the polishing module consists of an outer polishing machine support, an inner polishing machine support and a polishing machine, wherein the outer polishing machine support consists of an aluminum profile and a right angle code, the aluminum profile is fixed through the right angle code to form a rectangular frame, the inner polishing machine support is arranged on a longitudinal support of the outer polishing machine support through the right angle code, and the polishing machine is arranged on the inner polishing machine support through a long bolt;
the inner support of the grinding machine consists of a grinding machine fixing plate, a speed reducer fixing plate, a long bolt, a notch elastic buckle and a gear motor positioning plate, wherein the grinding machine fixing plate is fixedly connected to the front part of a notch-shaped module formed by aluminum profiles through T-shaped screws, the inner side of the notch-shaped module is fixedly connected to the rear part of the notch-shaped module through the T-shaped screws, the gear motor positioning plate is fixedly connected to the rear part of a second notch-shaped module, and the two notch-shaped modules are connected through the aluminum profiles and the notch elastic buckle;
the grinding machine consists of a grinding disc, a first sleeve, a sleeve fixing cover, a second sleeve, a spring, a sleeve end cover, a tapered roller bearing, a bearing seat and a gear motor, wherein the grinding disc is fixedly connected to the first sleeve through a threaded hole, the first sleeve is nested in the second sleeve, the sleeve end cover is installed on a flange of the second sleeve through a screw, the spring is nested in the second sleeve, one end of the spring is propped against the first sleeve, the other end of the spring is propped against the sleeve end cover, the tapered roller bearing is installed in the bearing seat, the bearing seat is installed in the sleeve fixing cover, the tapered tail of the sleeve end cover is in tight contact with the inner ring of the tapered roller bearing, the sleeve fixing cover and the gear motor are matched through a hexagonal shaft, and the sleeve fixing cover and the gear motor are respectively installed on a grinding machine fixing plate and a gear motor fixing plate through long bolts.
