As the name implies, the flexibility in the above is a soft or pliable property, whereas the stiffness of a hard floor is much greater than that of a flexible structure. Preferably, the side body 32 can be, but not limited to, a flexible material such as cloth or bellows, which can maintain the original rigidity and generate buffering and elastic recovery after being stressed, so as to enhance the flexibility of the whole device.

As also illustrated in fig. 5-10, in one embodiment, a damping mechanism 4 is also included. The vibration damping mechanism 4 is provided in the mounting mechanism 3 to provide a cushioning contact to the massage section 12 during movement. Specifically, the damping mechanism 4 includes a buffer body 41 disposed at the top opening, and the buffer body 41 is a hollow ferrule structure and is fixedly disposed in the top opening. The hollow ferrule structure allows the massage mechanism 1 to freely enter and exit, and direct contact exists between the two, so that the vibration impact of the massage part 12 can be reduced, the purposes of vibration reduction and noise reduction are achieved, the massage part 12 in the hidden position is more stably clamped in the buffer body 41 by elasticity after being retracted, the switching efficiency of the massage part 12 in the space is improved, and the purpose of hidden use is achieved.
Wherein, the upper end of the buffer 41 is flush with the top opening, the lower end thereof at least extends to contact and match with the massage part 12 at the hidden position, and the inner side thereof at least can be in interference fit with part of the massage part 12. The cushioning body 41 is sleeved on the top opening end in a flush manner, so that the massage part 12 can be in full contact when entering and exiting, and the efficiency of shock absorption and cushioning is improved. And is beneficial to the disassembly and assembly adaptation of the buffer body 41 at the cup rim 321, the subsequent replacement and maintenance and the like. The buffer 41 is fixed to the opening end of the side body 32 so as to be in buffer contact with the massage part 12.
After the massage part 12 is switched to the working position, the body 11 is at least partially accommodated in the buffer body 41. After the massage part 12 is switched to the hidden position, at least a part of the massage part 12 is accommodated in the buffer body 41. By the configuration mode, in the position switching process, the massage mechanism 1 always has a contact relation with the buffer body 41, so that no matter the massage mechanism is used or hidden inside, the stability can be provided to the massage mechanism 1 by the buffer body 41, the lateral stability of the massage part 12 is obviously improved, the shaking and falling are reduced, and the massage mode is effectively improved.
Wherein, in one embodiment, the damping mechanism 4 further comprises a conical sleeve 42 (shown in fig. 9). The tapered sleeve 42 is disposed at the lower end of the buffer 41, and the inner ring thereof is formed with a slope 421 suitable for guiding the massage mechanism 1, and the slope 421 is inclined inward from the bottom to the top, so as to facilitate the massage unit 12 to be guided and sent out to the working position along the hidden position. The cone-shaped sleeve 42 also has a hollow inner ring side to allow the massage mechanism 1 to move in and out along the axial direction thereof, and the slope 421 formed on the inner ring side thereof is inclined downward and expands outward, and is butted with each other at the joint of the cone-shaped sleeve 42 and the buffer 41, thereby ensuring that the massage part 12 moves in contact with the two inner ring sides, respectively.
Wherein, the massage part 12 is at least partially contacted with the slope 421 after being in the hidden position. The descending depth of the massage part 12 is at least 20mm to ensure that the massage part 12 is not directly contacted with the user after the user is impacted after the massage part is in the hidden position, so as to generate abrupt feeling and even cause injury to human bodies. Correspondingly, the height of the bulge of the massage part 12 is more than 15mm, thereby achieving the best massage effect. In particular, the upper end face of the conical sleeve 42 is higher than the massage part 12 located at the hidden position, so as to ensure that the massage part 12 can directly contact with the slope 421 in the hidden position, and is tightly clamped in the conical sleeve 42, and after being driven by the telescopic mechanism 2, the elastic contact of the conical sleeve 42 to the massage part 12 is released, so as to be freely switched to the working position.
The tapered sleeve 42 and the cushion body 41 are configured as separate members made of the same material. In this embodiment, the material of the cone 42 and the cushion 41 may be foam, noise reduction soft ring, sponge, or elastic sheet. It is preferable to separate the two components separately and to construct the two components as a unitary component in appearance through a joining process which is simple and the addition of the tapered sleeve 42 makes the buffer contact and the guided feed more efficient and significant.
As further shown in fig. 7 and 9, in one embodiment, the body 11 includes an upper cover 111 and a lower cover 112, and the massage part 12 is covered on the end surface of the upper cover 111 by a massage head 113. The outer diameters of the upper cover 111 and the lower cover 112 are smaller than the inner diameter of the buffer body 41, so that the body 11 can be in clearance fit with the inner ring of the buffer body 41. The outer diameter of the massage head 113 is larger than the inner diameter of the buffer body 41 so that the massage head 113 can be interference-fitted with the inner ring of the buffer body 41. Therefore, only the two outer sides of the massage head 113 provided with the massage part 12 are contacted with the vibration reduction mechanism 4, and the two outer sides of the main body 11 of the upper cover 111 and the lower cover 112 positioned at the lower part are avoided from the vibration reduction mechanism 4, so that the ineffective contact between the massage mechanism 1 and the vibration reduction mechanism 4 is greatly reduced, the massage part 12 at the upper part can be ensured to enter into the installation space and be contacted with the vibration reduction mechanism 4 at the lateral side in a buffering way, and the main body 11 and the buffer body 41 which are in clearance fit tend to be contacted and close to fit when the massage part 12 is at the working position, and the smooth work of the massage part 12 can be ensured to a certain extent.
The upper cover 111 and the lower cover 112 are assembled to form an internal cavity, and the internal cavity is provided with a driving member 13 and a heating member 14. The driving member 13 is interlocked with the massage part 12 to provide various types of massage vibrations, and the heat generating member 14 performs a heating operation on the massage part 12 in a heat conductive manner. It is understood that the massage head structures on the massage part 12 can be arranged in a single body or multiple bodies to form a richer massage function. The driving member 13 is a motor that continuously vibrates in cooperation with an eccentric wheel to carry a vibration type kneading, finger pressing, or tapping vibration. The heating element 14 can heat the massage part 12 at a constant temperature, and is more suitable for various use requirements of users.
In other embodiments, the body 11 may also be configured as a supporting plate connected to the telescopic mechanism 2, and the massage portion 12 and its internal functional components are connected to the supporting plate in a detachable and adaptive manner, so as to facilitate users to replace the massage head structure and its functional modules according to their massage requirements, thereby achieving multifunctional massage operations in a more flexible configuration.
As further shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the base 31 is provided with a plurality of openings 311, and the openings 311 penetrate through the base 31 to communicate the external environment with the installation space, so as to be suitable for ventilation and heat dissipation inside the space. Therefore, the opening 311 for ventilation and heat dissipation is provided on the base 31 facing the top opening, and the opening 311 is configured to be pressed by a user during use, so as to accelerate the circulation of air in the installation space and ensure the normal operation of each functional component. Preferably, the plurality of openings 311 are spaced at the inner ring side of the end surface of the base 31, and are spaced from the assembly position of the fastener on the base 31, and the regularly arranged openings 311 on the base 31 serve a significant circulation purpose.
The side body 32 is provided with a window 322, and the window 322 is used for communicating the external environment with the installation space to insert the leads of the circuit and the air passage. With reference to fig. 7 to 10, the present embodiment further provides a massage apparatus, which includes a flexible pad 8 and at least one massage device disposed on the pad. Wherein, the flexible cushion body 8 is provided with a slot hole 81 which is adapted to be embedded in the mounting mechanism 3. Therefore, the seat body of the mounting mechanism 3 is embedded in the flexible cushion body 8, and the slot 81 formed in the flexible cushion body 8 is adapted to the mounting and dismounting of the mounting mechanism 3, so that the telescopic mechanism 2 and the massage mechanism 1 in the mounting mechanism 3 are correspondingly arranged on the flexible cushion body 8, and the massage operation of a user is facilitated. Obviously, the flexible cushion body 8 may be a soft material such as a porous sponge foam body, a leather pad, etc. And the flexible cushion body 8 and the seat body of the mounting mechanism 3 can be connected by integral foaming or subsequent bonding process. The above-mentioned massage devices are not limited to be used in car seats, home mattresses, sofa cushions, air cushion devices, etc., but are not listed here.

The present embodiments further provide a massage seat including a seat back cushion and at least one massage device disposed within the seat back cushion. And, the embodiment also provides a vehicle, including above-mentioned massage seat. The embodiment also provides a mattress and a sofa, and the mattress and the sofa are both provided with at least one massager.
In the above, the massage seat is suitable for comfort and safety of a vehicle in use, the requirements of a seat massage function and collision safety are ingeniously met, the comfort function of the product is improved, the safety level of the product applied to various environments is improved, and the competitiveness of the product can be obviously improved. Moreover, the massage function is added on the premise of ensuring the comfort of the seat, and the massage part 12 does not protrude out of the back of the seat in the non-massage state, thereby ensuring the comfort of passengers.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the present embodiment further provides a method for controlling an anti-injury massage, which is applied to a vehicle having an airbag-supported massage seat. The massage control method comprises the following steps:
s10: receiving an operation instruction, inflating the air bag module 21 to drive the massage mechanism 1 to move close to the user side for massage operation;
s20: according to the driving state and the air pressure information, the air escape valve 6 on the corresponding control air path is opened and closed in real time in an active or passive mode, and the massage mechanism 1 moves to the side far away from the user to carry out avoidance operation by discharging redundant air in the air bag;
s30: after the abnormity is relieved, the air pump 7 is instructed to inflate and compensate to the air bag component 21 so as to drive the massage mechanism 1 to return to the initial working position.
In the above, by flexibly controlling the inflation and deflation operations of the air bag module 21 on the massage seat, the comfort and safety protection of driving is improved, the comfort of driving and traveling is improved, and the safety performance of the automobile seat is properly realized. When the driving state and the air pressure information are abnormal, the air escape valve 6 is correspondingly controlled to actively implement the pressure relief operation of the electromagnetic driving mode or passively implement the elastic pressing type pressure relief operation, so that the massage mechanism 1 at the working position is ensured to move to the side far away from the user by avoiding the contraction of the air bag module 21, the hard touch of the massage mechanism to the user is greatly weakened, the secondary damage of the aggravated abnormal condition to the user is avoided, and the driver and passengers are protected to the maximum extent.
The air release valve 6 is preferably an electromagnetic safety valve structure integrating electromagnetic driving and overpressure automatic pressure relief, can be directly controlled by an electric control instruction to be actively opened and released, and can be passively started and released due to the fact that the pressure of an air path rises to exceed the threshold value of the safety valve, so that safety protection and pressure limiting protection of the air path are achieved.
Specifically, the step S20 described above further includes:
and S21, when the massage control ECU receives the acceleration information or the collision information, the massage control ECU directly controls the air escape valve 6 to actively carry out the pressure relief operation in the electromagnetic driving mode.
In one embodiment, the collision information is acquired by a central control ECU of the vehicle, and the central control ECU of the vehicle is electrically connected with the massage control ECU. It should be mentioned that a plurality of safe collision sensors are installed around the automobile body, and when a strong collision occurs, the central control ECU of the automobile can recognize and calculate, and according to the collision strength, send out a signal to trigger the safety airbag. And the collision signal is connected with the massage control ECU through a CAN bus by the automobile central control ECU, the massage control ECU sends an instruction to drive the air escape valve 6 to open active air escape, redundant air in the air bag component 21 is discharged, the air bag retracts, the massage mechanism 1 is driven to retract to the cavernous body far away from the user side, and then drivers and passengers are protected to reduce secondary injury.
In another embodiment, after the acceleration of the vehicle exceeds the threshold value during driving, the acceleration sensor generates the acceleration information and feeds the acceleration information back to the massage control ECU directly. Specifically, the acceleration sensor is preferably a multi-axis acceleration sensor, which can sense the attitude and dynamic changes of an object in three-dimensional space, sense physical changes such as angles and accelerations, and determine the acceleration state of the vehicle. Therefore, the motion information of the motion posture and the motion information of the speed of the automobile are monitored in real time through the multi-axis acceleration sensor, when the state of the automobile is greatly changed, and the acceleration is more than 1g through algorithm optimization, the massage control ECU sends an instruction to drive the air escape valve 6 to open active air escape.
In a preferred embodiment, the collision information of the driving state is directly electrically connected with the air escape valve 6 through the vehicle central control ECU in a CAN bus connection mode. When the automobile has abnormal collision, a collision signal is sent out and directly fed back to the air escape valve 6 through the automobile central control ECU, the air escape valve 6 is driven to be actively opened, and redundant gas in the air bag assembly 21 is discharged.
Specifically, the step S20 described above further includes:
s22: when the air pressure sensor acquires that the air pressure information in the air bag is larger than a preset value, the air escape valve 6 is controlled by the massage control ECU to actively implement the pressure relief operation in an electromagnetic driving mode.
Wherein, the air bag module 21 leads to the air pressure in the air bag module 21 to rise due to abnormal collision or extrusion in the operation process of supporting the massage mechanism 1, when the air pressure sensor detects that the pressure is greater than the preset value, the active air release after the air release valve 6 is opened is directly implemented through the massage control ECU, and the redundant air in the air bag module 21 is discharged.

When the gas path pressure is larger than the threshold range which can be borne by the gas release valve 6, the passive gas release is opened in a mode that gas presses the valve rod, and redundant gas in the gas bag assembly 21 is further discharged. Therefore, when massage control is implemented in the driving process, the control mode is realized in a targeted and efficient cooperation mode no matter collision or abnormal air pressure or other phenomena occur, multi-path pressure relief control is ensured, and the purpose of preventing injury is achieved.
In addition, regarding the air pressure balance compensation manner of step S30, specifically, the massage control ECU and the air pressure sensor cooperate to implement pressure monitoring on the air bag module 21, and the air pump 7 is turned off (the air inlet valve is closed) to keep the air pressure in the air bag module 21 constant when the air pressure thereof reaches the optimum working pressure. When the air pressure sensor senses that the air pressure of the air bag component is insufficient during normal operation (non-abnormal occurrence), the air pump 7 is opened in a compensating mode (the air inlet valve is opened) to inflate the air bag component 21, and air pressure balance is achieved in an optimal state suitable for massage operation.
In one embodiment, specifically, the method further comprises:
s40: when receiving the abnormity, and the user triggers the massage mechanism 1 to extrude the air bag component 21 to retreat to the first safe height, the abnormity still does not stop, the air escape valve 6 of the control air path is actively or passively opened to discharge the redundant air in the bag until the massage mechanism 1 retreats to the second safe height;
s50: controlling the air escape valve to close, and indicating the air pump 7 to inflate and compensate until the massage mechanism 1 rises back to the preset bump height after the abnormity is confirmed to be finished;
s60: after a stop signal for finishing the massage is acquired, the air pump 7 is controlled to suck air so as to recycle the air in the air bag component 21 into the air pump in a negative pressure mode, so that the air bag component 21 contracts to drive the massage mechanism 1 to descend to a preset concave height so as to retreat and sink to a hidden position.
Specifically, the received operation instruction is to control the air pump 7 to inflate the air bag module 21 after acquiring a start-up signal for starting massage, so as to lift the massage part 12 to a working position with a preset protrusion height to perform massage operation.
And, the preset projection height thereof is preferably 15mm or more. The first safety height is 20-25mm, which is the degree of adaptive flexible cushioning of the multi-layer air bag body 211 of the air bag module 21 after being pressed. The second safety height is-10-0 mm, which is the retraction height of the air bag module 21 after pressure relief. The height of the massage part 12 at the hidden position is preferably-20 mm based on the outer side surface of the flexible cushion body 8.
It is apparent that after the massage part 12 has been cushioned to the first safety level, there is no need to unload the excess air to safely protect the user if the impact has ceased. Often, due to factors such as inertia or strong collision accidents, the safety air leakage treatment needs to be performed to further improve the safety, so that an noninductive distance exists between the user and the massage part 12 at the second safety height, and secondary damage or aggravation of extrusion degree is avoided.
Correspondingly, the preset depression height is preferably-20 mm or less. In the above, the massage part 12 at the second safety height is also at a recess height therein, which is higher than the preset recess height. After the collision happens, the massage part 12 hidden in the cushion body can obviously be prevented from or delayed from being in direct contact with the user under the protection of the flexible cushion body 8, and is still in a massage working state, so that the subsequent air pressure compensation mode is more facilitated at the second safety height.
It should be noted that the position of the massage unit 12 is switched between the working position and the hidden position, which is described in the above-mentioned massage device and will not be described again. In addition, the massage part 12 can be directly massaged by at least one massage head structure protruding therefrom, or the motor therein can be powered on to start rotating to drive the eccentric wheel to rotate, so as to generate eccentric vibration, and then the vibration is transmitted to the human body (such as the back, etc.) through the support of the body 11 and the air bag component 21, so as to realize powerful vibration massage. The massage intensity can be further regulated by adjusting the voltage applied to the motor, or can be directly regulated by the direct lifting operation of the air bag assembly 21 after inflation. The massage part 12 can also have a heating function, thereby improving the function diversity of the massage device.
As shown in fig. 12 and 14, the present embodiment further provides a massage control device, which is applied to a lumbar support position of a massage seat of an automobile to massage the waist of a driver or a passenger. The massage control device includes the massage mechanism 1, the air bag module 21, and an air path (for the specific configuration of the air path, refer to the description of the massage device). The vehicle comprises a massage seat and a massage device arranged on the massage seat. Wherein, the air bag module 21 of the telescopic mechanism 2 is externally connected with an air path pipeline with an air release valve 6, an air pump 7 which can suck air and supply air is arranged in the air path pipeline, and the air pump 7 is connected to the air bag module 21 through the air path pipeline.
Specifically, the massage control device further includes: and an ECU control unit 100 for performing active opening and closing control of the relief valve 6. And the acceleration acquisition unit 200 is used for monitoring and feeding back acceleration data in the driving process. And a collision information obtaining unit 300 for timely receiving and feeding back collision information in the driving process.
The ECU control unit 100 at least includes a vehicle central control ECU and a massage control ECU, the vehicle central control ECU and the massage control ECU are electrically connected, and the vehicle central control ECU and the air release valve 6 are connected through a CAN bus. And the massage control ECU is electrically connected to the acceleration sensor, the air pressure sensor, the air release valve 6 and the air pump 7 (specifically, see fig. 12).
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A massage apparatus, comprising:
a massage mechanism having a body and a massage section disposed on the body for performing a massage operation;
the telescopic mechanism is butted with the body and is mutually linked to drive the massage part to be movably switched between a working position and a hidden position;
the mounting mechanism is provided with a mounting space suitable for the telescopic mechanism and the massage mechanism;
wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
after the massage part moves to the working position, the telescopic mechanism can limit the massage part to be exposed outside the installation space in a protruding way;
after the massage part moves to the hidden position, the telescopic mechanism and the massage part are stably accommodated in the installation space.
2. The massaging device of claim 1, wherein the mounting mechanism comprises a housing having a base and side bodies disposed on the base, the side bodies circumferentially enclosing a mounting space having an open top.
3. The massaging device of claim 2, wherein the retraction mechanism comprises an air bag module disposed on the base; the air bag component lifts or retreats the massage mechanism upwards at the opening at the top part along the length direction of the installation space after inflation and deflation.
4. The device of claim 2, wherein the housing has at least a flexible upper portion adapted to fit an external flexible pad, and the massage mechanism is disposed on a side of the flexible upper portion.
5. The massaging device of claim 4, wherein the flexible upper portion is the side body and is substantially as flexible as the flexible pad.
6. The massaging device of claim 4, wherein the seat is configured as a cup-shaped structure, and the side body is integrally extended horizontally outwards at the upper end to form a rim for fitting with the outer end surface of the flexible cushion.
7. The massaging device of claim 6, wherein the top opening of the mounting space is exposed outside the rim of the cup for accommodating movement of the massaging mechanism along the opening into and out of the movably corresponding switching position.
8. A massager, characterized by comprising a flexible cushion body and at least one massage device according to any one of claims 1 to 7 arranged on the cushion body; the flexible cushion body is provided with a slotted hole which is matched with the installation mechanism and embedded in the installation mechanism.
9. A massage chair comprising a seat back cushion and at least one massage device as claimed in any one of claims 1-7 disposed within the seat back cushion.
10. A vehicle comprising a massage seat as claimed in claim 9.
