森锌1-3份。
